“One challenge I’ve experienced is finding older meetings when I have a high volume of calls. If I’m trying to locate a meeting from six or seven months ago, the search feature requires fairly specific keywords to surface the right recording. When you have hundreds of meetings logged, it can take a little extra time to track down exactly what you're looking for.“

### "Fireflies: The Meeting Intelligence Tool That Shows Up Everywhere You Do"

May 27, 2026

5.0

Fireflies has become non-negotiable in my workflow. It's elevated the quality of my work, sharpened my accuracy, and meaningfully improved my productivity — and that's not a combination you find often in a single tool.

Pros

The standout advantage is seamless cross-platform integration — it shows up regardless of which meeting platform or tech stack I'm using, which eliminates an entire category of friction. Add in strong AI capabilities that deliver multiple perspectives on your conversations, and you're getting genuine intelligence — not just transcription. For the price point, the value-to-capability ratio is hard to beat.

Cons

The one gap worth noting: CRM integration is limited. As a Pipedrive user, I'd welcome a deeper native connection. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's the obvious next step for teams who live in their CRM

### "Turns meetings into deliverables - From conversation to finished work, faster"

July 1, 2026

5.0

Overall it's become one of the most valuable tools in my consulting practice. For a lean firm juggling multiple client engagements, being able to trust that every conversation is captured, searchable, and ready to turn into deliverables is real leverage, not just a convenience. It's changed how I work — I stay present in meetings, produce summaries faster, and have a searchable record I can return to weeks later when a question comes up about what was decided. The occasional transcription cleanup is a minor cost against how much time and mental load it saves.

Pros

The reliability of the transcription is what won me over. As a grant writing and fundraising consultant, I'm in client, funder, and partner meetings constantly, and the details discussed become deliverables and commitments — so accuracy isn't optional. Fireflies lets me stay fully engaged in the conversation instead of splitting my attention to take notes, and I trust that every word is captured. The transcripts are searchable and ready to work from the moment a call ends, which means I can turn them into clean meeting summaries and action-item lists for clients almost immediately. It's also unlocked work I couldn't take on before, like long-form interviews and oral histories that move straight from recording to finished written pieces without the manual transcription bottleneck.

Cons

Transcription accuracy dips with heavy crosstalk, strong accents, or a lot of industry-specific jargon and proper nouns, so I still have to review and clean up names and technical terms before anything client-facing goes out. The bot joining calls can also feel intrusive in more sensitive or informal conversations, and I occasionally wish the speaker labeling were sharper when several people are on a call.

### "Deceptive business practices - be very careful"

June 4, 2026

2.0

I signed up for a free account to test the service before committing to a paid account. I signed up on the website, being told I had 800 minutes of stored minutes. After I hit 500 minutes, I was told I was over my limit and I then noticed my account had a 400 minute limit. I contacted customer service via email and was told this was wrong and should be 800 minutes and would be fixed soon. It wasn't, so ultimately, they escalated it to tech support but the number still did not change. In the mean time, I got my minutes down to 300 and proceeded, so I could get recent transcripts, expecting the number to be corrected. Then I got an email from a CS Rep stating that I only get 400 minutes as a new customer and the 800 was an old limit. I suggested that they change the website, then if this was truly an official change. I got in touch again today to see where we stood as I am now, again, over my 400 minute limit, and, despite the website (as of today, a week later), their chat bot (again, today), their initial review of my question via email, Google, review sites, all saying I should get 800 minutes of stored minutes, I am being told, again, that I get only 400 as I am a new customer and they changed the limit. I find this deceptive, as everyone/place EXCEPT this one CS rep tells me I should have 800 minutes. Even after pointing out that they still promise 800 minutes to new subscribers on their website. Additionally, the stored-minute limit is total storage, not a monthly allowance. That part makes sense, since it encourages users to regularly clean out their accounts. However, once the limit is reached, all transcription stops. I deleted several meetings, expecting that this would allow the system to transcribe older meetings so I could review them before deciding what else to delete. Instead, the system still will not transcribe any meetings, which effectively makes the service unusable. The only way I can get the summaries is to delete important meetings I need notes for or pay what now feels like a ransom. I was expecting to upgrade after a one month trial but these customer service issues reflect business practices I most likely will not support.

