AI for six months and been pleased with the output. I rarely have to do anything to make it work for me. Pros This is an early review, I've been pleased with Fireflies.AI, they responded to my request for a BAA, have been easy to work with and have something set up to easily genrate a note that is useful for my phone contacts. Cons seems a bit complicated but that's a learning thing and Claude.AI helps a great deal. The instructions for customizing things are easily available. Review Source AH Annamarie H. It may sound dramatic to say this has transformed my administrative support however that is how it is. I have more time to actively follow up, rather than recalling a day of meetings and write up of notes. Pros Using an AI notetaker - Fireflies- has made a big difference to my working day. The meeting notes provided by Firefly provide an excellent summary, it is the quality of the notes and key features such as providing a short summary that are particularly useful. The back-office features are good too- in addition to receiving notes via email, there is a dashboard where I can locate meeting notes in one place, amend preferences for how these are shared or not with participants and generally tailor Fireflies to work for me. Cons I work in Education, an are which is full of terminology - it can be difficult for humans to navigate so it was not surprising that meeting notes do require a review to ensure correct terms in use. This is improving as Fireflies becomes more familiar with the commonly arising terms. January 20, 2026 5.0 very useful tool if you want notes to have taken, but dont want to do it yourself. For now it works better than gemini. Pros i use it te record all my meetings so I can focus on listening and asking questions. I put them all in NotebookLM so I can have a library and a personal assistant. Cons sometimes it is difficult to remove it from me a meeting if you want it not to be present. And it would be nice that in video meetings it would show a smaller tile. It's been helping me change my approach to meetings. I can focus more on being "in the room" rather than taking notes. Pros Works across all meeting platforms as well as in-person through their mobile app. We're a Google Business, but I often have to attend Teams meetings (or others). This allows me to ensure I always have an AI agent joining. Cons There's a limit on how many minutes we can record with the basic subscription. Annoyingly, they've built the model to get you to spend more on credits. My workaround is that I extract the relevant info into my CRM. I get to listen and read through the transcription at the same time. Pros What I like most about Fireflies is that it's so easy to use. I appreciate that you can listen to the audio while going through the transcript. Cons The transcription isn't 100% accurate, but it's understandable. Pros With ADHD I can forget to add an appt to calendar or still forget to show. Fireflies doesn't miss a meeting that is on my calendar and I can all it in on ones that are not. I also love the soundbites feature. Cons What I would love to see is the total number of minutes used on the meetings tab. Tracking is more difficult without it. " November 17, 2025 5.0 I love it! Saves me so much time, makes me so much more productive! Integration is seamless. Transcription is very good. Options to summarize. Focused on different needs. Makes it very versatile. Pros Fireflies is just awesome! It saves me so much time for not having to write meeting notes or summarize meetings for others. Furthermore, I automatically get my tasks to my connected JIRA board. And I can finally focus on the meeting itself and not be distracted by taking notes. Cons I always wanted to have a desktop app as well as recording meetings without Fireflies having to join the meeting itself. But I think that is being addressed already and will be part of one of the next versions. The good thing is that FireFlies has been evolving ang getting better since I started using it. It's a sign of a team that does a great work! I use FireFlies as my AI Notetaker Agent to daily meetings and client calls. Pros I did like the call summaries, the dashboard and API connections FireFlies offers. I've connected with LLMs and this scales up lots of manual tasks. Cons The accuracy of the notes and open task tracking; could me more accurate. Other than that, analytics tab could provide more accurate information. No puedes estar tomando notas todo el rato mientras atiendes y gestionas la reunion, con esto te centras 100% en atender a la reunión y luego con tranquilidad revisas lo comentado y el feedback, next steps o insights. Pros El hecho de poder volver a revisar todas las reuniones y tener la información de la reunión en diferentes formatos (audio, transcripción, resúmenes de IA o pregunta a la IA). Cons A veces se equivoca y no detecta bien quien esta hablando, por lo que puede atribuirte a ti cosas que ha dicho el cliente o viceversa. Hay que tener cuidado con esto sobre todo al leer los resúmenes con IA o preguntar a Fred, ya que estarán mezclando información e interlocutores. I used to sum up my online meetings by myself, and it took time, whereas now I can leave it to my Fireflies to just review it, and my clients are getting extra value. Pros What I like the most is the quality of the summaries, because it's really nicely prepared, with a little percentage of errors happening only from time to time, and given in a nice and smooth form. Cons That it does happen to make errors in this small percentage. like in 5% of cases. That's a very small ratio, but still it can happen, like taking by mistake what's cost and what's income for a company.
