In the beginning of my firm, I would scramble to have to juggle writing notes, facilitating the meeting, and making sure that I didn't forget key things. Now, I can just focus on the meeting. Pros IT is easy to use, a lot of features and integrations. I love the call summary with full transcript. Transcripts generate super fast. There is a folder feature called channels to organize transcripts, which is great so transcripts don't get lost in the other files. There is a set it and forget it feature where it will auto join calls so you don't have to press a button. It captures text + voice + provides a summary, it's incredible. Cons I get duplicated transcripts, but I think it's because I have auto-add on in addition to integration for all meetings. I check both meeting outputs because the summaries can be a bit different, sometimes it can feel like information overload, but it's really good. The accuracy of the full transcript can be improved.
