"Loving it so far!"
Overall: I've had a great experience with Onport. It was 5x the price of what we were paying for before but it has been worth every penny and has allowed us to attract larger, more sophisticated suppliers which has been great. Their support team is phenomenal (especially Filipa!!) and not only helped us get up and running quickly but also have supported us immensely beyond the onboarding phase. I highly recommend the product!
Pros: I feel like Onport can do ANYTHING. The capabilities of the software continue to surprise me. While I often need the help of their amazing support team to implement new settings and configurations, once they show me how to do something, it's super easy to learn and maintain from there.
Cons: My only complaint with Onport is that you're charged based on # of SKUs connected with your suppliers which is frustrating because it's easiest for us to just import our Suppliers entire catalogs and then only publish to our store whatever products we want however this tends to put us over our SKU limit and flags us as a higher tier pricing package even though we aren't using those skus at all. I wish they would base their pricing on order volume and published skus.

"Great SAAS, great team"
Overall: Jetti is the perfect fit for what I needed : a backbone that manage my vendors connection including everything (inventory, orders processing, money roundtrips and calculation through Stripe, shipping, returns, refunds, ...). It plugs on my Shopify smoothly, and turns it to be "just a front" for the e-commerce part. It handles every aspects of the transactional parts of a Marketplace. I'm pretty happy with it for now.
Pros: 1. The team. Firstly it is UK and US based, which is a pretty good thing in 2021. You can feel that they are rockstars both on the tech side and on the knowledge of Marketplace business' side. It's the kind of team that understand your question, and provide a clear answer. Be it really tech oriented, or business model oriented. 2. The product in itself, which is on the right way of becoming a perfect fit for many Marketplaces. It's battery-included, most of the features are well thought and well designed; and when they're not, the team provides a workaround to accomplish what you want. 3. The integrability is insane. You can integrate with so many vendor e-commerces, shipping platforms. You have so many options (including fallbacks) for inventory connection, order processing, etc... You can extend the functionality with API and webhooks (which I haven't tested yet though) for very specific stuff that make sense (custom commission calculation; or inventory feed transformation for example). 4. The whole content around the product. Youtube podcasts, calls with the team, documentation. Everything is thought to help you build not only your marketplace product, but rather more your marketplace BUSINESS. That's a great thing.
Cons: 1. The configuration. Despite serious efforts made on the documentation, good support and interfaces; the configuration is not to be neglected. Understandable though, since Jetti is to be the technical "backbone" of a Marketplace shop, and since there are so many different marketplace models, thus so many possible options. But there is a path of improvement there : the software is not really ready to be configured by a non-tech profile, and when you land there you have sooooo many questions to ask, that any support team in the world could not really handle efficiently. They make their best to work on it though, which is appreciated. 2. The overall experience of Vendor portal would deserve a rework. It's not bad but could include many more models (especially vendors self-service models). I had a great and honest talk with the team though, which explained me that kind of "self-service" Marketplace models are not really their current focus. So don't expect to build an Amazon copy with this. 3. The experience of product edition right inside Jetti (be it by a vendor, or by a Marketplace operator) is not really ready to be used as is. You will definately still have some work to do inside your Shopify itself; I did not expect that, since Jetti is really designed to be the "Master" back-office of a Shopify store. 4. I saw a Zapier connector => Come one, make an Integromat one for god sake; Zapier s**** 😅

"Head of Ecommerce and Tech"
Pros: Onport is a fundamental software for our business. It allows us to integrate all the product catalogs and manage our orders. Onport offers us a customizable dashboard for each vendor integration that allows us to manage all our backend operations effectively. We have a dedicated Service Manager Ana that we are extremely happy with.
Cons: As we do have a large product catalog the backend systems loading time are sometimes too great. Shopify integrations are standard and work extremely well. However, we haven't been able to connect the integrations with the vendors that use more complex e-commerce platforms like Magento or PrestaShop.
"Integral Product Solution for Multi-Vendor Retailer"
Pros: It has automated a lot of previously manual processes for us, regarding order fulfilment, inventory upkeep and product upload - which was exactly what we were looking for. The integrations are easy to use and it's been a swift set-up process for most of our vendors. It puts the control of product curation back in our hands.
Cons: Occasionally there are issues with integrations in the system, however, the team has been responsive about these and we can see they are continuously working to upgrade the features.

"Great asset for marketplaces"
Pros: Jetti is a seamless platform for multiple dropship vendors, and a great asset for marketplaces. We’ve been working with Jetti for over 2 years, and it’s been the easiest way to manage our vendors, inventory and orders. They helped us automate a lot of processes. Being a marketplace, it’s great to have a tool that allows us to get all our dropship orders sorted very easily, meaning we can get one order with various products allocated to different vendors and shipping points at the same time. There are easy integrations regarding shipping platforms (Shippypro, Shipstation…) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Webhooks…). We can also easily update products and their stocks automatically or manually via CSV or Google Sheets, which helps us save a lot of time. All in all, it’s been a positive experience to work with Jetti.
Cons: Whenever we need support from their team, we’ve got it (even though it takes a little longer than we would expect).

"Fantastic Marketplace Tool"
Pros: Jetti has been a vital tool for the growth of our marketplace. The platform is easy to use and the team at Jetti were always on hand to answer and support any of our questions when initially setting up. There are a few other similar tools in this space that are slightly cheaper, but from experience none of them offer the same level of performance and capabilities as Jetti. It's also worth mentioning just how slick their vendor and payment integration is.
Cons: Our only small qualm when first using Jetti was the customer support and ticketing process, however this has come on leaps and bounds in the last few months, and Jetti are now quick to respond to all of our queries - I'm sure this is pretty normal in any fast growing startup though.

"Young but powerful platform with some unique features"
Overall: [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] & team have built a great product. Overall satisfied with experience thus far.
Pros: - Intuitive and easy to use portal - Being able to directly pull inventory from seller's store and keep levels in sync makes seller onboarding a breeze (a fairly unique feature in this space) - Support for all major platforms (Shopify, Square, Woo, ...) - Pushing orders to seller store so they do not need to manage a separate portal & operational ease of us. - Good amount of integrations outside of the box for shipping and payments
Cons: - The team is quite small, so support is very hit and miss.

Overall: Great experience working with their customer service team and the software does what it says it does!
Pros: We needed to leverage the marketplace model for our business and our team found this is the best option. We found the software helpful in navigating our business needs and the service level from their team was excellent.
Cons: We did not find anything particularly undesirable
