Their support is fantastic and they are quick to respond. Also, they are incredibly patient when training. Our firm had to find a new CRM platform when our old one was no longer being supported and we tried another cloud based platform prior to Firm360 and it was riddled with issues. We kept with it for 2 years and just couldn't deal with it any longer. The team at Firm360 made the transition easy and even though we had just learned and gotten used to the former one, switching again to a new one was a lot easier than expected. Pros Their project management is great, it meets most of our firms needs and once we were fully set up, it has really increased our efficency. Cons Their billing portion could use some work. It would be great if their invoicing and statements were a little more personalizable. We can tell that a CPA was involved in the set-up/design of the product and that is very helpful. We also like that Firm360 is very active and dynamic and changing with new technology, and not in a way that is trying to sell additional products. They simply enhance their offering in response to client feedback. Very, very strong customer support. Pros The best experience to date has been customer service. They are incredibly responsive not only to questions, but also client feedback and suggestions. We have been amazed at this aspect. We asked a general question about an option that would make things easier for us. We received a prompt answer to our question and a question from Firm360 about why we were asking. Within 2 weeks they made a change to the entire platform incorporating our request into the software. Without even being asked. They seem to recognize that other clients may have the same issues and work to make changes and improve the product every month. Cons It takes some work to set up the product and do so efficiently. Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. Be willing to think about how you want processes to work before setting up the structure in Firm360. We have found that rather than simply setting up our Firm360, we are evaluating why we do certain things and if they are even necessary. In the end, this is a good exercise and pay dividends, but we have found that you should be prepared to spend time thinking about your processes and why they are in place before incorporating them into Firm360. But perhaps we are/were more inefficient than other firms. We also liked the document management product we are using (FileCenter) a little better (scanning, editing, etc), but Firm360 does have document management in place, and I suspect that over time the scanning and editing (currently you edit thru Adobe) will improve. It was a minor issue for us. Reason for choosing Firm360 We felt like this was the best overall fit for us. We really wanted to evaluate profitability of clients and projects and felt time, billing, invoicing and reporting was very strong. We also liked the portal and ease of use from the client's perspective. Fast. Secure. Unlimited storage. Easy for clients. We also read many reviews about their fantastic customer support and even though we went into things knowing that, the customer support still exceeded expectations. Review Source KT Kim T. We are now able to look in one place for everything that we need to know about our clients. From an administrative point of view, we can see so many more things than before and we only have to go to this one system to find what we need. Pros I love how it is so intuitive! We were using Practice CS, FileCabinet CS (neither have had major updates for years) and NetClient CS. We saved money and went down to one software product! They helped us successfully implement the program and continue to provide great support for the product. We have had no issues with downtime, and the occasional bugs, that will happen with any software, are quickly resolved. We have been very happy with our change to Firm360! Pros \* Easy to use \* Clients do not have to remember passwords; the SMS text adds better security \* We were able to eliminate 2 software packages plus NetClient portals to a single product. \* Company and developers have been VERY responsive to suggestions for improvements and have implemented changes far quicker than other software companies we have dealt with. \* Support is primarily email, but company did accommodate calls when needed. Overall support has been good. Cons Having to download documents to print and not have a print driver to print directly into the program. The ability to upload directly from Adobe is helpful with this process, but still one extra step. Reason for choosing Firm360 Retaining the ability to still print invoices for some of our mature clients that do not want emailed invoices, more flexibility within the program, and we felt very comfortable with the sales process and the team. It is a huge step above what we have used in the past and it is reasonably priced and offers excellent customer support. Pros I like the time keeping feature and how easy it is to navigate through different clients with the touch of a button. We have in the past used Practice software, but this is way more efficient and it is 100% easier to find what you need and get to where you want to go. Plus the portal feature of this product is outstanding and easy for our clients to navigate. Cons The only thing I really disliked about this sofware is trying to manage my projects on the dashboard. The report and billing features allow us to track in real time what our employees are doing, and we can then bill clients quickly and efficiently. Cons One feature that could be improved is creating a report feature that allows all users to see a summary of their time over a specified period. Pros The deployment and integration with QuickBooks Online or other client info databases was a snap. The ability to quickly customize your projects, templates, billable items, staff rates, etc. was straightforward and not as time consuming as I thought it would be. The workflow had some glitches at first, but due to user errors and upgrades from the developers, we have it streamlined, and the process is going very smooth. Cons The addition of contacts to multiple clients can get messy. You have to know that a contact has been setup in order to access for another client. Once you get that down, you are okay. We are a very small firm that needed an affordable yet effective CRM solution and Firm360 has filled that need. I've implemented other software programs and this one has been the easiest by far to get up and running. It has also been very intuitive and user friendly for our employees. They have picked it up quickly and across the board feel it has been a great addition. Tech support has been very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Firm360 if you are looking for a software that will get you up and going quickly and affordably. Pros The implementation of Firm360 was really easy as that sort of thing goes. We also like having all our client information and documents in one place. It is a game changer. Cons When we first came on board we didn't realize that some of the features we wanted were only available at the upper subscription tier which we were not using. Reason for choosing Firm360 Cost was a major driver and also ease of implementation. Canopy was more expensive and seemed more time consuming in getting it up and running.