Pros

Getting notes on my meetings frees me up from writing everything down on paper and transcribing it. It works across my meeting platforms, so I do not have to rely on being in Zoom to get my notes. Summaries appear to be reasonably accurate, enough for my usage.

Cons

Customer service (chat bot and email only, no phone number and no access via FB) Deceptive practices - bait and switch on minute limits Storage limits / turning off transcription Mildly intrusive attendance in meeetings

### "Firefiles Review"

April 22, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Fireflies was positive—it's a powerful AI notetaker that boosts productivity through accurate transcriptions, smart summaries, and task extraction, earning high ratings like 4.9/5 on Capterra. While limitations like cost and occasional inaccuracies exist, its intuitive UI and time-saving features make it ideal for frequent meetings, though less so for budget-conscious solos. I'd recommend it for teams but suggest starting with the free tier to test fit

Pros

I loved the real-time transcription and automatic meeting summaries the most—they're highly accurate and save tons of time by capturing key points effortlessly without manual note-taking. The ease of setup and seamless integrations with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack made it super user-friendly for daily workflows. Plus, features like action item tracking automatically highlight tasks, helping teams stay organized and productive post-meeting.

Cons

The biggest downside was the pricing—paid tiers feel expensive for individuals or light users, with unclear costs and surprise charges for extras. Transcription accuracy dips in multi-speaker scenarios or complex discussions, sometimes misattributing speech or missing nuances. Also, the limited free plan and occasional issues like aggressive default settings (e.g., auto-joining meetings) or poor customer support were frustrating.

Switched from

[Otter](https://www.capterra.com/p/202799/Otter/)

I switched from Otter.ai to Fireflies because Fireflies provides superior transcription accuracy, especially for multi-speaker meetings, and generates better AI summaries with conversation intelligence features like sentiment analysis and keyword tracking. Otter's language support is limited to just English, French, and Spanish, while Fireflies handles over 100 languages, which is crucial for my diverse team discussions. Additionally, Fireflies offers more extensive integrations (e.g., with CRM tools and calendars) and advanced analytics, making it more efficient for team collaboration and post-meeting insights compared to Otter's basic setup. Overall, these upgrades significantly boosted our productivity without a steep learning curve.

### "Fireflies.ai has become an essential part of my professional workflow"

June 11, 2026

5.0

Fireflies.ai has genuinely changed the way I work in my professional practice. I use it every day for online meetings, telephone calls and in-person consultations. I have never been particularly good at keeping detailed notes during meetings and historically relied far too heavily on memory. Fireflies has largely solved that problem for me by accurately transcribing and summarising meetings, calls and consultations. It is also extremely useful when used together with other AI tools, such as ChatGPT. Once a meeting has been transcribed and summarised, I can extract action items, prepare follow-up correspondence, draft reports, identify key issues and generally move matters forward much more efficiently. For my purposes, it offers excellent value for money and has become one of the most important tools in my daily workflow. I would highly recommend Fireflies.ai to professionals who attend regular meetings, take instructions, conduct consultations or need reliable records of discussions. It has saved me a significant amount of time and has improved the quality and consistency of my follow-up work.

Pros

Fireflies is accurate, efficient and very good value for money. The summaries are useful, the transcripts are generally reliable, and the platform has a strong range of features that make it easy to revisit discussions and identify action points. The mobile app is also extremely useful and, in my experience, just as effective as the desktop/browser-based version. Being able to record telephone calls and in-person meetings and then upload the audio for transcription and summary is particularly valuable.

Cons

The transcription is not always as strong when foreign languages are used, and it can sometimes become confused when languages are mixed in the same meeting. It also does not always add itself to meetings automatically. Another issue is that, where several team members are on the same call, the meeting is sometimes captured by another team member’s Fireflies agent rather than mine. This is manageable because I still have access to the summaries, but it does mean I have less functionality. In particular, I cannot always make changes to summaries and transcripts generated through someone else’s Fireflies agent.

### "Best option in the market"

June 9, 2026

5.0

perfect value for money, the best ai, notetaker service in the market right now. We tried other options, simpler and even cheaper but for us we were looking for a valuable service that would really cut us some slack in the organization, reporting and summarization part of the job and Fireflies definitely covers it.

