The onboarding and integration with our company were quick and straightforward. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and offers an extensive range of reward options for recipients worldwide. Pros We use Tremendous to reward our customers, and it has been an excellent solution for our business. The platform is very easy to use, with a clear interface and well organised features. We especially like the ability to create different reward campaigns and profiles, making it easy to tailor rewards to different customer groups. The role management and controls also make it simple for multiple team members to work together while maintaining oversight. It's clearly a need across many different teams and each company should have a gifting platform for user research or thanks. Pros The same ease of sending rewards individually or at scale, now with more international options. Set up is easy and any team member across the org can get started quickly. Cons The experience to edit a campaign look and feel is more challenging to find in the current UI than it used to be, but a quick search in their help center resolved it. Once I added our payment method and created the campaign it was incredibly easily to get gifts sent out to customers and partners. I had never used Tremendous before and I was sending out incentives within 20 minutes of logging in. Cons Overall the platform is really great. A few things that are blockers for us are - limit on virtual gift cards and selection of virtual gift cards. We typically let our recipients choose which gift type they would like and some wanted a Mastercard but that was not an available option to us. One other thing is the amount you can send on a virtual gift card. I would like to see increased value amounts. Ever since we started using it, it saved us a lot of head ache. We got rid of dealing with multiple levels of bureaucracy and manually buying gift cards which was a different flow for almost every country. Pros Tremendous has a large catalog internationally, and makes it really easy for our team to send incentives. Before Tremendous, we used to have an approval flow with multiple levels of people involved, and it was truly a headache. Now, our finance team loads the balance and we are good to go. You can see reward history, if you send it to the wrong person you can cancel it before it is redeemed. You can also check the analytics page to see which options were preferred the most, and which regions received most gift cards, etc. Cons My only problem with Tremendous is that I think the reward and order history can be displayed better. Currently, it has two different lists, reward history and order history. These two lists intersect in the least helpful way, what would actually be useful is a combination of them.
