April 19, 2024 5.0 I use it almost weekly for sending gift cards to both internal staff and clients. We run monthly campaigns that are also rewarded through the platform. I've been using it since 2021, and we have no intention of switching to another tool. Pros The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. It's a breeze to create templates, and all activity is saved in the history. Not to mention, the platform is reliable and sends to almost anywhere in the world, which is a huge asset for our work as we send gift cards to clients and employees worldwide. Cons There's nothing specific that bothers me about the platform. But one thing that could be improved is saving previously used email addresses. Overall though, the platform is great! Reason for choosing Tremendous When we were researching a tool for worldwide gift card sending, Tremendous immediately stood out as the best option on the market, so we started using it right away. Excellent customer service. It can also be integrated to the CRM platform being used providing easier use and has a wide array of rewards available WORLDOWIDE! Cons Not really liked the least per se, but more on the accessibility of the chat feature. It might be my browser's cache not entirely sure though. It was also extremely easy to integrate the API which was a big bonus. Cons For our needs, we would like to see a greater number of off-the-beaten-path retailers (not just your major Amazons and Targets), particularly from diverse-founded brands. Additionally, we would appreciate more customization capabilities and private labeling of reward redemption experience. The ability to use your own companies branding in the outreach emails that participants see is a significant bonus, and letting research participants choose their reward saves a lot of headache and complaint. Overall, the experience from the participant's end is greatly improved over simply sending Amazon gift cards - much more professional, easy to use, and leaves a paper trail with analytics features. Additionally, international research participants had been complicated before using Tremendous, since there are a variety of regulations regarding international gift card distribution. Letting Tremendous handle that instead is a huge time saver. Cons I do wish there was a way to set an "expiration date" with distributed incentives, allowing to recoup some wasted costs. I would also really enjoy some reporting features about who has and has not opened the emails with rewards, allowing me to send reminder emails and reach out to people who may have had emails go to spam. From the moment I created my account, I was easily able to navigate the application and start sending rewards. Tremendous provides a wealth of gift card options (both digital and physical) that we can send to customers. From dining, entertainment, to traditional gift cards like VISA, Tremendous truly has it all! I also love how easy it is to upload a CSV file that contains multiple different reward amounts for the same campaign. And best of all, as a Tremendous user, I get to control which rewards my customers can access (really tailoring their rewards to their personality). My customers love how it easy it to redeem their gift cards. Any questions I've had, the Tremendous team has been there to answer them, quickly and thorougly. Tremendous is truly a product that deserves a 10 rating! Pros Aside from Tremendous being a great product, some major pros were cost, ease of setup and overall ease of use. They offer a reliable, fast, excellent, and easy navigation system. Cons This doesn't apply to me at all, everything about tremendous is excellent, unlike other brands like Tango or Gyft. Cons At this time there isn't anything that I dislike about tremendous. If I had to pick, I would want more options for customized templates. Pros I enjoy the ease of use and how helpful it is in our communication with users. The range of reward options combined with a user-friendly interface makes it the perfect solution for managing our campaigns. Cons I can't say there is anything I dislike in particular, but perhaps the initial setup process can be a bit overwhelming if you're not familiar with the platform. However, the detailed documentation and the effective support team make this process way more manageable. The platform is seamless to use and we've had a lot of positive feedback. Cons As our business scales internationally, we are noticing there is a lack of options for global customers and employees. Pros I like that variety of gift card options available through Tremendous, and love that Tremendous provides a report directly to our company for tax purposes. I've not needed much support, my recipients are getting their rewards, and our brand is creating that affinity, which is a great look. Pros The Tremendous platform is legit intuitive, with no need for tutorials or support pages. I found their customer service to be prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the branding customization, allowing our entity to stand out without any additional costs. Also, no setup fees, monthly charges, or surcharges is a major plus. Having the ability to adjust rewards according to the recipient's country and the option for recipients to donate their reward to a charity are sublime features. I’ll be using them for the foreseeable future. Cons Tremendous is nearly perfect with its free platform, clean website, and customizable branding. A minor issue (last time I issued rewards) is the lack of clarity between 'delivered' and 'redeemed' rewards, as it's unclear if the recipient has used their reward. We were always worried about being scammed or purchasing a gift card that would be difficult for the recipient to redeem. Also when you are navigating many different countries, you cannot batch send rewards. Tremendous makes it very easy to send gift cards to many people all at once. Pros We are a small nonprofit and use Tremendous to compensate research participants worldwide. In the past, this was a very time-consuming and labor intensive process. We work with many patients in countries that are not easily served by your standard Amazon gift card. Tremendous makes it so easy and fast to send gift cards to many recipients all over the world in one smooth process. They also respond very promtly to customer questions. Cons We are a nonprofit and many of the participants we send gift cards to are very interested in returning our gift cards to us as a donation. There is not an easy way for participants to do that. There is also not a transparent process for getting your nonprofit added as a donation option. It is very unclear how to get your nonprofit listed and what criteria they use for selecting organizations. Initially it was only larger, well known organizations but now there are a bunch of small and regional organizations. I have been alone in attending to the the front desk a lot especially when we have been and it really helps to see what I am doing and make sure that I have done it correctly. Pros What is upmost to me is that it is easy to read and to fill out all information for gift cards . It is easy to read and double check on what you have done or go back and see from a much later time what has been done. Cons I have noticed that if I am in the middle of making a gift card and have to stop to answer the phone or handle a customer sometimes there is a glitch in showing the finished information of the gift card and I have to wait at least 30 min's to 1 hour for the information to show up. Tremendous' platform makes distributing rewards pretty effortless and quick, and the instructions and templates provided are straightforward. The available customization of the language and graphics that accompany each type of award I send is so user-friendly and convenient, and I can save each template I make so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time I want to distribute the same category of award in the future. Tremendous allows direct uploads of CSV files which makes compiling lists of multiple recipients very easy. Cons I wish we could have visibility into stats on a company level. It would also be easier to manage the various teams if every project stemmed from one master account.
