### "Teamzy helps keep you on track "

Overall I would recommend Teamzy for any network marketing or small business who is looking for a good CRM.

Pros

I liked that it helped me to keep on track of my goals. It breaks the goals down into daily steps.

Cons

The monthly cost is rough for a startup and someone who is struggling to stay afloat.

### "Stay on Top stay on Course"

Overall my Teamzy experience has been above average. The Teamzy team's assistance with training and setup, to continuous help and assistance. The software is extremely easy to set up and integrate your contacts. Once you have your setup it's only you committing to do the task each day.

Pros

The features I like most about Teamzy are the reminders. First are the your Dailies, activites you need to do for that day, such as Social Post, Personal Development and others. This can be edited allowing you to add more if you desire. Next the Today's activities these are actions you have predeterminded to accomplish for that day. Teamzy holds you accountable to help you manage your goals each day. Additionally, Teamzy allows you to communicate with your prospects, also rating them by improtance so you will always have something to do and someone to connect with. My favorite part of the software allows me to connect with a prospect/customer via email, text or social media. The software accounts my actions under the contacts profile assisting me if I need a trigger to help me recall with actions took place and when with that contact.

Cons

There are very few things I like least about the software. Though I feel they are working on implementing several upgrades in the future, the one feature I feel should be upgraded would be texting directly from the software. I found opening messages on my desktop to be convenient with a copy past. If texting was implemented from the software a few steps would be saved.

It was good while it lasted but I needed something different to keep growing my business

Pros

It was easy to use and get started with. Great for a new business that does a lot of reach outs and wants to keep track of who they are talking to and how they need to follow up with. It's more designed for Sales positions and MLM's

Cons

Not a lot of features for a growing business.

Overall it was OK, didn't knock it out of the park for me enough to pay the much higher price. If it had come in at around $19 Canadian, I probably wouldn't have switched.

Pros

I very much liked the speed of use, and the customization features when it came to ranking my prospects and community, along with the ability to look back on my performance. Very speedy, which was great, and the ability to add notes.

Cons

Price is a biggy. As a Canadian it worked out to $40/month. ON top of all of the other "little" things that I subscribe to to run my business, this one was the most expensive, and put my budget out of whack. Tough to get teams to jump on at that price, especially just starting out. At the time that I was using it, I was unable to access my SM and Messaging from within the programme, log more info at a glance, link to my back office, marketing assets, and follow ups. Because of the pricing, I sought other solutions and found one.

The only reason I left was that Isagenix partnered with Penny and I needed to support what my company was doing. I had a hard time getting used to Penny at first. Love it now and it is getting better but Teamzy wasn't as many steps and didn't take as long to get my work done.

Pros

I loved the star ratings so we could really keep in contact with our hot leads and important team members and I loved seeing what my team was doing too.

Cons

I loved it! There truly wasn't anything I didn't like.

### "All my work....GONE"

I used Teamzy for a few months and absolutely LOVED it....until.... I logged into my teamzy and it said "welcome." ...Welcome? I'm here every day! I've put my full faith into this, and EVERYTHING..... GONE like i had never used it before. All my contacts, notes on customers, ratings, tags, sales, scripts, EVERYTHING. GONE. im LIVID. To top it all off? Teamzy has ZERO customer service. WE PAY FOR THIS, AND YOU CAN'T BE AROUND TO HELP!? I emailed them yesterday but who knows if ill ever even get back to me, or when they do, if they'll be able to fix this. I'm on the hunt for a replacement. Unfortunately I haven't found anything like it, yet.

Pros

I loved how easy it was to keep all of my customers in one location so I could continue building on those relationship, and keep notes on each person.

Overall it is a great tool to run my business and keep clients up to date.

Pros

Easy to add customers straight into the tool or import and Excel sheet when first loading Teamzy. The reminders to follow-up help to stay on top of a large database.

Cons

Haven't see anything as cons that stand out enough to talk about. Only con is MY keeping up in entering data to keep myself up to date. But being able to access from the phone is a plus.

Disappointing as I was looking forward to using the system

Pros

I couldn't benefit from the service they offer because the system didn't allow me to log in. Six days after paying for 12 months subscription everytime I tried to log in the sytem kept asking me subscribe again and again... The Customer service is awful. I have asked for a full refund which I hope I get and will update on here on somewhere else.

Cons

Sadly the Customer service is really bad and due to that I was not able to use it

Teamzy provides trainings, support when needed. Great for a systematic approach to keeping in contact with your clients/prospects and friends. They won't fall through the cracks.

Pros

Customer connection software, ease of downloading contacts, provided scripts for connections in different situations

Cons

That it wasn't integrated with our Corporate reports

### "It made my work so much easier "

I am not using it anymore as I am out of business but while I did it made me keep up with the demands of my business, made me organized, and made my overall work easier. I was impressed and excited. Also the team is awesome, responsive and helpful. Even after I didn’t need the app anymore.

Pros

I loved everything about it. It made my work so much easier. Easy to use and give you everything you need to save time as much as possible.

Cons

There is nothing that I didn’t like really.

I liked how it helped with my MLM in who to reach out to. I liked that I could upload a csv file.

Cons

I found a less expensive option that had more features like linking to my back office.
