Firm360 has been a game changer for my accounting practice. Before switching, I was juggling multiple systems, endless emails, and sticky-note reminders. Now, everything is streamlined in one place—client management, document storage, task tracking, and communication. What I love most is the workflow automation—nothing falls through the cracks anymore. My team knows exactly what needs to be done and when, which has improved both productivity and client satisfaction. The portal makes it easy for clients to securely upload and access documents, saving us countless back-and-forth emails. The software is also very intuitive; onboarding was smooth, and the customer support team is fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping my firm succeed. Thanks to Firm360, we’ve saved hours each week, improved collaboration, and elevated the client experience. If you’re running an accounting firm and want to scale without burning out, this is the software you need.

Just like any software, implementation was the worst part. But after it was implemented, it has been smooth sailing.

It's been great. Their support is fantastic and they are quick to respond. Also, they are incredibly patient when training. Our firm had to find a new CRM platform when our old one was no longer being supported and we tried another cloud based platform prior to Firm360 and it was riddled with issues. We kept with it for 2 years and just couldn't deal with it any longer. The team at Firm360 made the transition easy and even though we had just learned and gotten used to the former one, switching again to a new one was a lot easier than expected.

Pros

Their project management is great, it meets most of our firms needs and once we were fully set up, it has really increased our efficency.

Cons

Their billing portion could use some work. It would be great if their invoicing and statements were a little more personalizable.

The software has truly transformed the way our tax and accounting firm operates by giving us a centralized platform for managing clients, documents, and workflows. While there was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, once our team became familiar with the system, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in efficiency, organization, and communication across our firm. The support team is always responsive and helpful, which makes the transition and ongoing use even better. Firm360 has become an indispensable tool for us, and we genuinely feel it has elevated the way we serve our clients.

Pros

Our tax and accounting firm has been using Firm360, and we absolutely love it. Like any robust all-in-one platform, Firm360 does have a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. It takes some time for new users to get fully comfortable navigating all the features, but once you’re familiar with the system, it quickly becomes second nature and the efficiency gains are well worth it.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Firm 360. The small things we dislike are not deal breakers and the efficiency, data security and workflow support the software provides has transformed tax season for us from what it was five years ago. The other huge benefit is tech support is very responsive and quick to resolve issues and communicate back to us. Overall, we are a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

This software has been a game changer for our firm to help us ensure data security and gain efficiency in our firm.

Cons

I wish they had a mobile app. Our clients struggle with using a mobile device for document upload. The end user experience trying to access and upload to the portal on a mobile device is poor.

I have enjoyed using FIRM 360, it has been a huge upgrade from our previous software and keeps everything in one palce.

Pros

Its simple to use, \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very responsive to messages and anytime anyone needed help, it is nice to track projects with.

Cons

I think the only thing I have disliked so far is if I am on page 7, and click an client, if I hit the back space, it will take me back to page 1.

I have enjoyed learning the software and the normal frustrations when you are learning new software have been very minimal.

Pros

Ease of learning and use. I am a new user to this software and have found it very easy to use.

Cons

As a new user to the software, I have not found anything. I have been amazed at the capabilities and various uses for the software.

Organization and collaboration are a big win with Firm360. As business moves toward paperless, this platform assists with teamwork and client satisfaction in an increasingly digital age.

Pros

Firm360 makes so many tasks more organized and efficient than software I've used. Project collaboration across a team is easier than ever. Document management is streamlined. The client portal eliminates the need to pass paperwork or clutter up email inboxes. Time tracking is simple.

Cons

Getting clients set up to access the client portal has had a few stumbles
