Pros Fireflies has become a valuable component in our sales process. I never learned to take good notes. Fireflies lets me engage in meetings with my customers and feel confident I will get better notes, action items, deadlines, etc. than I could ever take on my own. It has cut our follow up discovery meetings by >50% and it helps us cut our sales cycle by several weeks. Cons the formatting can be excessive, and it makes some assumptions that are not correct. Cons I wish it did not accrue as much bandwidth as it does on my calls and I wish the to- do list worked as well as the meeting summaries.
