Pros Ease of use, ability to set up recurring projects, and associate documents with projects. Cons There have been a few kinks that have been worked out. We utilize the platform for time tracking, billing, document management and the client portal. Our staff and clients all find the system intuitive and easy to use. Pros The best part of Firm360 is the support. They are responsive and listen to your concerns and suggestions. I can't edit documents in the document folders (didn't know this when I bought it), I can't link to QBO for billing (didn't know this when I bought it), but I like the time tracking and realization functions. Pros time tracking... but this isn't much better than quickbooks. Cons The onboarding process has felt clunky, and it seems that the Firm360 person doesn't understand my questions a lot of the time. Pros Ease of use, client/contact management system, simple time tracking, integrated document management. Cons Transition was difficult do to amount of files moved and time entries imported, but helped us along the way. Pros Most impactful feature for our daily use is time tracking used for billable hours. Navigation is easy once you work with the program for a while. Cons Some search/integration/report features could be better- the Firm 360 team are open to suggested improvements. I find Firm 360 to be a very useful program Pros This software is very user friendly. I have not had any difficulty navigating the various menu options. The ability to upload or download files is extremely simple. I like the time and project tracking. It is very helpful with keeping up with the progress of the projects I am working with and I receive notices if additional info has been added to a project. It's easy to clock in and out. Coding the hours, so they're appropriately billable to the right clients is a little tricky to understand. Cons Of the other features I've explored, project/task management has been challenging. For example, I have a few items in a project that need to be sequential, but that is either an all-or-nothing feature. It has also allowed the ease of project assignments. I like that you can show how you are working on multiple project at once and switch back and forth with ease. Pros The product is very user friendly and easy to use. I love the product for convenience and usability. Cons My boss integrated so I am not sure about the transition. I do know that I like all the features and do not have a least favorite. I haven't dealt with some features however yet (billing, invoicing). Review Source JH Julie H. We really do need to set aside the time to utilize the program to its full capacity to fully understand its benefits. Pros We are still very early in the game learning the software and utilizing its features in our office. We are struggling to set aside the time to learn with the current volume of work in our office. I feel after we have a stronger knowledge of the software, we are not going to know how we functioned without it. Pros We have struggled to have an easy to use, easy to access with 2-factor authentication, and useful firm management system. We have used three different systems to cover what this one does. It is fast and laid out well. The company is small so customer service is excellent. You are working with the ones that built the system. Cons I don't have many cons for this system. Pros Very simple, clean and intuitive after one month using it. Cons A few minor suggestions: make it easy to see whether a client actually has portal access -- not just whether they are eligible for portal access. Also, make it easier to see the input fields. Keeps documents all central for employee access and review and saves time on multiple client request for files. Cons We are not using all the features available. So not aware of what is lacking. Pros This software has let us reduce the number of software we use. This has helped with expense costs, as well as time logging in and out of various software. Having documents, billing, contact info, client info, and leads all in the same place has significantly simplified our processes. Cons As with any software, there is a learning curve. This is unlike most software we have used in the past because it is much more robust. Because of this we needed more time to train the team on it than I originally anticipated, but overall it was easy to grasp once we took that time.