Pros

real quality and valuable features, really good accuracy in transcriptions and AI insights. We've been using it for a year now and it has been a gamechanger for our organization, time optimization and even the satisfaction of our clients as they receive their own summary and action plan for each meeting

Cons

At the beginning I thought it was a little expensive, but after reviewing other cheaper options, they never met the quality and features Fireflies does so right now a year later and using every upgrade and update they have, I'm completely satisfied.

### "I'd recommend to anyone who wants to save time!"

Overall. Excellent.....I now miss no meetings and can actually be in many meetings at once and even without being present.

Pros

It's very automated, great value for money. The accuracy with which it transcribes meetings amazes me to this day. I love that I can go and look at a summary of any past meetings.

Cons

I wish some of the AI features came with the basic payment plan. I like that it can predict the probability of closing a sale. I don't like that I have to pay extra for it

### "Fireflies is an excellent app"

May 26, 2026

5.0

I love the Fireflies app and it automatically makes transcriptions of all my meetings and also generate summaries. I also used it when interviewing candidates for a job and proved to be an excellent app. It is easy to use and has an excellent user interface and would strongly recommend it. The client account management is also good and clear.

Pros

I liked the call recording, transcribe and AI summary of my meeting. I can now relax while attending a meeting as Fireflies does everything for me. My most favorite were AI skills and data tracking and accuracy. This is an excellent app in terms of value for money.

Cons

Clients should be informed about how AI credits works and the initial settings should be set such that initial AI credits do not finish. Fireflies AI credits should reset every month for those with Fireflies Pro

### "Excellent AI Meeting Assistant That Saves Time and Improves Productivity"

May 29, 2026

Pros

What I liked most about Fireflies is its ability to automatically record, transcribe, and summarize meetings with impressive accuracy. It saves a significant amount of time by capturing key discussion points, action items, and decisions without requiring manual note-taking. The search functionality makes it easy to find specific conversations, and the integrations with popular collaboration tools help streamline workflows across teams.

Cons

While Fireflies performs very well overall, the transcription accuracy can occasionally be affected by strong accents, background noise, or multiple people speaking at the same time. Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or individual users working with a limited budget.

It's been a great, easy experience. I have tried other transcript AI products but none of them was as intuitive and thorough.

Pros

### "A Reliable and Time-Saving AI Tool That Makes Meetings More Organized and Efficient"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Fireflies has been very positive. It has made meetings much easier to manage by automatically recording, transcribing, and organizing everything in one place. I no longer have to worry about missing important details or trying to multitask between listening and taking notes. The summaries and action items are especially helpful for quickly reviewing what was discussed and staying on track afterward. It also improves collaboration since I can easily share meeting notes with teammates, and everyone stays aligned without needing long follow-ups. The interface is quite user-friendly, and once everything is set up, it runs smoothly in the background without much effort. While there are small areas that could be improved, overall it feels like a reliable and practical tool that genuinely boosts productivity and saves time.

Pros

What I liked most about Fireflies is how effortless it makes capturing and organizing meeting information. It automatically records and transcribes conversations with impressive accuracy, which saves a lot of time compared to taking manual notes. I also appreciate how it highlights key points, action items, and important moments, making it easy to review meetings without having to replay everything. The search function is very helpful because I can quickly find specific topics or decisions across multiple meetings. Another thing I enjoy is the seamless integration with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack, which fits naturally into my workflow. Overall, it feels like having a smart assistant that ensures nothing important is missed while improving productivity and collaboration.

Cons

One thing I liked a bit less about Fireflies is that sometimes the transcription can miss or slightly misinterpret certain words, especially when there are strong accents, background noise, or multiple people talking at once. It’s usually still very usable, but I occasionally need to make small edits for clarity. Also, for longer meetings, the amount of information can feel a bit overwhelming at first, so it takes a little time to get used to navigating the summaries and highlights efficiently. Lastly, while the integrations are great, setting everything up perfectly across different tools can take a bit of initial effort. That said, these are fairly minor and don’t take away much from the overall experience.

Switched from

I made the switch because Fireflies is easy to use and helps simplify my workflow during meetings. It automatically records and transcribes conversations, which saves me time and effort compared to manual note-taking. The interface is straightforward, so I didn’t need much time to learn how everything works, and it integrates well with the tools I already use. Overall, it just makes meetings more efficient and less stressful to manage.

