Pricing is reasonable compared to similar product offerings; in fact, this application offers more included minutes for recording than Otter A.I. Pros The ease of recording across all of my devices and web page access for companies that do not allow you to download native applications. I also love that it will automatically schedule a recording for any meeting that includes login information. The recording summaries are edited quickly and you have access to use A.I to query the transcripts. Cons Love the auto meeting recording. This feature should not default to 'on'. If you are interviewing, for example....not the meeting you want auto-attending and recording. It has made a huge impact on my reporting to clients, as before Fireflies, I would be talking and listening in in-person meetings, then jotting down bullet points. So much was lost just through information not being captured. That has completely changed, and I've received great comments from clients, boards, and banks. It's easy to share when the person I meet with also wants the notes. I have a little way to go to get it to do everything I want, but I'm getting there. Pros The integration with Zoho CRM makes is seamless to capture notes from a meeting and automatically have it populate in the person's record in Zoho CRM. Gamechanger. Cons Sometimes the notetaker will enter meetings I don't want it to without my permission, and in one particular case of a small group of friends, me not being able to control that is a bad look. Cons Sometimes when I upload an audio file, it seems to take forever to upload and freezes. I fix this by cancelling the upload and trying again. This fix always works. It has a small learning curve but Pros It's better then any human being in taking notes. Don't look further! Since I am using Fireflies, I don't have to take notes anymore. It does everything. Who said what, who asked which question. It's litterly perfect and it supports all the languages our team and clients speak! Thank you guys! Cons Nothing. It's perfect! In the beginning it had a small learning curve to figure out how everything was working and I had to contact the support to make some things clear, but this is the usual drill with all kind of services and applications. So no cons in my eyes.
