Pros I love the incredible ability it has to transcribe and recap meeting notes plus its ability to provide action items. I also love how I can set the setting so the meetings are automatically joined. It integrates very well with many platforms and cuts out so much admin time! Pros The user interface is very friendly, to begin with. It also has a very convenient layout: you can get not only a summary but also tasks that need to be done which can be categorised into who needs to do them. It also helps me keep track of how many meetings i have in a week. Cons The fact that I can't export a meeting summary as a PDF without having to copy and paste it somewhere else. When i can send a PDF with one or two quick buttons, I can easily provide it in a professional manner for participants without sending a link (even better if it has an option for branding the PDF). The platform itself is simple to navigate. From a productivity perspective it allows you to focus on your meeting without the need to take notes....it does all that for you....and more. Pros Fireflies is simply a game changer for those that manage client, staff, supplier meetings via platforms such as Zoom and Teams. Cons I have yet to work out how to use it for in person meetings that are not on Google Meet or another online meeting portal. The summary is decent, as the transcripts in both Italian and English in my case. Cons Sometimes there are functions which are hidden, which are worth to be put more in advance. Manual / in-person mode is also v helpful for taking voice-notes / debriefing and then getting a summary. Nicely integrated with lots of other services to download summaries and transcripts Cons too many marketing mails asking to upgrade after EVERY meeting.