### "A game changer for staying on top of meetings without missing details"

February 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, Fireflies has been a real turning point in my daily workflow. It helps me capture decisions, commitments, and details that would otherwise slip through the cracks. I rely on it daily to stay organized, aligned with my team, and confident that nothing important was missed during meetings.

Pros

What I like most is the peace of mind it gives me. I can fully focus on the conversation knowing that nothing important will be missed. The transcriptions are solid even in long, complex meetings, and the ability to search past calls by keywords saves me a lot of time. I also find the automatic summaries and action items very useful for turning conversations into follow-ups instead of re-listening to recordings.

Cons

In meetings with poor audio quality, heavy interruptions, or a lot of cross-talk, the summaries can lose nuance or oversimplify key points. When conversations switch between languages or use very local expressions, the transcription and interpretation sometimes need manual review. It’s not a replacement for judgment, but rather a strong support tool.

Switched from

[ChatGPT](https://www.capterra.com/p/10009334/ChatGPT/)

I switched from using ChatGPT for meeting notes because the process was too manual and time-consuming. I had to upload the audio, wait for the transcription, then create a summary, and finally move the key points into a task board. With Fireflies, all of that happens automatically. It records, transcribes, summarizes, and highlights action items in one flow, which fits much better into my day-to-day work and reduces friction significantly.

### "A huge time saver for meeting notes and follow-ups"

January 15, 2026

5.0

Fireflies made my meeting workflow faster and more reliable. I spend less time writing and more time acting on decisions. I can review calls quickly, pull quotes with timestamps, and keep a clean record for stakeholders. The summaries help me follow up with clear next steps. It works well for recurring meetings and ongoing projects.

Pros

Fireflies saves me time. It joins meetings automatically and captures notes without extra work. The transcript is accurate and easy to scan. I can search by keyword and jump to the exact moment. The AI summary highlights decisions, action items, and key topics. Sharing and collaboration feel smooth.

Cons

Speaker labels can slip when people talk over each other or when audio quality drops. The dashboard has a lot of options, so it takes a little time to learn. Long meetings can take a bit to process. I would like more control over the summary format and templates.

Switched from

[Notion](https://www.capterra.com/p/186596/Notion/)

I made the switch because Notion started lagging and the transcriptions were no longer reliable. It missed parts of the conversation and sometimes failed to capture key points. ### "Awesome tool for everyday work"

February 5, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Fireflies has been positive and productive. It has been a valuable tool for improving meeting efficiency by automating note-taking, transcription, and summarization. It helped reduce administrative workload, enhanced follow-up discipline through clear action items, and improved collaboration across teams. While there were occasional limitations in accuracy and customization, the benefits in terms of time savings, documentation quality, and accountability far outweighed these challenges. It has been especially useful in supporting structured project management and decision-making processes.

Pros

What I liked most about Fireflies was its ability to automatically capture, transcribe, and summarize meetings in a clear and structured way. It significantly reduced the time spent on manual note-taking and allowed me to focus more on the discussion itself. The action-item tracking, searchable transcripts, and integrations with collaboration tools made follow-ups more efficient and improved overall accountability across teams. It also helped ensure that important decisions and commitments were well documented and easily accessible for future reference.

Cons

What I liked least about Fireflies was that the accuracy of transcriptions and summaries could sometimes vary, especially in meetings with multiple speakers, accents, or technical terminology. This occasionally required manual review and correction. In addition, some advanced features were limited to higher-tier plans, and customization of summaries and workflows was somewhat restricted. At times, integration and syncing delays were also noticeable, which affected real-time follow-ups.

Alternatives considered

[Otter](https://www.capterra.com/p/202799/Otter/)

Reason for choosing Fireflies

I chose Fireflies because it offered the best combination of automated meeting transcription, intelligent summarization, and seamless integration with the collaboration tools we already use (such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet). Its easy setup and user-friendly interface meant minimal training for the team, and the searchable transcripts made follow-up and knowledge management much more efficient than competitors. While other products had some strong features, Fireflies’ balance of accuracy, reliability, and workflow support aligned most closely with our needs for improving meeting productivity and accountability.

Fireflies allows me to keep track of the material from all my meetings, which is priceless for how many projects/meetings/people I speak with weekly. Of the current transcription services I have found Fireflies to be the top performer.

Pros

Strong transcription SaaS that is easily integrated into existing VoiP platforms. There is an extension that allows for easy access to meetings if the agent is not invited.

