Since our team has begun utilizing Zuper it has helped organize our delivery and installation jobs and allowed our processes to be for efficient. I am very happy that we have begun to utilize this tool within out daily routine and processes.

Pros

The ease and functionality of the application with scheduling out delivery and installation jobs with customers.

Cons

Honestly, I have been happy with its performance thus far.

L’interfaccia è semplice da capire e permette di gestire attività e interventi in modo veloce. Mi piace la possibilità di tenere tutto organizzato in un unico posto.

Cons

Alcune funzioni richiedono un po’ di tempo per essere capite e l’app potrebbe essere più fluida in certe schermate. Qualche volta ci mette un po’ a caricare.

Pros

Cons

We wish there was an integration with a scanner so we can better manage our inventory from Zuper for an all in one solution.

Overall we are very happy we chose Zuper. They were an awesome partner from the very beginning and continue to be a software our team loves.

Pros

The dispatch board is amazing, and the integrations with our CRM and other technologies are incredible. The onboarding team did an awesome job putting everything together for us.

Cons

The quoting section could use some work. It’s pretty basic so it’s ok, but could be a lot more robust.

Our experience with Zuper has been great! It has been a work in progress to align Zuper with our business needs, but we are confident this will make a positive change to our department. We truly appreciate all of the efforts the Zuper team has put into developing this platform for our business. We can't wait to see where this platform takes us!

Pros

One of our favorite features about Zuper is the automated email notifications that get sent to our customers. This has been huge for our service department, especially because many different parties are involved. We also have benefited from the photos our technicians are able to submit, this helps our back office team get a better understanding of what we are working with.

Cons

Although the notifications has been our favorite feature, it has taken longer than we expected. One thing we wish we could do ourselves was setting up the notifications and having the freedom to fix/change as we go. We do appreciate the efforts from the development team! We also wish some of the features were more customizable:)

The initial experience was positive, after 3 months it seemed like they were moving in the right direction, after 6 months they pretty much gave up on creating our custom estimate, safety forms, etc. Was not a great experience, we would not recommend using them!

Pros

Great mobile app. Customer service was very responsive. The system overall works good but is fairly complicated.

Cons

The sales presentation was really good, they showed everything we wanted to see, we paid the initial deposit, but most of what they showed us didn't come to fruition as they start off with a basic system and will add anything you want. Overall we were not pleased with the consistent delays in progress. Mobile app was really good.

Amazing, easy to navigate. Love the ability to see the status of our jobs in a quick glance.

Pros

User friendly, so easy to train new employees. Customizable to fit our needs.

Cons

I really have no complaints, if I had to pick 1 thing it would be the ability to assign the job numbers instead of it autmatically assigning a number. That way we can have a consistant numbering through multiple systems that we use.

### "Best Team I Have EVER Worked With!!"

Our Zuper representatives, \[sensitive content hidden\] , as well as the tireless soldiers of productivity that comprise the engineering team, have been integral to our success with this program. We required an extremely customized experience in both templates, access roles, and compound conditional integrations with our CRM, and every single problem has been either directly solved, or we have restructured our approach to circumvent it. This has been a journey full of late nights and very meticulous alterations to templates and workflows, and everyone has stuck with us through it all. I couldn't possibly ask for a more dedicated group of people to bring this project to life with. If I had the funds to personally offer a bonus (and a spa day) to everyone involved, I would do so without hesitation.

Pros

The client-side customization is extensive and adaptable! The job checklist and workflow functions are the bread and butter of our field operations.

Cons

\- Abbreviations for US states are not recognized by the GPS function, or by the regional tax management settings within Zuper itself. For a US-founded company, that doesn't make much sense. - Certain reports, like the Product Master Report, still require a date range to be input before it is generated. It would be an improvement if this wasn't required.

Zuper is and has been great. It is a strong platform with good web and mobile applications. Furthermore, the in-and-out access of data has been game-changing for our organization.

Pros

The customization and the support of the onboarding and technical teams.

Cons

Certain features are a bit less developed than other, comparable FSM solutions. For example, custom reporting must be requested through the Zuper team. Users cannot set up custom reports on their own.

### "The Leading FSM Solution - Zuper"

Pros

Beginning with the attendance management to the more complex processes including work order management are made very easy on Zuper.

Cons

Zuper does not have an accounting module, hence another software is required to manage the accounts. If Zuper had a robust accounting module, then it would be a very holistic software for FSM.

Zuper has helped us replace inefficient, prone-to-human-error paper systems with efficient, streamlined digitized systems. Job intake and scheduling is much quicker and way more accurate, and overall the entire experience from intake to dispatch to final payment is much smoother, for both admins, technicians and customers!

Pros

The ability to customize the platform to best suit the softwares that we use, as well as to mesh well with our workflows is really wonderful. All throughout the process the Zuper team has been really patient and accomodating, ensuring that their platform is configured and set-up in ways that work best for our business and our team. The platform itself streamlines the service process from A to Z and ensures that our team is always set up for success. Another thing that we really love about Zuper is that it's constantly improving. While setting up the platform, our team provided some feedback to the Zuper team on a few key functionalities that the platform lacked and that we would love to have; within a few weeks time we saw that updates were made to the platform to optimize its offerings, and most if not all of the features we had requested are now available! It has been a real pleasure working with the Zuper team - I am confident there is no other FSM platform that provides the level of detailed and professional customer service that the Zuper team has provided.

Cons

As we were testing the platform we noticed a few small glitches and improvements that could be made, the primary issue being that there was no way for Dispatchers to create a job and select a job start & end time that was aligned with a technician's actual availability; however, Zuper has recently rolled out this very same feature, which is amazing!

We ultimately chose Zuper primarily because it integrates with our Accounting software (Spire), and our CRM software (Zoho). The flexibility of the Zuper team to work to customize the platform to suit our team's needs has been really incredible.

### "Zuper - a great solution for dispatching for contractors while using Zoho CRM"

Overall this is a great dispatch software for the cost that integrates well with the Zoho CRM. Also, not sure if their tech support is overseas but I can never get in touch with their support team during normal US based business hours. They only reply overnight. I would definitely recommend they have tech support available for all time zones if they sell the product.

Pros

I like that it integrates with Zoho CRM. The phone app is also nice and easy to use.

Cons

The timesheet aspect could use some work. When you export it to excel, it puts the time and date in the same field. Also, when someone is out on vacation, it doesn't put that on the main calendar. Also, the newest update to the calendar is not good. When you select a job on the calendar, it brings up a small window but you can't edit the job there. You have to now click another option to open yet another window to edit. It just added an unnecessary extra step.

Pros

I loved the dashboard metrics and reporting. The tool is seamless and never gets stuck. I love the fact that Zuper also has a mobile app that lets us track our employee's location.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Zuper's sophistication itself can be considered as a con since we might not get to use every feature. But it is great when we scale to an enterprise level.
