I love that you don't have to submit a ticket for each individual piece. Once you are on the phone with them, they will resolve any and all issues. Pros I appreciate that when you are having issues, they will stay on the phone with you no matter how long it takes. Love the very easy to use application tools. Cons There is not anything that I would like the least. We have had a great experience with the team and their support. Pros EyeRide is user friendly and allows for our delivery vehicles to be compliant based off of state regulations. It allows us to keep our drivers safe while also holding them accountable. Cons The alert emails could be formatted differently rather than just data fields. Maybe alert emails can be broken down by vehicle. Inventory and Transport Manager Alternative Medicine Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great for my industries needs" October 18, 2024 5.0 I have had this system for three weeks now and have not really had any issues with it other than some spotty coverage for live view but I am able to see the recordings once they upload to the dashboard. I was able to go with this one system in my fleet to monitor the drivers and cargo area versus having two separate systems for each before Eyeride. I did all of the installs myself and they took about 2 or 3 hours each while taking my time. I like how everything is all on one dashboard that is pretty easy to navigate through. Pros Nice all in one system that allows me to make sure my drivers are being safe, compliant and protected on the road. The amount of data that is allowed to be stored is also perfect for my industries record keeping requirements. I also like the additional feature of the panic button and how the AI system keeps track of my drivers habits. Cons Installation instructions could be a little more detailed and the live view coverage can be a little spotty depending on the vehicles location. Switched from [Linxup](https://www.capterra.com/p/153863/Linxup-GPS-Tracking/) Linxup was not able to provide my company with the amount of stored data that is required for my industries regulations and they did not offer a system that could also monitor the cargo areas. Proactive. Cons Lack of support for a second carrier without adding another unit. Cons We cover some very rural routes so the coverage in these areas may not always be good and when Wifi drops, our camera systems (not EyeRide) will occasionally have issues picking the Wifi back up without having to reset units. Pros Eyeride works. It was very easy to set up and use. After a month with the unit, I applied a password to keep cars from trailing the bus to use the wifi signal. I advise customers of it, they log on, and I never hear anything else. I have to ASK them to ensure it's working. Speed is very good. Universal glowing reviews. Cons If there was anything, the unit developed a problem with a simcard replacement. Unlike other platforms that tackle one or two issues with our fleet, EYERIDE does a good job giving a 360 solution for the fleet. Cons The implementation is challenging but definitely worth it.
