It is so much easier to just have a conversation and maintain a train of thought in a meeting and not be worrying about whether I should be writing something down. Pros The annual cost is very reasonable. The AI summary and meeting transcript is available very quickly after the meeting. I can easily add the names of the speakers and rename the meetings. Cons I haven't found anything I don't like. My primary concerns were that it would not be very expensive and it would be easy to start from my phone without a lot of clicks. It excels in both categories. Pros I really love how easy Fireflies records and transcribes my meetings.Even though it is not so correct in Croatian , the AI summaries are more than helpful. Such apporach is saving me a lot of time. The integration with other tools like Google Meet and Zoom works flawlessly. Cons Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the transcript to appear after a long meeting, but it is clear and understandable. Pros It checked all the boxes of what I was looking for: accuracy with translation for recording from my phone app, meeting summaries, a great free plan to try it out (and possibly continue with - but the paid tier adds a lot a value for a good price, especially compared to other products, and I've checked them out - that's saying a lot because I rarely pay for a subscription service). It integrates very well with many platforms and cuts out so much admin time! Pros The user interface is very friendly, to begin with. It also has a very convenient layout: you can get not only a summary but also tasks that need to be done which can be categorised into who needs to do them. It also helps me keep track of how many meetings i have in a week. Cons The fact that I can't export a meeting summary as a PDF without having to copy and paste it somewhere else. When i can send a PDF with one or two quick buttons, I can easily provide it in a professional manner for participants without sending a link (even better if it has an option for branding the PDF).
