Mi experiencia en general ha sido buena y, sobre todo, muy práctica. Para mí no es tanto una herramienta que “descubres”, sino una que integras en tu rutina sin darte cuenta. La uso para lo que la necesito y responde, sin más. No me genera fricción ni me hace perder tiempo, que es justo lo que busco. No es algo que me complique ni que tenga que estar revisando constantemente, y eso, siendo freelance, tiene mucho valor.

Pros

Trabajo como freelance en marketing y contenidos, y bastante tengo ya con clientes, entregas y estrategia como para complicarme con la parte financiera. Aquí todo es bastante directo: entras, ves lo que has facturado, lo que está pendiente y listo. No siento que tenga que “aprender” a usarlo, simplemente lo uso. Y eso, en el día a día, se agradece muchísimo.

Cons

Si tengo que decir algo, diría que al principio hay pequeños detalles de navegación o secciones que no son tan evidentes a la primera, sobre todo si nunca has usado una herramienta de este tipo. No es nada grave, pero sí he tenido algún momento de “vale, ¿esto dónde estaba?” hasta que te haces a la lógica del programa. Luego ya fluye, pero ese primer contacto podría ser un poco más guiado.

Porque buscaba algo un poco más completo sin complicarme. Bilin me parecía muy enfocado solo a facturar, y yo necesitaba tener también cierta visión de impuestos y organización sin tener que irme a otra herramienta. Contasimple me encajó más en ese punto medio: sencillo, pero con lo necesario para no tener que estar saltando entre herramientas todo el rato.

Es simple e intuitivo .

Cons

No te da balance de sumas y saldos ni un balance de situación, sólo el PyG. Así es imposible cuadrar cuentas y presentar informes.

Al pasar de NO VERIFACTU a VERIFACTU el 2 de diciembre, el programa da un error y no me deja facturar, cada vez que llamas después de 20 minutos te dicen que esta escalado y que cuando se soluciones me lo informaran. Que empresa puede estar 2 semanas sin poder facturar a sus clientes. No recomiendo una empresa que no sabe o no puede resolver los problemas.

Pros

Muy ágil e intuitivo, esta en la nube, se puede acceder desde el móvil, no es necesario espacio en disco duro.

Cons

Un programa de facturación que me deja facturar por un error, y cuando llamas no resuelven el problema.

Sencillez de uso y manejo. Aunque con algunas limitaciones, dispone de licencia de uso gratuita para siempre. Una inteligencia artificial muy bien implementada para resolver dudas sobre el software sin necesidad de leer FAQs o ponerse en contacto con servicios de atención al cliente.

Cons

Interfaz algo anticuada a nivel visual. El tratamiento de las facturas recibidas podría ser algo más profundo a nivel documental.

Mi experiencia con Cegid Contasimple ha sido muy negativa debido a graves fallos de seguridad y un servicio de atención al cliente deficiente. Tras estar con ellos varios años, hace algunos meses sufrieron fallos importantes de seguridad, con lo cual, cuentas de usuarios fueron hackeadas (entre ellas la mía) y se desviaron los pagos de las facturas a cuentas fraudulentas. Esto me ha generado una importante pérdida económica. Hasta ese momento no tenían implementado ningún método de seguridad importante (ni doble factor de autenticación, ni bloqueo por ip´s de otros países o accesos simultáneos dudoso). Vamos, que la seguridad era la misma que podía darte una plataforma web en el año 2005. Nunca han reconocido su fallo y tendré que ir a la justicia para poner todas estas evidencias sobre la mesa… "¿Vale la pena arriesgar su dinero con una plataforma que no ofrece seguridad? Investiguen otras opciones; su negocio se lo agradecerá."

El software está bien pero ojo no os fiéis del precio que desde hace cinco años tienen por norma subirlo anualmente sin ruborizarse, si os parece barato seguro que pronto no lo será, ajunto la evolución de mi plan que es el Ultimate2017 - 27€ al trimestre2018 - 32,67€ al trimestre2020 - 41,75€ al trimestre2022 - 52,50€ al trimestre2023 - 65,16 al trimestre

En general bien, llevo usando Contasimple desde 2020.

Pros

Llevo usando Contasimple más de dos años y tuve la suscripción de pago un solo año. No hago mucha cantidad de facturas al año, por lo que puedo usarla con el plan gratuito.

Cons

Visualmente me parece muy mejorable y que podría ofrecer más datos, como facturación anual por cliente o similar. Otra cosa que no me gusta es que en el plan gratuito el número de clientes es limitado.

Accounting is much simpler since I use Contasimple. I really like the photography function to the tickets. The app is really good.

I miss some functionality but nothing important. in addition its monthly price is very good.
