Very reliable solution, extremely easy to use, we are using it for years without having any issues, excellent choice! The support team is the best!

Pros

It's been 4+ years now since we are using as a crucial integrated solution linked with Salesforce Sales cloud for sending rewards in batches. We had no issues during implementation and no downtimes since day one. New feature for fraud prevention seems really promising! Campaigns are very easy to setup, though slightly more customization options would be a plus. Customer support is awesome, always willing to help! Great variety of options and very reasonable fees! Overall, we are very pleased with Tremendous as reliable solution and would recommend it to every business in need of sending rewards!

Cons

Nothing major, we truly love . Offering more options outside of the US, like India for example would be awesome.

Overall, we are happy users of this product and would highly recommend it.

Pros

Easy tool to use with no laborious set up requirement. No annual platform fees or the likes. Very easy to set up gifting campaigns and to get out the gift cards to customers and employees. Really simplified the process for us and a lot more affordable.

Cons

We are not able to see when a person has redeemed their gift card. I understand why does this, but it makes it harder for us as we would like these insights to understand whether our customer for example even saw the email with the Gift Card.

Pros

I use to incentive users to use an app. I was so happy to find Tremendous because of all of the stores the user can redeem the gift card at. It was truly the perfect solution for me!

Cons

I wish I could copy and paste a google sheets spreadsheet for bulk uploading recipients. I also wish the custom landing pages & emails were easier to work with. They are bulky, difficult to design, and a bit slow when I click into them, causing me frustration. That's why I rated a 4/5.

was very easy to set up, easy to train the team on using, and is highly valuable for our team.

Cons

There was a bit of an issue when setting up our account as every contract has its own bank account number. It delayed our deployment by a couple of days, but we were able to resolve this through the support service.

I use this weekly or more often as does my direct report and sometimes our designers in order to send incentives for research. It takes something a bit tedious and annoying and makes it easy to track and do. Plus if you pre-pay your account they don't really charge you any extra versus some of the other services. It's a great deal.

Pros

is very easy to use. It's straightforward and fast and doesn't require anything unnecessary. It's also easy to teach.

Cons

They are a bit weaker for some countries than they seem on the surface and that occasionally creates a frustrating experience for my participants. But overall, they do pretty well.

The overall experience is very good and wonderful. We like all the features of it, and use it almost weekly or monthly to send vouchers for completing our surveys. We have been using it in our organization for the past couple of years and are very satisfied with the overall usage. The bank transfer or wallet recharge feature is also very very smooth and very fast.

Pros

The ease of setting up an email campaign, customization of campaigns, and sending the vouchers to our customers/ respondents is the stand-out feature. Additionally, various voucher options are available, and the tracking feature of the incentives sent to various respondents is a huge benefit. We haven't started using the API function but from the reviews read we feel that this will make the incentive process much smoother. You also find almost all countries and voucher options on . Much more than the ones other competitors provide.

Cons

There is nothing that we don't like about . The one thing that we want is if the vouchers are not getting utilized then after expiry how may vouchers has expired we want to know that number. Also, there is no feature of sending multiple vouchers in one batch file to multiple respondents from various countries using different templates, so one please add this feature.

They lacked features that were provided by . They have limited voucher options and limited country options available. Also, they have complicated their product by introducing too many different sub-tools for each specific option. Unlike tremendous it has only one tool and one way of sending vouchers. In Xoxo, if you have to send an email with a voucher link then the option/tool used is different and if one has to send an online voucher without having a voucher link and directly the voucher code in the email then one has to use another tool or option. That way it is very complicated.

Overall, we have a wonderful relationship with and do not have much to complain about. We have grown with them and appreciate how they utilize our input to make a better product. We have looked at other vendors, but the value they provide us is unmatched. It is a wondeful feeling to know that I can reach out whenever, and with whatever issue I'm having, and they are quick to respond and eager to help.

Pros

is a product that we can count on to do what it's supposed to do. We use and API to integrate with our own software which makes the process even more seamless. We can change the campaigns to align with our client needs and their customer service is impeccable! We love Tremendous for what it does and the culture they share with their customers.

Cons

We would love it if closed the loop on the W9 Collection process and issued the 1099 Forms on our behalf. We would also love to see them be more pro-active when they have made changes to their product that affect us directly.

Saves me so much time. I rarely write checks for rewards anymore and so I have more time for other things. I'm definitely happy with .