Cons

Forced AI token usage for summaries, lackluster folder management and category designation for meetings. Lost meetings without understanding why it had happened - although that is not the norm, it is the outlier.

### "Fireflies saves me hours each month on meetings and follow-ups"

February 3, 2026

5.0

Fireflies has been a reliable, continuously improving tool in my workflow. It works exactly as expected, the accuracy keeps getting better, and new enhancements feel practical rather than gimmicky. It’s now a core part of how I manage meetings, client conversations, and internal documentation.

Pros

Fireflies has the most accurate meeting summaries and action items of any AI notetaker I’ve tested. The transcripts are clean, the summaries are actually usable, and it reliably captures decisions and next steps without extra cleanup. It saves me hours each month by eliminating manual note-taking and follow-up documentation.

Cons

### "Fireflies Notetaker"

April 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, using Fireflies has significantly improved my workflow by allowing me to stay fully present during calls without worrying about notes. The automated summaries are surprisingly accurate and the search function is a lifesaver when I need to recall a specific detail from weeks ago. While the bot joining as a guest can be a bit awkward initially, the productivity gains and seamless CRM integration make it an essential tool for my daily meetings.

Pros

I really appreciate the high level of transcription accuracy and the automated summaries. It saves me at least three hours of manual note-taking every week, and the search function makes finding specific meeting details incredibly easy and fast.

Cons

The aspect I like least is how the bot physically joins the meeting as a guest, which can be distracting for clients. Additionally, the transcription sometimes struggles with overlapping dialogue and requires a fair amount of manual editing to be perfect.

### "By far the best support tool added to the arsenal of AI apps in 2025"

December 17, 2025

5.0

Very positive,... has made a significant improvement to managing client engagements and coordinating internal team tasks. Won't be able to operate at current scale without it

Pros

Intuitive and smooth onboarding. Interface makes it easy to use and navigate. The timelines and historical call summaries are well designed. My personal experience is that the important points and topics of the call are identified better than competitor products like Otter, Notetaker etc. For some reason it always feels like the AI understood what was important to add to the summary and what was secondary talking points, especially when it comes to listing the action items from the meeting. Share-ability of meeting summaries is also easier than some competitors. The mobile app serves as a great note taking tool for in person meetings.

Cons

Sometimes struggle to add it on the fly to meetings where I am not the organiser. But mainly because of the variety of online meeting tools used by cilents in our region,... especially as Odoo and Zoho meeting tools gain popularity in the UAE

Quality and accuracy of transcripts when working with multi-cultural partners with a variety of accents. Easy of sharing summaries and action points was also a big factor.

### "Best meeting transcription on the market."

March 3, 2026

5.0

Ten out of Ten. I've never had transcriptions be so concise and comprehensive. Meeting takeaways vs an intimate closing I can email to meeting attendees is GOLD.

Pros

I love how intuitive the tool is regarding the important things in meetings.I asked it to do a detailed overview, and there were things that Fred (their AI) generated that greatly increased the quality of post-meeting communications with my students. I started using it to generate mini-guides for each week's training and my students love the guides.

Cons

After the 5th use case, it started doing weird markup that didn't translate well to Google. Not their fault, but I was thankful to have a detailed meeting overview.

Reason for choosing Fireflies

More value and capacity for daily use. It also did not require me to download an app to my device

It did not review audio files and produce a transcription. I needed that service and found fireflies.

### "Excellent Meeting Intelligence and Transcription Tool for Busy Teams and Creators"

May 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Fireflies has been very positive. It has become a reliable part of my workflow for meetings, interviews, and content creation. The ability to automatically record, transcribe, summarize, and organize conversations has improved productivity and reduced the need for manual note-taking. It has also helped us build structured datasets for our interview platform by making conversations searchable and easier to analyze across multiple interviews. This has allowed us to extract patterns, insights, and recurring themes from founders, investors, and operators in a much more efficient way. While there is still room to improve on advanced AI context and editing features, it delivers strong value and consistently performs well.

Pros

Fireflies has been one of the most useful tools in my workflow for capturing and organizing meetings, interviews, and strategy calls. The transcription quality is strong, speaker tracking is helpful, and the search functionality makes it easy to revisit important moments later. It has saved a significant amount of time by turning conversations into searchable notes and actionable summaries. For our interview series, it has also been extremely valuable for building searchable datasets from conversations, helping us identify recurring themes, decision-making patterns, and actionable insights across episodes. The integrations with Zoom, Google Meet, and other platforms also make the experience seamless without requiring extra setup.

