### "The Leading FSM Solution - Zuper"

April 4, 2022

4.0

Pros

Beginning with the attendance management to the more complex processes including work order management are made very easy on Zuper.

Cons

Zuper does not have an accounting module, hence another software is required to manage the accounts. If Zuper had a robust accounting module, then it would be a very holistic software for FSM.

### "Stable platform to control IT tasks."

June 12, 2026

4.0

It has proved to be a valuable tool for our IT department, especially when handling and tracking the progress of software development projects. It is functional and allows you to collaborate with other teams, and it has a learning curve to fully utilise its features. It may not be the most affordable choice out there, but we find the advantages to be worth the price for our company.

Pros

Jira is a good place to keep track of tasks across teams, particularly our dev & testing processes. I am so glad we can get so descriptive about the dependencies and who will be doing what, and that everyone knows what our timelines are. The detailed reports feature has been a great help in our weekly team reviews and the integration with Confluence makes it easy to update documentation.

Cons

For novices, the interface may be a little too much to handle, particularly if they are handling more complex projects with more parts. Other sophisticated capabilities, such as automation rules, may need time to become acquainted with them, especially for smaller teams or those without a dedicated admin person. Also, it slows sometimes if the board is more complex or if it is being used a lot.

### "High on promises - Low on delivery"

October 13, 2025

3.0

Overall my experience was not positive. Zuper leadership appears comfortable making commitments and missing them time and again. The \[sensitive content hidden\] himself acknowledged that we were de-prioritized and then in a subtle way explained how unimportant we are.

Pros

Attractive GUI and intuitive design. Software has a lot of potential if it continues to be developed for the US market.

Cons

The estimate platform is poor. It has very limited functionality and is inferior to most other products.

### "Awesome experience "

March 23, 2026

5.0

The "Big Picture" Sentiment Most users describe Zuper as a "force multiplier." It isn’t just a digital calendar; it’s a central nervous system for field operations. The Transition: You likely moved from spreadsheets or a rigid app (like Jobber or Housecall Pro) to Zuper because you needed more control over your specific workflows. The Result: The "professionalism" of your business increases because customers get "Uber-style" tracking, and technicians have everything they need on their phones.

Pros

DIY" Customization & No-Code Workflows Zuper’s biggest strength is that it doesn’t force you into a pre-set box. Why it’s great: You can build your own checklists, custom fields, and automated workflows without needing a developer. Whether you’re in HVAC, solar, or cleaning, you can make the software speak your specific industry language.

Cons

The "Configuration" Learning Curve Because Zuper is so flexible, it isn't exactly "plug-and-play." The Issue: Setting up the specific workflows, custom fields, and automated triggers requires a significant time investment. Many users feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of settings and menus during the first few weeks. Review Tip: You could mention that while the "DIY" aspect is a pro, the initial setup can be daunting without dedicated time for staff training.

### "Flexible and efficient tool"

May 21, 2026

Overall, Zuper is a strong solution for mid-sized and growing field service businesses looking for an all-in-one platform to improve productivity, customer communication, and operational efficiency.

Pros

It stands out for its strong automation features, real-time tracking, and seamless integrations with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and CRM platforms. Many users appreciate how it centralizes operations into one system, making it easier for field teams and office staff to stay connected and organized.

Cons

A few mobile app reviews also report occasional bugs, crashes, and interface issues that can slow down workflows.

### "All in one Field Service Management Platform"

February 24, 2026

5.0

Pros

What I liked most about Zuper is how smoothly it connects dispatching, technician tracking, invoicing, and customer communication in one platform. The automation tools reduce manual work, and the mobile app keeps field teams efficient and accountable.

Cons

The reporting customization feels limited, and advanced features have a learning curve that slows initial onboarding for new teams.

Nothing really bad to say about it, the learning curve is tough but we were able to get through it and thrive.

Pros

Highly flexible with excellent customization capabilities for unique workflows, strong integration with CRM systems like HubSpot, and effective scheduling, which significantly reduces the time taken to manage jobs and dispatch technicians.

Cons

I feel like there is a steep learning curve, requiring significant training and onboarding time.....

### "Super Zuper"

March 27, 2025

5.0

We are incredibly grateful for this discovery, as it has significantly advanced our team's progress. As we continue to evolve, we anticipate saving resources in other areas, all thanks to Zuper, which has truly propelled our department to new heights.

Pros

Zuper’s staff demonstrates an impressive level of responsiveness and availability, consistently working with us to resolve specific challenges and tailoring solutions to suit our distinct business needs. Furthermore, the user interface is meticulously designed, offering both clarity and efficiency.

Cons

I wish the master search bar functioned more freely. I want to be able to type in one term and have it show all results for that term, regardless of the custom field or category it’s in. For example, if I type the word 'door,' I want it to display all notes and descriptions where the word 'door' is used, with the ability to highlight it in context and easily jump to it.

### "Powerful Workflow Management with a Learning Curve"

April 15, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zuper has been positive. It’s a robust platform that effectively supports task management, scheduling, and real‑time visibility, making it easier to stay organized and keep workflows moving smoothly. The interface is intuitive enough for daily use, and the automation features help reduce manual coordination. While there is a learning curve with some advanced configurations, once set up properly, Zuper proves to be a reliable and efficient solution for managing operations end to end.

Pros

What I liked most about Zuper was its ease of use and how well it streamlined workflow management. The platform made it simple to schedule tasks, track progress in real time, and keep everyone aligned, whether in the office or in the field. I also appreciated its clean interface and automation features, which reduced manual follow‑ups and helped improve overall efficiency.

