Pros What I liked most about Tremendous is how easy it makes sending incentives and payments at scale. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and offers a wide range of payout options, making it simple to match different recipients’ preferences. Setup was quick, reporting is clear, and the overall workflow saves a ton of time compared to manual payouts. The Zapier integration is the cherry on top: it makes it super easy to facilitate gift card requests from my sales team and keep everything moving without extra admin work. Also, it's worth mentioning that it brings excellent value for the money spent. We don't incur any extra costs outside the actual gift card credit being sent. Cons What I liked least is that customization is somewhat limited for my use case. I have to set up a separate campaign for each employee when sending thank-you gift cards, which makes it harder to manage. But i tried using it anywhere you could think of with no luck. Pros It is delivered and easy to redeem. Not a hassle to receive card. Cons This is just a pain in the ass for south africans. I cant buy anywhere with this gift card. It declines everywhere including online e-commerce in south africa. Pros We use Tremendous to reward our customers, and it has been an excellent solution for our business. The platform is very easy to use, with a clear interface and well organised features. We especially like the ability to create different reward campaigns and profiles, making it easy to tailor rewards to different customer groups. The role management and controls also make it simple for multiple team members to work together while maintaining oversight. The global catalogue of rewards is outstanding and is one of the main reasons we chose Tremendous, as we have customers all over the world. Cons Overall, we have had a very positive experience. Takes care of payments internationally making it easy when that's necessary. Cons I have had a few occasions when I needed to rescind a payment. It's a bit cumbersome to do this. I also like the option to send via email, text, or physical card. Cons We have a card on file but we get charged a fee every time we send a gift. I don't like that we have to "load" the platform every time. We send one-off gifts and it's easier to send as needed vs having to load in money - our card is on file so I don't understand why its necessary and it's time consuming. It has simplified the task of sending out incentives to participants. It also gave my whole team access to the same funds. There is a little bit of time required for the set up of campaigns, and the set up is a little limited, but it works well once set up. Pros 1) Simple and intuitive UI, I have my whole team sending out gift cards through Tremendous and they onboard very quickly. 2) Quick workflows, once you have it set up (teams and campaign template) incentives go out in literally minutes. 3) Integrations, we have it integrated with our Research CRM tool RallyUXR, which can automatically deploy incentives to participants after the session. 4) Granular permissions makes user management and controls much easier. Cons 1) Templating can be a little be difficult at times, it wasn't very simple to set them up. 2) Adding names, in the past Tremendous used to be able to just send a generic hello, message to our participants, because we don't always have their names, only their email addresses. However, now they require you to add a name and leaving the space blank is not enough. This has been pretty frustrating. 3) Rally UXR integration makes it so you have to add it to a RallyUXR specific account, and you cannot sure the funds in your existing account. This is frustrating because we have to go through a whole separate approval process to get money in the Rally UXR specific account. " February 18, 2026 5.0 So far Tremendous has streamlined the process of sending rewards and incentives to my clients and it's been a game changer. Before Tremendous I was either sending emailed gift cards through Amazon which made for an accounting nightmare and then if I needed to send a Visa gift card I had to go through the hassle if finding a trusted website to use and having to track to ensure the client received it. Now with Tremendous I add the recipient's info, it gets sent immediately to them, and they have the freedom to choose what gift card they want. Not only that but the Accounting side of things is way more simple and easier to track back to individual clients. If you offer rewards or incentives to your teams or clients I would highly recommend Tremendous. Pros The process of sending a gift or reward was insanely simple. I added the recipients name and email and was even able to tie in their account in Salesforce easily so we could track that data internally. The recipient received their reward quickly and was able to choose what they wanted vs. receiving just a generic Amazon or Vis gift card. Cons Initially the verbiage on some of our campaigns was too specific and I accidentally sent out a reward that had verbiage around a sales incentive instead of what the reward was for. Pros They make it easy to pay affiliates + influencers directly, fund our Social Snowball account, and offer any type of reward you can think of for the end consumer. It's a simple platform to navigate and their support has always been stellar. Cons I think there was a small learning curve at first, and I didn't quite understand payout timing—but that's not on them as a company, rather, my refusal to just look up the help, first. ;) I've hopped on support with them a few times to navigate a few issues, and they've always been great. This isn't a nag at all, but there have been times I've funded late, and sometimes you need to wait a day or two for the funds to transfer over. I love the visibility I have over recipients, it means that I can process rewards quickly and with confidence. It has saved a lot of time for us as a team as we haven't had to troubleshoot any payment issues with our research participants. Pros Tremendous works great for us as a small charity paying research participants - it is incredibly cost effective, user friendly and efficient. I think what I like most is being able to preview the way in which recipients receive rewards - this gives me a lot of confidence when I send out rewards that it is user friendly / personalised. We also got a lot of feedback from participants that Tremendous is very accessible for them and they appreciated the amount of options of vouchers. Cons I would like if we were able to deposit in GBP instead of just USD - but despite this there are a great amount of options for GBP recipients. I would also like to see if specific recipients redeemed their voucher just for an extra bit of confidence that the reward went through. For example, it ended up taking a while to get funds transferred to my account. I would have liked to know that up front, given our timeline for our campaign.
