Really easy, from the interviewees prespective the range of rewards was great and easy to navigate and from my perspective it was easy to send those rewards. Most of the interviewees were from Asia so this covered there needs easily.

Pros

The user interface was really clear, my team had been using it for a while before i used it so every was already set up. Sending out the rewards was completed easily.

Cons

I guess the menu options, 'campaigns' for example. I used my teams internal guide to find how to set up the rewards for my research project, maybe a section on the home screen dashboard could visualise this, lessening the need to rely on my teams guide.

### "The worst way to get paid."

I received a reward for a survey. I opted for the visa that I could supposedly "use anywhere visa is accepted." Well, Paypal accepts visa, but they repeatedly rejected the transaction. I was going to try using it with Amazon today, but I can't even see the card information to try to use it. Customer support is entirely useless bots, and just goes around in circles.

Pros

Supposedly I could use it anywhere Visa is accepted. Nice in theory, but not at all true. Feels like a scam.

Cons

I can't use it with Paypal. The customer support is just a stupid bot that goes in circles. Today I found a deal on Amazon and I can't see the card info to attempt to use it.

Overall this platform is very easy to use and one that we will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Pros

is very intuitive for both the administrator and the recipient. In the beginning I had to reach out to customer support and their response time was very timely.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about . A few weeks ago I thought it would be a good idea to have an option to schedule payment delivery and they quickly responded with a solution. Now this is not even an issue.

Pros

It solved all of the problems we had with incentive distribution. It works, and I don’t have to think about it.

Cons

The only thing I would like is the ability to add specific smaller charities to the options for donating.

Overall, is a great tool to use and it succeeds in what it claims to do---offering a user-friendly way of compensating clients via a reputable platform.

Pros

The steps to set up an account and funds for research compensation were very simple and straightforward. doesn't charge any fees for use either, which makes it a great choice! The portal screen shows a clean layout of billing vs home, and the option to include other members of your team is useful. The website appeared secure and everything seemed to be verified on the back end.

Cons

I thought that there could be improvement by providing more information when users create an account and fill out the required information. For instance, a company name and address isn't very intuitive for a researcher to fill out (a University/department/office could each seemingly fit), but this could be fixed by just adding little blurbs that explain how to fill out each box specific to different common uses for the platform. Overall, it felt like a lot of personal information given to use the platform, but I understand this is necessary for verification the user is a real person.

Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for, and the team is happy. No bugs or issues, and super easy to invite teammates in to help run the campaigns.

Pros

I like that it was very straightforward and simple to use. Easy to upload a CSV for larger campaigns. Solved a very specific niche problem that we had and it took very little effort to set up. Gift cards are intuitive and easy to use. Great value for money and no bugs or issues. Very smooth overall process.

Cons

I wish they were more up front about turnaround times. For example, it ended up taking a while to get funds transferred to my account. I would have liked to know that up front, given our timeline for our campaign.

Pros

Free to use. Simple user interface. Great way for a company to send gift cards to their users/workers/clients internationally. Very secure. I've never had issues (my relatives constantly get their money stolen from Govt issued card)

Cons

no issues at all. You get your virtual card almost immediately. I know people complained about card choices, but note that its usually decided by the provider.

Many available options for gift cards, easy to set up and they do a thorough security/fraud analysis before you can use.

Cons

The security/fraud review is a bit time consuming but ultimately worth it. I can appreciate ensuing that we are using the gift cards for the correct reasons.

My experience has been great! We were able to run a paid campaign for our BFCM promotion this year, and all went smoothly. Offering a direct payment option on top of standard commission for entry-level affiliates and larger-scale partners has been a game-changer; we're very pleased with the platform.

Pros

They make it easy to pay affiliates + influencers directly, fund our Social Snowball account, and offer any type of reward you can think of for the end consumer. It's a simple platform to navigate and their support has always been stellar.

Cons

I think there was a small learning curve at first, and I didn't quite understand payout timing—but that's not on them as a company, rather, my refusal to just look up the help, first. ;) I've hopped on support with them a few times to navigate a few issues, and they've always been great. This isn't a nag at all, but there have been times I've funded late, and sometimes you need to wait a day or two for the funds to transfer over. That's my user error, not their platform's issue—but, something I've learned to be far more mindful of moving foward.

My overall experience has been very positive. We use to send incentives to users and it’s been consistently reliable: rewards are delivered on time, the catalog options are relevant for our audience, and we’ve never had complaints from recipients about not being able to use their cards. Creating and sending campaigns is fast, and collaborating with others in the tool is straightforward once they’re onboarded. For our team, Tremendous has become the standard way to handle incentives.

Pros

is incredibly easy to use, with almost no learning curve. It’s very simple to explain to teammates, so collaborating on campaigns is smooth. I really like the templates and automations, which save a lot of time when sending rewards regularly. The UI is intuitive and clean, and the one time I needed Customer Support they replied quickly and solved the issue right away. Overall, it feels like a reliable, low-friction way to send incentives.

Cons

The main limitation for me is budget management across teams. I’d love to be able to set up different teams or campaigns that still share the same overall budget. Right now I have to ask each team to tag their campaign/area so I can reconcile spend afterwards, which adds a bit of manual work.

