Pros Very efficient, work like a charm and never fail. I use it to download videos and then get the transcription and summery so I can extract the ideas of the videos without having to watch all of it. Cons nothing, it does well what I use it for. Indispensable for interviews. Pros Compared with other, similar AIs, the summaries provided was the most attractive. That, coupled with the lowest subscription cost. I also liked the perk of 1 year free subscription of Perplexity Pro. Finally, it's very easy to use - for instance, if I have a semi-structured interview, I can easily download the Transcript and have Perplexity look into the text for answers to the interview guide questions. Another main plus for me was to be able to include Fireflies in a meeting that wasn't in my calendar. This was fairly easy (could be a bit faster) and not being able to do so would be a deal-breaker. Cons The time limit for recording can be a problem. I had to re-invite it to a 4-hour meeting. Also, I wish it did not force a "to-do list" from any meeting. Interviews, for instance, have no to-dos. So, just having an "interview summary" as an option would be useful. This "to-do" list seems to be a thing among transcription IAs, though. MinutesLink has the same glitch.
