The only thing so far has been frequent emails to my team about payments being flagged for fraud, but this turned out to be a setting that could be adjusted, and there haven't been any issues in that area since. Solved a very specific niche problem that we had and it took very little effort to set up. Gift cards are intuitive and easy to use. Great value for money and no bugs or issues. Very smooth overall process. Cons I wish they were more up front about turnaround times. For example, it ended up taking a while to get funds transferred to my account.
