They obviously have gotten too big for their own good. We've been with them since before they had their app and instead were using zapier. They had issues back then and they have even more issues now. Billing was constantly off. We paid for gift card inserts, and they sent hundreds of cards without them at one point. Last nail in the coffin was when they were going to make a fix to not include our eBay sales. We never heard from them and instead they just paused our campaign completely, when they were never told to do so. We reached out and we were told it was their mistake, but then we found another billing error. At that point they were supposed to reach back out to us once billing was fixed and give us a credit. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] never reached out again, this was now the second time of no follow-up. We've dealt with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]as well as others, and it's always the same. They don't care about the customer at all. Go elsewhere there are plenty of services doing the same as scribeless that are capable of delivering. Pros Nothing really. This software sounds great in theory, but when the app constantly doesn't work and the customer service is horrible, there aren't any PROS. Cons Everything. As I mentioned in the PROS, there is nothing good about this software. Constant problems with the App and Billing. We know you've faced some platform issues, but don't think this is a fair reflection of our service. We really care about our customers and go to great lengths to accommodate their needs, and have even developed features specifically for CaliConnected. The 'fix' to exclude your eBay sales was a new feature we built for you, and your campaign was paused until it was released because you told us that you didn't want your eBay customers to receive notes. When we realised this misunderstanding we apologized, gave you some free credits, and explained why we took the approach. As we explained, the feature was delayed because several of our engineers contracted COVID. It's been a difficult period and we've been stretched, but we're more committed than ever to delivering a brilliant service. We would love to talk to you about this and try to make things right, and hope that you will reconsider this review. OK Oliver K. " March 18, 2024 5.0 I'm a huge fan and a repeat customer and always go out of my way to recommend to anyone who's looking to plug in direct mail to their outbound sales process. Pros I have used Scribeless to execute the direct mail aspect of multichannel outreach across multiple clients over the years. In today's age, where attention is at an all-time low, you really need to find creative ways to cut through the noise, especially when targeting jaded Tier one decision-makers. I have primarily used this to start conversations with Tier 1 enterprise businesses. People love to have something physical, especially in a saturated digital world. Scribeless is intuitive to use and very cost-effective for the value it brings. I have had countless positive anecdotal feedback from prospects who have received the handwritten letter. I have launched campaigns across USA, UK and EU to great results. Cons Not really a con, but when sending out, you must pay extra consideration to making sure you have the correct delivery address for the recipient. Would recommend to any company looking to boost their engagement levels. Pros The best thing about this software is the ROI. Handwritten notes are so engaging and to do them at scale within minutes is amazing. Cons The least thing I liked about this software was some of the writing styles. Would be good to have a greater selection to choose from. Reason for choosing Scribeless The digital assets solution just made so much more sense. They billed us $4300 without our approval and their support isnt around to remedy the issue Pros Easy to setup and I was able to easily integrate it with Zapier Cons Their EXTREMELY shading billing practices. They blame the post office but cannot even provide evidence that they submitted it to the post office. Then they insulted my intelligence further by offering me a credit to use their service again as the only resolution. It has been over a month since it was "sent". I feel like I was scammed. The notes look great, the platform is easy to use and most importantly, we have seen a strong ROI. Couldn’t recommend any more! Pros The notes actually look like handwriting - when we requested samples, we didn't thing they would look any good (but were curious) but they massively exceeded our expectations! On top of that, we saw a good ROI on our outreach, so meets our main requirement! Cons There isn't really any cons to it. Clients love it and we've won many new clients using it. It's a bit of a no brainer tbf. Pros It's an easy albeit not perfect journey BUT the outcomes ticks all the boxes. I'm sure they'll iron out the kinks and add more functionality as they go but it's the value it adds that's the real winner. Cons I'd like more writing styles and better analytics.