Overall, is a reliable, flexible and user-friendly payout solution. It makes rewarding our community easy and efficient, provides multiple global options and delivers fast processing. While there’s always room for a few additional features, we are very happy with the platform and the support they provide.

Pros

We have been using for over a year and it’s been an awesome experience. Our community specifically requested gift card options and Tremendous delivers with a wide variety of gift cards and support in tons of countries. The virtual Visa card is a particularly popular and convenient option. Support is also excellent responsive and helpful whenever we need them. The API integration is also excellent, it allows us to automate reward processing directly from our platform which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work.

Cons

Fees can be a little high and currently credit card funding to load balances isn’t available in our account. It would be great if considered enabling this for us.

My experience has been stellar. has completely streamlined how we handle payouts and rewards. What used to be a manual, spreadsheet-heavy headache is now a streamlined, automated process. The ease of the tool is its greatest strength; it just works, and it works well every single time.

Pros

The simplicity and speed are unmatched. I love how "hands-off" the process becomes once you've set up your campaign. The sheer variety of payout options from international gift cards to direct bank transfers means our members and ambassadors always find an option that works for them, regardless of where they are.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. If I had to pick something, I'd love to see even more niche local gift card options in smaller emerging markets, but their current global coverage is already the best I've seen.

Very positive experience. Does what it says: workhorse platform without all the bells and whistles that you might not actually need or want.

Pros

I'm an end user of this platform, and I have found it incredibly easy to use with a simple to follow user interface. Even when I was out on leave and had to train other team members on how to use this platform, it was a simple process and they were able to pick it up quite quickly. The record keeping here is clean, simple to use, easy to share with internal stakeholders like finance, and great for in-house record keeping. I love the fact that there are multiple options. Sending to an international audience is simple because you can provide end users with various prize options that work best for their location. Also, the bulk upload functionality is for things like contests. I appreciate being able to easily create different templates for ongoing campaigns, which streamlines workflows.

Cons

Some of the areas of the platform could be more clearly labeled (if you're a first time user, it gets a bit confusing where you need to click in to see past winners, etc.) Also, this isn't a shortcoming, but I would love for to branch into other workflows, like for example managing a complete affiliate program so that I don't need to use two separate platforms.

Overall, I'm super happy with ! We're using it to send out rewards to UX Research participants, and haven't encountered any issues until now.

Pros

It is super easy to send incentives with . You can quickly set up a template, and in just a few clicks, send out the reward. Another big pro is that there is no bank fee processing for wire transfers!

Cons

Report analytics are lacking. For instance, you can not check if the recipient of the reward has claimed it (and thus, cash back the reward).

My experience with has been excellent - it is so quick, efficient and works out a lot cheaper than other rewards systems. I love the visibility I have over recipients, it means that I can process rewards quickly and with confidence. It has saved a lot of time for us as a team as we haven't had to troubleshoot any payment issues with our research participants.

Pros

works great for us as a small charity paying research participants - it is incredibly cost effective, user friendly and efficient. I think what I like most is being able to preview the way in which recipients receive rewards - this gives me a lot of confidence when I send out rewards that it is user friendly / personalised. We also got a lot of feedback from participants that Tremendous is very accessible for them and they appreciated the amount of options of vouchers.

Cons

I would like if we were able to deposit in GBP instead of just USD - but despite this there are a great amount of options for GBP recipients. I would also like to see if specific recipients redeemed their voucher just for an extra bit of confidence that the reward went through.

I've had a great experience with them and have no plans to leave. They get the job done and it's minimal to no hassle for me.

Pros

It's easy to use, the interface is simple and modern. You can customize your email template however you'd like and there are lots of options. I need incentives to be the least burdensome thing about research and makes it so easy!

Cons

I find it a bit confusing sometimes where the money goes when participants don't redeem their gift cards. The money seems to leave my account regardless, so I wish there was more clarity around that.

Pros

Great variety of gift cards-vouchers all over the world. They have all the best retailers that users need.

Cons

Just a time zone is not the same as in Europe, but that is something nobody can change. So the topping up the balance for the weekend should be satteled automatic, without waiting the Monday.

I liked the ease of use. I recently conducted an unmoderated research and took on the role of my UX researcher to publish these gift cards. The process was super simple and the interface made it easy for me to add names & emails of multiple participants together. I was initially hesitant to explore a new tool but the process was super straightforward and now all my peers are well equipped to run their researches & send rewards themselves

Despite a few drawbacks, our experience with has been great. We’d struggled for a while to find a simple, reliable way to reward our remote team across different countries, most digital options had regional limits, and physical gifts weren’t an option. Tremendous solved that. It’s easy to use, quick to set up, and handles international rewards without any hassle. We mostly send birthday gifts and bonuses, often as digital Visa cards, and the variety of options is solid. We use it a couple of times a month now, and it’s become a go-to part of how we recognize our team. Support has also been helpful when we’ve needed it.

Pros

\- Clean, intuitive, and easy-to-use platform - Solid feature set and reliable performance - Integrates great into our workflow - Their customer support is very responsive and helpful

Cons

The international reward options are pretty limited, which can be frustrating if you're sending to recipients outside the U.S. Also, there’s no reliable way to confirm whether someone actually received their reward or to collect feedback—you're basically stuck trusting the platform’s status indicator.
