Pros The program is easy to track time and enter billing information, invoice. Cons We send birthday cards to all our clients. It would be easier to have a date range for month even. Accountant Accounting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Firm 360 User Review " December 5, 2022 4.0 I have been using Firm 360 for about 4 months now, and my overall experience is that it is very user friendly and easy to use in the accounting world for time tracking and project management. Pros The time tracking feature is very easy to use, and it is also very easy to edit the info once entered if needed. You can be as detailed as wanted in the information you use in the time tracking as well for billing purposes. Cons Some of the features can take time to learn how to set up or add to the time tracking feature. However once set up, it is very user friendly. Review Source JG Jessica G. November 10, 2022 4.0 we are able to be a lot more organized with our clients which is a huge plus Pros Easy to use, easy to track and manage clients. Im also able to keep track of sales. Cons I wish I could have an automated system to email clients to follow up. It may be something thats already integrated, I just have to keep looking. Pros It is easy to navigate to client information quickly. The time management feature is also great to keep up with billable hours. This helped me keep track of what monthly bookkeeping I still need to do for that month. Cons When you make notes on a project, it will send out an email and you can see the note but then you can't see it within firm 360. The first 90 minutes of "training" could easily have been replaced with a two paragraph email and did not need my entire staff to stop working to watch me type.
