It's easy to use and have a lot of features for control and manage remote teams.

Cons

Sometimes I had a problems with notifications. But it has a good support team.

Considero que es una plataforma que aporta a la gestión diaria de tareas, que permite tener visibilidad de los proyectos y los recursos destinados a cada uno de ellos. De esta manera se logra optimizar tiempo y recursos.

Pros

Tiene funcionalidades e integraciones que permiten facilitar el trabajo diario y la gestión de equipos. Permite ver el progreso y estado de los proyectos como así también qué personas los realizan.

Cons

En algunos casos puede ser necesario acudir a tutoriales para conocer toda la plataforma y aprender más sobre su uso.

Pros

De Workdeck me gusta la cantidad de herramientas que hay dentro de la plataforma. Podes gestionar múltiples equipos y tareas sin salir de la página. Además, poder trabajar desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier horario es una gran ventaja.

Cons

No me gusta la interfaz del usuario. Muchas veces tarda en cargar los contenidos o se desacomodan las columnas. Como plus, algo que sumaría a Workdeck a futuro es que cada usuario pueda "customizar" su plataforma.

Pros

Es una herramienta amigable, intuitiva y fácil de utilizar. Una de las funcionalidades más interesantes y prácticas es la de reporting para realizar análisis de manera rápida y muy sencilla. Además, centralizar toda la gestión del trabajo en un mismo lugar, nos ha ayudado a optimizar los tiempos de trabajo y tener una mejor comunicación.

Cons

No hay algo que no me haya gustado. Cuando tuvimos alguna dificultad en el uso, el equipo estuvo disponible para brindarnos soporte y ayudarnos de inmediato.

Como propietario de un establecimiento de restauración, Workdeck es muy útil para hacer seguimiento general de los eventos o acontecimientos importantes que surjan. Nos permite tener mayor fluidez con nuestros proveedores gracias al gestor de tareas y las herramientas de comunicación que ofrece la plataforma.

Pros

Nos permite hacer un seguimiento a tiempo real de los pendientes del restaurante

Cons

La carta Gantt es un excelente recurso, pero al comienzo no es tan intuitiva

Es muy funcional y de fácil uso. Ofrece muchas funcionalidades que permiten concentrar la cotidianidad de una empresa en una sola plataforma

Pros

Todas las funciones están interconectadas de alguna manera. Desde la creación de los proyectos, tareas, seguimientos hasta horas trabajadas. Lo bueno es que de estas relaciones se pueden generar datos que permiten hacer un seguimiento a tiempo real de los proyectos que trabajamos.Otra cosa es el chat interno de la empresa que tiene aplicación propia para el móvil, lo que permite separar canales de comunicación y no tener que dar el número personal para comunicarse entre el equipo.

Cons

Cuando los proyectos son muy largos y se reflejan en la gantt, cansa visualmente por la extensión que tiene la gantt y la exigencia de reconocer la simbología. Pero cuando ya la sabes, es fácil.

Puedo organizar mi día a día y me da visibilidad de las tareas importantes y mis "to do". Uso mucho el calendario ya que me permite gestionar mi agendar, citar reuniones y linkearlas a mis proyectos.
