Overall, it is easy to use. You can easily import audio and transcribe, and you can easily use AI to get insights into your meetings. Works great on both online and in-person meetings.

Pros

Transcribes very well and accurately. It also provides a great summary of the meeting/recording, whilst getting the action or tasks and dates clearly stipulated. It also gets the tasks correctly to the assigned person

Cons

The free account is limited. Also, when there are many people talking, sometimes the software does not get the participants correctly if you label speakers.

Simplicity. Accuracy. Great way to keep archive of all meetings and notes. Easy to search for prior meetings.

Cons

Pre Settings for meetings on website could be easier and more user friendly to set up in advance. Fopr some reason only joins my Teams meetings, not google meets.

Very good. Its becoming an essential part of my workflow. I find that I am more engaged in client calls when I don't have to take notes and Fireflies does a much better job than I.

Pros

Works seamlessly with online meetings and I also use it to record my initial phone conversations with clients. I simply use a noise cancelling speakerphone and good quality microphone. The AI summaries are excatly what I need and I use them frequently to refresh my memory of prior conversations. I also like the live transcription which allows me to go back and clarify something that was said prior

Cons

They dont give enough AI credits for the membership levels. Its a bit confusing to use at the beginng but once you are up and running its great. They have a lot of tutorials to help with the learning curve

very good, great experience. That made it possible to rely on very good class/meeting notes and then interact with other Ai models to study or elaborate on a work project. It changes a lot for a person like me who didn't like to take notes during live meetings

Cons

The boot is visible for the meetings. It may soon be possible to have it without being visible; it looks in beta difficulties when you use different emails or browsers to attend calls

Cons

hard to navigate through app. I told my assistant to upgrade to paid version and we couldnt find the button.

overall a good experience. Notes cannot be fully relied on if an international speaker is part of the conversation

Pros

easy to learn. Efficient note taking creating great efficiencies. Pre-meeting reminders of past topics to reconsider is very useful as well.

Cons

misidentification of speakers when connecting into a conference room, which makes follow up and notes accuracy somewhat difficult. the system is often challenged by international accent which leads to questionable notes

It is very easy to use and friendly to navigate. Love native integration with Google meet and automatic minute sharing.

Cons

No video recording and transcripts are sometimes off even with people using earpods. Limitations in amoujnt of recording.

Absolutely worth my personal money being spent on this work tool! I decided to invest from my personal remuneration in order to upgrade from the Free package to a paid one, to enjoy the benefits of an AI assistant. I'm surprised daily by new functionality that at first was sceptical about, but truly converted now. Thank you!

Pros

The app is easy to understand and use, but most of all - I am able to use it seamlessly between my Iphone & laptop - never missing any meeting notes or actions to be implemented.

Cons

There is not a lot of affordable storage space for to packages offered. I know it's a lot of data to host, but maybe there could be an easier way to discard the actual recordings (if not specifically saved) & just be left with the notes?

Fireflies is easily better than other tools I've used in this space. The navigation is effortless, and the UI is much cleaner than the competition, which often feels bulky. My only complaint is that the free version is quite limited in terms of AI credits and advanced features. If the free tier were slightly more generous, it would be the perfect entry-level tool for any professional.

Pros

I’ve been using Fireflies recently and wanted to share some positive feedback. The UI is exceptionally clean, which makes for a very distraction-free experience. Navigating through different meetings and transcripts is intuitive and seamless, allowing me to find what I need without a learning curve. Great work on the design!

Cons

The free tier is quite limited. Many essential features (like video recording or CRM integrations) and AI credits are locked away, making it feel more like a short-term trial than a functional free version.
