Super helpful while doing a phased rollout of Lightning to our teams where not all users had access to Lightning at that time. Cons Wish we could customize the actions available in the Lightning components, specifically hiding the trash can icon that can easily "delete all" files/notes/attachments on the record. Pros As a Salesforce AppExchange solution, it's simple to implement this product. The price was free which was fantastic and it does what it says it will. It provides a view of the related notes, files, and attachments from a parent (most useful on the account page showing contacts, opportunities, etc). A great option for anyone to consider. Cons There were some bugs in the product like notes appearing multiple times based on each date it was edited instead of only appearing once. We raised this to the development team and hopefully will see a fix someday as they were able to at least respond to the feedback on the bug in the product. This causes a delay in the load time for pages.
