I can share the minutes of the meetings right away with my team. Pros the meeting summaries and transcripts. It can generate the needed summary shortly after the end of the meeting. Cons The price for a pro subscription. It's a bit pricey. I only conduct meetings once a week. If only the pro price is lowered a little, then I might consider subscribing again. And allowed me to be present during an interview instead of worried im gonna miss taking down all the points being discussed. Pros It is easy to use and good value for money. I do like the meeting summaries and sharing the notes with the attendees. Quality of notes is good, even when meetings are held mostly in local dialect (Limburgs). Sometimes you need to adjust the notes a bit, this is mostly when multiple people are talking at the same time. Pros Easy to use app, makes great notes and summaries of conversations, project meetings or Dungeons and Dragons sessions. The ai chatbot can easily create different emails out of one meeting. Pros Its easy to use, like toggles are there. So all you have to do is just toggle them, as yes or no or the other options. It clean and crisp. It’s definitely a valuable tool for schools. The price is also reasonable and manageable. Cons The only downside has been the unexpected monthly charges for AI credits, which continued even after I canceled the service twice. It's a great relief. Pros It's very efficient, catches various accents. I am not sure if it catches languages other than English. The audio recording is really good and the paid version allows you to getting meeting transcripts which are pretty accurate. Cons When listening to audio recordings when you aren't logged into your account, fireflies keeps prompting you to sign multiple times every few mins which can be a bit inconvenient. I do prefer other recording software (e.g. Fathom) to Fireflies for the ease of use and very generous free plan with wide range of tools available. I do find myself transitioning away from using Fireflies. Pros I have been using it because some other team members do. I like the the reminder email before the call and the summary email sent straight after the call. Give it time and get to know it, and you will enjoy a powerful new tool that will free up loads of time by automating time-consuming (and annoying) administrative tasks. Overall, the platform creates a lot of value beyond just transcriptions. The follow-up email composition alone is worth the investment! Pros The first time I used Fireflies, there were two very different accents in the meeting (New York City and Serbian), and I was very impressed with the accuracy of the transcript. When Fireflies composed the first follow-up email, I was so happy I almost cried. I wanted to tell everyone I know about this incredible tool! Cons The summaries are either 100% spot-on or contain errors and should be carefully reviewed before sharing.