Pros

I like that it's affordable, easy to use, and has many options for rewards. We always use the ACH or virtual visa option when we send rewards out. I want the respondents to have as many choices as possible on how to receive their reward. I also like that the delivery is quick.

Cons

It's improved so much in the last year with things I didn't even realize could be improved on. I don't have any cons for this software at this time. It's made my job so much easier and respondents seem happy with the product.

was easy to set up, smooth to onboard, and simple to use and customize as we go. It's a big improvement over the workflow we used to have. Customer service is also great, they are responsive, relevant, and always help when I request it. I look forward to continuing my work with Tremendous.

Pros

The customization of templates and fields for tracking. International gift cards is also an important factor. I send thousands of rewards a year and is a great asset to save me time and organize all payments easily.

Cons

The only thing I wish was to be able to have more international gift card options, but I know that list is expanding all the time. I also would appreciate being able to pay in Venmo and PayPal without the fee, but I know this is relatively standard across platforms.

### "Doing Tremendous Almost Destroyed the Trust I had with my Customers"

\*\* Review\*\* \*\*TL;DR\*\*: If you don't mind having your account canceled without warning in the middle of a reward campaign, go ahead and do business with Tremendous. As an indie developer running a survey with a $15 monetary incentive per participant, I decided to give Tremendous a try after seeing their ads on YouTube. Initially, they required extensive documentation to verify my legitimacy, which seemed fair enough. It took about 2-3 days for my account to be approved, after which I was ready to fund and send the rewards. However, I was informed that I couldn't use a credit card to fund the account and had to set up an ACH transfer instead. This process with Chase took another 2-3 days. After funding the account, I started sending out the survey rewards. The first 7-8 transactions were approved automatically within 24 hours. Then the trouble started. For the next five transactions, there were no automatic approvals close to 24 hours, forcing me to contact customer support. Thankfully, these were approved within an hour, maintaining my promise of delivering the gift cards within 24 hours. This pattern repeated for the next six transactions. After waiting nearly 24 hours, I had to contact customer support again. This time, instead of receiving assistance, my account was abruptly canceled. When I inquired about the reason, I received a canned response: "For privacy and security purposes, we're not able to share more information about our compliance policies. We take a number of items into consideration while making these decisions. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." This was more than an inconvenience; it was a complete disruption of the trust I was trying to build with my survey participants and potential future customers. I had to scramble to suspend my survey and personally purchase gift cards from Amazon to fulfill my promises. For what it’s worth, Tremendous did allow me to withdraw the remaining funds from my account. However, the overall experience was highly frustrating and damaging to my campaign.

As good as it gets, they have hundreds of rewards to choose from, there is something for everyone no matter which country. The best part is it's more or less free, you just pay for the face-value of the reward, nothing extra. Ever since implementing to handle our paypal payments and sending out rewards (gift cards) to our customers, we have saved hundreds of hours. Specially in our use case where we send out Rewards daily to our customers, both our customers receive their payouts much faster and we can process them faster. Compared to the other solutions out there that has non-existent support teams, Tremendous are very helpful, quick to respond and proffesional. Their documentation for integeration is also top-notch, very easy to follow. It's really amazing also that it's completly free to use, only fees are for Paypal and that is because paypal themselves takes a fee, when were paying out paypal payments before Tremendous manually, we lost much more on service and conversion fees than we do now. In short: really the only solution nessecary when wanting to send out and handle rewards & payouts. Costs nothing, will save you hours and offer your customers/employees hundreds of different reward options.

Pros

\- It allows us to automate rewards distrubtion through their API and saves us multiple hours a day. - Gives our users/customers a much wider selection of rewards - Very positive feedback from our users ever since adding since it was able to help us reduce the processing time of their rewards and give them many more rewards to choose from.

Cons

Only downside I would say is that it's not possible to Wire funds from EU directly without the use of a third party payment system like Wise, other than that there is really nothing bad.

When the client was not able to receive the gift card or having issues using the gift card. The Support Team is always there to help you within minutes or an hour. It really helps us to send updates on what's going on with our client's gift card.

Pros

With they have a large list of options. They have anything from Uber Eats to Walmart to Amazon, and many others as well! Easy to navigate and user-friendly.

Cons

The only feature that I'm concern about, is when we check the order history it doesn't indicate what gift card that we purchase.
