I couldn't recommend Tremendous enough for people who are looking for an incentive tool. Pros It was so easy to setup and get started with Tremendous. Within 10 minutes we could start sending out incentives to customers. The fact that Tremendous has no subscription fee and costs $0 until you actually sent out an incentive made it a no-brainer. August 26, 2021 5.0 Have only had 1 issue and customer service was perfect and quick to respond. Pros It was super simple to setup and it takes about 30 seconds to send a reward. Plus it allows us to give the end user the opportunity to select the way they want their rewards. Great platform! The reviews have increased our online visibility and generated quality leads for our business. At the same time, it has saved me personally a huge amount of time. I can send out a bulk order a few times a month in five minutes or less. Pros Tremendous has been incredibly easy to use from day one. Sending rewards internationally is a breeze (taking into account multiple languages and currencies in a single order) and I appreciate the range of redemption options worldwide. It's very easy for our users to redeem their rewards as well. Super simple to configure, test and run more than one campaign at once. Bulk orders are also very straightforward and a real time saver. The few times we've had questions, their customer support has been very friendly and responsive. Cons In the 2+ years we've been using the tool I've had no issues or complaints. It's clear the company is growing, so we do get a lot of alerts about changes being made to their policies, dashboard, pricing etc. but it's not really a problem. Options for branding are great, but I'd love it if they could add even more possibilities/flexibility there. Reason for choosing Tremendous I honestly don't remember the alternatives we considered, but I do remember that the reasonable pricing and variety of international redemptions options were the two main reasons we chose Tremendous. I was able to start using it with ease the first time I was introduced to it. It also keeps a good record of all the incentives that have been administered and is easy to search through records. We’ve saved hours every week by being able to mass send gifts and clone templates! Managing multiple users and teams is also a huge plus. Pros The ability to send gift cards internationally and domestically, and give the recipient the choice to decide which type of gift card they’d like based on their location! I love how simple it is to clone campaigns and quickly resend rewards. Cons Nothing bad to say! They are wonderful. The reporting features helped our accounting and finance teams while maintaining ease of use for our program managers using the product. Pros The portal lets multiple owners across departments manage their gifting budget, while being easy for our accounting department to audit. We were able to quickly hook into the API to automatically send gifts for user testing participants. The rewards selection is great for our participants to choose a gift that they will want and use (a big ask in feedback we've received). Cons Not much - great experience overall! Cons The only functionality I wish it had, is the ability to send the direct reward link but this is by no means a deal-breaker! It's very easy and intuitive to use. I also really like the templates, which are a great time-saver when needing to send out emails to customers and employees worldwide. I enjoy the ease of use, and how easy it is to add funds into my account. Pros This platform has really simplified my incentive accounting system and has allowed incentive distribution to become much easier! The recipients now have a choice of what type of an incentive that they would prefer instead of me manually sending them one type of a gift card. I also like the fact that other members of my team can have access to the dashboard in my absence. No chance of overriding a spreadsheet! It is also great to be able to track just what type of incentive that a participant has chosen, as well as to be able to re-send the initial email to the participant in case they missed it. It makes it very easy to use and different managers can use personalized templates for various purposes. There are a lot of great features that can also even help with advertising when rewards are sent (or including a prompt of some sort). Gift receivers love that they can chose their reward! Cons The only thing I wish could be fixed somehow is that I’ve gotten responses that a lot of people don’t see their reward email because it is sent to their spam folder… but at least there is an option to send a text message reward instead. The API documentation is well-written and easy to follow. Once our sandbox environment was working well, switching to a prod instance was a simple transition. Cons I have no complaints! I tried to find issues as no vendor is perfect but so far, I have no complaints.