Cons

What I liked least about Zuper was that some advanced features required additional setup or customization to fully fit specific workflows. While the platform is powerful, certain configurations weren’t immediately intuitive, which led to a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Additionally, performance could occasionally feel slower when handling complex workflows or large volumes of data.

### "Very sophisticated Order management tool"

July 18, 2020

5.0

Pros

I loved the dashboard metrics and reporting. The tool is seamless and never gets stuck. I love the fact that Zuper also has a mobile app that lets us track our employee's location.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Zuper's sophistication itself can be considered as a con since we might not get to use every feature. But it is great when we scale to an enterprise level.

### "Utile per organizzare il lavoro"

March 4, 2026

4.0

### "Review March 2025"

March 20, 2025

4.0

From 1-10. I would say a 7, and it's only a 7 because of the time difference from California and India. When we need a fix, the time that it takes sometime can be to long. Other then that, I always am happy with the end results once a issue is identified and corrected.

Pros

Easy to navigate, customer service is top notch. Working with our customer support manager Abi is always a productive experience, working with out team to customize our experience is much appreciated.

Cons

Working between two plate forms, HubSpot & Zuper. The process to push information between the two plate forms has been a challenge but with that said, Zuper support is always working out the bugs once we addinify them.

### "Lumbermen's Zuper Experience"

March 24, 2025

5.0

Our experience with Zuper has been great! It has been a work in progress to align Zuper with our business needs, but we are confident this will make a positive change to our department. We truly appreciate all of the efforts the Zuper team has put into developing this platform for our business. We can't wait to see where this platform takes us!

Pros

One of our favorite features about Zuper is the automated email notifications that get sent to our customers. This has been huge for our service department, especially because many different parties are involved. We also have benefited from the photos our technicians are able to submit, this helps our back office team get a better understanding of what we are working with.

Cons

Although the notifications has been our favorite feature, it has taken longer than we expected. One thing we wish we could do ourselves was setting up the notifications and having the freedom to fix/change as we go. We do appreciate the efforts from the development team! We also wish some of the features were more customizable:)

Pros

### "Highly effective field management software with an easy to use layout"

June 19, 2026

5.0

My overall experience using the platform has been great. It functions as a highly reliable hub for our field operations and scheduling needs. It is super easy to stay organized, manage workflows, and keep our field teams connected. While it does have a few minor glitches after major software updates and the initial customization can take some patience to set up properly, the daily efficiency boost it gives us makes it well worth the effort.

Pros

The platform makes handling maintenance management and dispatching a lot smoother than our old system. The user interface is clean, and it is really easy to assign jobs or update work orders without getting confused by a million menus. It has definitely improved our daily team coordination because everyone sees updates in real time. The ease of use on the mobile side is also a huge plus for team members checking their schedules out in the field.

Cons

There are still a few minor bugs and issues that pop up after major updates, like mobile notifications lagging or taking a minute to refresh. The backend management side can also feel a bit overwhelming when you are first trying to customize the settings and workflows for your specific team. It offers great value for money, but the learning curve for setting up the initial automation rules takes a little bit of patience.

### "Zuper: A Reliable Tool for Modern Field Service Operations"

June 17, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Zuper has been positive. It has proven to be a practical and reliable platform for managing field service operations and improving coordination between field teams and back-office staff. In day-to-day use, it has helped bring more structure and visibility to work orders, scheduling, and job tracking, which has made operations smoother and more predictable.

Pros

What I like most about Zuper is how it simplifies the day-to-day coordination between our field teams and back-office operations. In a real operational environment, things can get busy very quickly, and having a system that keeps everyone aligned makes a noticeable difference. It’s easy for technicians to update job status on the go, share notes, and close out work without getting slowed down by complicated steps. From my perspective, what really stands out is the visibility it gives being able to see what’s happening in real time, what’s completed, and where support is needed helps us respond faster and manage workloads more effectively.

Cons

What I liked least about Zuper is that, while it is very effective for day-to-day field operations, there are moments where the system can feel a bit limited when dealing with more complex or highly customized workflows. Some advanced configurations require extra setup or support, which can slow down implementation or adjustments.

### "Zuper- your first choice"

August 5, 2026

helps businesses streamline scheduling, dispatching, and job tracking. It enables real-time technician updates, digital work orders, customer communication, inventory management, and reporting, while integrating with other business systems. Its mobile-friendly design improves productivity, reduces paperwork, and enhances the overall customer experience.

It enables real-time technician updates, digital work orders, customer communication, inventory management, and reporting, while integrating with other business systems. Its mobile-friendly design improves productivity, reduces paperwork, and enhances the overall customer experience.

Cons

While Zuper offers many benefits, it also has some drawbacks. New users may need time to learn the platform due to its wide range of features. Some advanced functions and integrations may require higher-tier plans, which can increase costs. Like most cloud-based software, it also depends on a stable internet connection, and occasional software updates or technical issues may temporarily affect workflows.

It provides a structured way to manage field service operations, from scheduling and dispatch to job completion and reporting. The platform improves coordination between office teams and field technicians, reducing delays and miscommunication. While there is a short learning curve for advanced configurations, the system becomes highly efficient once set up. It supports better visibility into job status, improves response times, and helps maintain consistent service quality.

### " A major asset for coordinating our teams"

July 20, 2026

4.0

Pros

In the beauty marketing sector, in-store events and pop-up activations demand flawless field logistics. Zuper has proven extremely effective for scheduling our makeup artists and brand ambassadors. The mobile application gives teams instant access to their schedules, roadmaps, and merchandising guidelines.

Cons

The initial configuration required a significant time investment. The administrative interface sometimes lacks fluidity when attempting to quickly edit a series of recurring tasks.
