Pros

I like that Fireflies captures all your meetings without even having to add it on each platform. The notes are accurate.

Cons

The app is great. Just the monthly costs for subscription. It is a bit high. It will be great to have more options for costs.

Pros

Fireflies is great. Wonderful customer support, great security, excellent call recording and transcript and meeting summary generation.

Cons

Nothing really. Their great customer support ensures you promptly get your issues addressed as soon as possible.

I use Fireflies multiple times each week for sermon notes and for HOA meetings and for nonprofit ministry meetings. I love the tool and i will continue to experiment with the AI applications.

Pros

I love the translation into text and the ability to generate questions that i often use in my church small group for sermon discussions. The meetings we have as a nonprofit are many and this is an ideal tool for capturing bot live and online meetings.

Cons

Free is always nice but the cost is reasonable.i cannot think of anything i would like to change yet.

fabulous, I really value the platform and the time it saves me with the transcripts and summaries it provides me. I have found being able to download the transcripts so easy and helpful on days when I am back to back and need to refresh my mind from one meeting to the next.

reliability, ease of use and summaries that are actually helpful following a meeting, So make my ability to recal and produce meaningful actions much improved.

I do not actually have any issues with the site at the moment. It works great for me so Iam happy with it.

Satisfied because it does its job well, is easy to use, and fixes my problem of needing to take meeting notes.

Pros

It has various alternatives to capture meetings and it also has live transcript feature which I haven't found in other note-takers. Meeting summaries are capture the key and necessary points, and the transcript quality for language other than English (particularly Indonesian) is nearly accurate.

Cons

While its performance is excellent, the pricing remains the most significant drawback, particularly when considering the average wages in Indonesia.

The meeting recaps were simply amazing after you shift to the pro version, everything is noted and understood in 100+ Languages.

Cons

Nothing of that sort from the start, but in the free version Fred is not present in all the meetings.

Pros

Usability is great, also transcription works fine with multiple languages. Easy to adapt and to use with teams.

Cons

It is a bit expensive, I have to admit it. But I think it is worth it. Also, I have to invite an email to my meetings for it to transcribe.

The price of the program. that you cant reduce the noise. that you cant download the transcript with one click.

The inteligence in summarizing meetings online. I love that I don't need to write anything during the calls.

Cons

Lack of native windows app (yet). It's kind not perfect to let another "user" in the meeting only to take notes.

I really like how easy it is to use Fireflies, and the excellent summarized notes it produces. They produce quality summaries of my meetings and saves me a lot of time trying to take notes while leading a call.

Cons

I need to fix the names after the fact... hopefully Fireflies can one day remember people by their voice if i'm meeting with them every time.

This is an excellent product for taking an audio of a meeting and transcribing it into text. I love the web, mobile and desktop apps for this. It's reduced my need to make notes during a meeting, because I can get them afterwards. I tried several other meeting minute apps before, but this one is the best for different accents.

Pros

I find their audio to text transcripts to be quite accurate, especially with a variety of accents and Maori words and placenames. It's not perfect, but better than most that I have seen.

Cons

The meeting summary AI is rarely appropriate for my context (which is not in the USA) so I end up putting it into my company copilot, which holds more context and provides a more relevant summary, notes, actions, etc.

Excellent features and good use of AI in meetings. Transcribing meetings and the speech to text could be improved as an AI assistant. However, overall it's a great product for business users.

Pros

The auto meeting recording for scheduled meetings and the ability to record videos as well has a good. Meeting summary is very useful.

Cons

The inability to delete meetings in bulk, instead of deleting one by one. Also the UI could be better.

Amazing. It has been smooth and filled with surprises that really shocked us how good they were. Think, and it'll come through.

Pros

This product works like magic. I can quickly go through hours and hours of meeting and get just the information I need, actionable points, strategies, key data, in a fraction of the time it would take to go through them. I don't know how anyone can survive without it.

I think the onboarding process could've been more active in order to guide us through some of the amazing features available, which we ended up discovering on our own.

The app needs to be open to upload a conversation, makes it more time consuming. When on the road I just want to close the app and move on, but then it doesn't upload.

Fireflies makes me not have to listen to the whole meeting again: I can simply read the transcription and just pick and choose which bits I need to get the exact wording on (it’s EXTREMELY HELPFUL in this area, big time saver too), etc.

The value I get for the money I spend to maintain my Fireflies subscription is great! I’ve never needed customer service; it’s intuitive and easy to figure out.

Cons

I can’t seem to find my subscription anywhere on my phone! But I have it; it’s working. It’s not the fault of Fireflies, though, just another user error.

For me the main benefit is time savings and the ability to easily revisit any meeting content when needed.

Pros

Fireflies works surprisingly well in Romanian, which was a major advantage for me. The transcription is clear and coherent, and the automatic structuring of discussions, along with extracting key points, is very helpful for organizing information. It significantly reduces the time spent on note-taking and allows for much better tracking of decisions and action items from meetings.

Cons

Overall, the experience is very good. Like any AI-based tool, more complex phrasing may occasionally require a quick review, but this does not impact its overall usefulness.