Cons

The AI summaries can occasionally miss nuance or oversimplify important parts of conversations, especially during technical or strategic discussions. For podcast and content workflows, the editing capabilities are still limited compared to dedicated editing tools like Descript. There are also times when speaker switching or formatting in transcripts needs minor manual cleanup.

### "I rate Fireflies a 100/100"

May 13, 2026

5.0

I set the settings to auto-join meetings, and for other meetings with different security settings, I use the live recording option (after getting permission to record). I frequently go back to my recorded meetings to use the AI-generated notes, scan the transcript to write my own notes and action items, share the meeting link with my colleagues so everyone has the same detailed context, and create sound bites when only a portion of the meeting is necessary for someone. It makes sure that I always look organized and have an amazing memory.

Pros

Call recording is clear, transcripts are 99% accurate, and meeting notes are concise. The list of action items is great, too, and I value the option to browse keywords to find the meeting I'm thinking of. I like that Fireflies is automatically added to meetings, but I also have the option to capture them live for in-person meetings. I also value the chance to share meetings with colleagues—it has made collaboration a lot easier. I made a mistake that led a colleague to add a seat to my account, and customer support resolved everything promptly and to my satisfaction. Meeting analytics are interesting, too, and will enable me to prove to my boss how much time I'm spending in meetings instead of getting my work done.

Cons

I honestly like it very much. I would like to pay less, but it's a fair price for the value delivered.

### "My work has a clear "before and after" Fireflies.AI!"

February 3, 2026

5.0

Fireflies.AI has really helped me sinthesize all my meetings, and helping me to follow up on things. I consider myself a heavy user! However, due to compliance limitations at my work, I cannot "call" Fireflies into any MS Teams meeting...it would be very useful to add a "skin" (like a personalized e-mail address for example "name.last-name@company.com" instead of "...@fireflies.ai" this would make my work and transcripts editing much more easier!

Pros

I like the flexibility it provides; for example, in my day-to-day I work with meetings in 3 different languages, therefore, being able to change from language to language is very important to me. Also, the editing flexibility is very important!

Cons

It was not clear at all that adding team members to my pro subscription would have an additional cost; this should be more explicitly detailed before adding team member, since everything along the process looks easy and friendly...but when the next month's bill came, I ad been charged with USD 20 additional PER team member...and I never received a warning about it. For any other trouble shooting, the customer support team has always been very helpful!

### "Great addition to improve engagement!"

January 7, 2026

5.0

Overall it has been a great experience, I have been able to be more engaged in the meetings I am in and also being able to go back and listen to the meeting recording helps a ton. The summaries are good overall and do a decent job with some errors but realtively minor errors and easy enough to go listen to that section of the transcript and find out what the intention was. It has been great for time savings as well since I don't have to take notes I have a lot more involvement.

Pros

I like the ease of use for online meetings and love the app for in-person meetings. It is my go-to for in-person meetings to help me take notes and allows me to really be engaged during the meeting and active.

Cons

Sometimes there are a few errors or it doesn't capture as expected when activated, but this happens few and far between.

### "Fireflies changed the way we document meetings."

May 10, 2026

5.0

Fireflies was our first meeting notetaker. It changed the way we document meetings. Now we occasionally use the notetakers in Teams Pro and ClickUp but they don't compare well to Fireflies.

Pros

What I like most is the way Fireflies integrates into MS Teams meetings, the accuracy of summaries and identification of action items.

Cons

Occasionally, we have to train Fireflies to recognize words or phrases. Without training it can make mistakes.

### "Schedule, Recording, Cost, AI Summary"

June 24, 2026

5.0

affordable AI note taking platform, it offers good value though it can still be pulled down. I upgraded recently, which i still need to check if i earned a saving and was not double billed.

Pros

it automatically joins my schedules on teams and google calendar. the AI summary is very insightful, it now has the recording button, which I suggested during my first use when it was not able to record the sound through the sound device, it only records through the mic.

Cons

cost. i believe it could be lower. there are times the calendar is confusing. you cannot see a calendar at all. ther are too many icons such home, meeting status, and meeting.
