Great experience thus far! I will continue to use this platform for all my future projects. It is a great way to deliver incentives quickly and efficiently.

Pros

It is an easy and convenient way to send money to multiple people at a time. It is free to use. I was able to quickly learn how to use this platform with minimal guidance.

Cons

Some participants have complained about how it costs money to do the immediate bank transfer but I understand how in order for this platform to be free to users, they can only profit off of the change left over from gift cards.

Overall, I'm enjoying the options and flexibility for our team with Tremendous. It's very simple to send out gifts via text or email, and I've heard no complaints from the team!

Pros

It was really easy to get started with Tremendous for our internal rewards program. Campaigns are simple to set up and quick to use. We're a small team so cost is pretty much non-existent unless we were to use a credit card to load funds.

Cons

I wish we could schedule rewards within campaigns, to take a little of the ongoing tedious work out of the equation. You also can't utilize auto-reload for funds unless you're sending at least $5k.

Pros

I would recommend using Tremendous as I had a great experience using it to send virtual gift cards to global employees. The website itself is easy to use, and I found it good value for money, along with the friendly user interface, and sending it by email enables us to have international availability.

Cons

One minor detail is that the payment method is pretty tricky as there is an additional 2% charge if not adding funds through a bank account.

support was great from the beginning. interface works really well. There's not much for me to say critically of it, it does the job it needs to do and hopefully leads to higher retention. we were having issues with people signing up to complete surveys for amazon cards but wouldnt follow through. since switching to tremendous, we've already had a few takers of the two different visas

Pros

I cam for the variety of rewards available, but the backend is also really nice and convenient. being able to see the analytics will certainly prove tremendous was the right choice vs just offering amazon cards. My rep Sophie got me sorted out pretty quickly, and tremendous in genral was super responsive.

Cons

It's overall a good system, but there are some QOL things and polishing to be done. Could be personal preference, but more options for the backend, more customizable exports, maybe a more fleshed out analytics section. when uploading a tremendous template, instead of returning an error when naming the client project- be able to batch edit via sheet.

Overall, Tremendous is a great tool to use and it succeeds in what it claims to do---offering a user-friendly way of compensating clients via a reputable platform.

Pros

The steps to set up an account and funds for research compensation were very simple and straightforward. Tremendous doesn't charge any fees for use either, which makes it a great choice! The portal screen shows a clean layout of billing vs home, and the option to include other members of your team is useful. The website appeared secure and everything seemed to be verified on the back end.

Cons

I thought that there could be improvement by providing more information when users create an account and fill out the required information. For instance, a company name and address isn't very intuitive for a researcher to fill out (a University/department/office could each seemingly fit), but this could be fixed by just adding little blurbs that explain how to fill out each box specific to different common uses for the platform. Overall, it felt like a lot of personal information given to use the platform, but I understand this is necessary for verification the user is a real person.

Overall, really pleased with the platform. Will for sure use it in the future. Was recommended by a friend and would recommend as well.

Pros

There is definitely an ase of use factor when it comes to tremendous. I wanted a platform that made things quick and simple.

Cons

The one day wait was a bummer, but it makes sense. I was running a gift card promo for my agency, and ultimately it worked out fine.

Tremendous has made it incredibly easy for us to reward and recognize people across different countries while giving them the freedom to choose from hundreds of redemption options. It saves us a huge amount of time and effort compared to researching country-specific alternatives ourselves. It has been a great solution for the incentive program we created as part of Nortal’s Sales Acceleration initiative.

Pros

The variety of redemption options is excellent. There are many brands and companies available, and if a specific option isn’t available in a certain country, users can still redeem their reward through a prepaid card that works both online and in physical stores. That flexibility makes the platform truly global.

Cons

It took some time to fully understand how credit loading and reward distribution work. A more guided onboarding experience could make the learning curve much smoother for new users.

I've been using it for work for a few years now, and not much has changed; it stayed simple and intuitive. On the visual side, I love that it's not all over the place, you have a few options that work nicely, and it's easy to get around the platform; you're not going to look for an option for ages, like on some others I had experience with

Pros

The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use. I can get around easily, as it sticks to the main things you need when sending or checking the status of rewards - it's not too crowded, which I appreciate

Cons

It would be great if more different options were available in certain countries. If I remember correctly, we had some issues with the EMEA region and reward claiming, but it was a few months ago

I Love to reward and recognize our employees - so far its been very easy to use and send gift cards.

Pros

I really enjoyed how simple and easy to use this entire platform is. I was trained very quickly on how to do it and immediately felt comfortable.

Cons

I think it would be nice to get a confirmation email once its been received/opened by the recipient.

Overall very pleased with the consistency and the ease of use! Our participants have had no issues and our finance team has appreciated centralizing order approval.

Pros

Free and simple to use! Helps us centralize our gifting and payment process. The redemption options are so plentiful and there is something for everyone.

Cons

There is a pretty limited window to reclaim sent gifts in case of error. Be cautious about the controls you put in place to reduce this situation.
