Pros

The platform works very well and is very intiutitve to use and the learning curve is managed well. The no cost invite is also great when running campaigns at scale.

Cons

The scheduling feature I haven't personally utilised it yet. I think better tracking of how many customers opened the email, etc. will be helpful!

Its fantastic. Easy to use UI (other than the templates), and it has a great selection of providers for gift cards.

Pros

Its so easy to use, I love the fact that you can choose to send a gift card, or debit card

I dont really like the templates, they are hard to use

Pros

Using Tremendous at a global scale made rewarding seamless. It's extremely easy to send rewards to anyone, anywhere. It's ideal for global companies and the coverage and amount of gift cards available it's just great, but especially the ease of use of the debit global card. The fact you can even add it to the apple wallet is also great!

Cons

I had an issue recently in which I added a list of people I had to send rewards to, it was around 25 people - and given some of them were missing the names, the platform rejected my request. But instead of letting me fix the error I had to upload the list all over again. I think that should be improved.

Pros

It was very easy to use and intuitive. I was using the product for the first time covering for a teammate and was able to fulfill the task easily and without having to ask anyone.

Cons

Nothing really. The preview flow of seeing how the email would look like could have been shown in an earlier stage of the flow, but all good.

Very reliable solution, extremely easy to use, we are using it for years without having any issues, excellent choice! The support team is the best!

Pros

It's been 4+ years now since we are using Tremendous as a crucial integrated solution linked with Salesforce Sales cloud for sending rewards in batches. We had no issues during implementation and no downtimes since day one. New feature for fraud prevention seems really promising! Campaigns are very easy to setup, though slightly more customization options would be a plus. Customer support is awesome, always willing to help! Great variety of options and very reasonable fees! Overall, we are very pleased with Tremendous as reliable solution and would recommend it to every business in need of sending rewards!

Cons

Nothing major, we truly love Tremendous. Offering more options outside of the US, like India for example would be awesome.

Wait time for physical cards is a lot and i did not realize that when sending out to participants but that was the only issue.

Cons

You are unable to see when they actually redeem the card. Once its been sent/delivered, you are unable to see what they actually selected and if they have redeemed.

Tremendous has been the solution to pay are participants!

Pros

I like that Tremendous has a secure way to pay our participants with ACH, Venmo, and PayPal.

Cons

I wish that Tremendous had a more direct way for participants to reach their help. Some out participants don't like there is just an email to reach out to. They feel there will not be an immediate response. However, our company has had no issues the help email.

Overall, we are happy users of this product and would highly recommend it.

Pros

Easy tool to use with no laborious set up requirement. No annual platform fees or the likes. Very easy to set up gifting campaigns and to get out the gift cards to customers and employees. Really simplified the process for us and a lot more affordable.

Cons

We are not able to see when a person has redeemed their gift card. I understand why Tremendous does this, but it makes it harder for us as we would like these insights to understand whether our customer for example even saw the email with the Gift Card.

We were struggling to get gift cards out in a timely manner due to multiple people involved, credit card permissions, and vacations. Tremendous made it easy for team members to have access to send gift cards to clients and this improved the client experience.

Pros

It is simple to use. I can show the tool to a colleague and they are ready right away to start working in Tremendous.

Cons

I have no complaints. I have been using this for almost a year and found no drawbacks.

Pros

Tremendous is a wonderful software to boost company morale and recognition. I like how there are so many different reward options. My employees have enjoyed the perk so far. I also create fun games and competitions amongst my employees and use the cards from Tremendous as a prize.

Cons

So far the software has been awesome. It is user friendly and provides a quick turnaround. Nothing negative to say so far.

Tremendous is an efficient reward system, which helps us deliver gift cards to our clients all around the world, in various currencies in timely manner. Our customers can choose among various options, gift cards, prepaid cards (visa), monetary option( paypal) or give to selected charity.

Pros

The platform is very easy to use. The fact that we can send rewards in different currencies was essential. They offer a wide selection of rewards in all world countries, even smaller countries like Slovenia.

Cons

Nothing really. Maybe the fact that I wasn't able to share the campaign template I created with my colleague, so I had to replicate it in her account.

Pros

I wish I could see what people use their rewards for, but that may be a bit of an invasion of privacy.

Pros

I use Tremendous to incentive users to use an app. I was so happy to find Tremendous because of all of the stores the user can redeem the gift card at. It was truly the perfect solution for me!

Cons

I wish I could copy and paste a google sheets spreadsheet for bulk uploading recipients. I also wish the custom landing pages & emails were easier to work with. They are bulky, difficult to design, and a bit slow when I click into them, causing me frustration. That's why I rated Tremendous a 4/5.
