Overall, its a great tool and its a foundational part of my day-to-day workflow as a researcher. It has simplified the task of sending out incentives to participants. It also gave my whole team access to the same funds. There is a little bit of time required for the set up of campaigns, and the set up is a little limited, but it works well once set up.

Pros

1) Simple and intuitive UI, I have my whole team sending out gift cards through and they onboard very quickly. 2) Quick workflows, once you have it set up (teams and campaign template) incentives go out in literally minutes. 3) Integrations, we have it integrated with our Research CRM tool RallyUXR, which can automatically deploy incentives to participants after the session. 4) Granular permissions makes user management and controls much easier.

Cons

1) Templating can be a little be difficult at times, it wasn't very simple to set them up. 2) Adding names, in the past used to be able to just send a generic hello, message to our participants, because we don't always have their names, only their email addresses. However, now they require you to add a name and leaving the space blank is not enough. This has been pretty frustrating. 3) Rally UXR integration makes it so you have to add it to a RallyUXR specific account, and you cannot sure the funds in your existing account. This is frustrating because we have to go through a whole separate approval process to get money in the Rally UXR specific account.

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, dependable, and scales well as incentive volume grows. Setup is straightforward, payouts are fast (have gotten even faster), and the wide range of reward options makes it easy to meet different recipient preferences. Integrations like Zapier significantly reduce manual work and streamline internal workflows. While there are some limitations around customization, the platform has been a reliable, time-saving solution for managing incentives and gift cards. It’s helping my company grow.

Pros

What I liked most about is how easy it makes sending incentives and payments at scale. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and offers a wide range of payout options, making it simple to match different recipients’ preferences. Setup was quick, reporting is clear, and the overall workflow saves a ton of time compared to manual payouts. The Zapier integration is the cherry on top: it makes it super easy to facilitate gift card requests from my sales team and keep everything moving without extra admin work. Also, it's worth mentioning that it brings excellent value for the money spent. We don't incur any extra costs outside the actual gift card credit being sent.

Cons

What I liked least is that customization is somewhat limited for my use case. I have to set up a separate campaign for each employee when sending thank-you gift cards, which makes it harder to manage. It would be much more efficient if sender details could be dynamically inserted (like the sender’s name and phone number), so multiple team members could send rewards without needing individual campaigns.

On the visual side, I love that it's not all over the place, you have a few options that work nicely, and it's easy to get around the platform; you're not going to look for an option for ages, like on some others I had experience with

Pros

I work at a market research company where we conduct surveys by recruiting respondents primarily through social media. This often means we need to incentivize participants to encourage them to complete our surveys. has made it straightforward to send rewards to eligible respondents. The platform supports a wide range of countries and offers various reward options, such as gift cards, PayPal, virtual Visa, Amazon gift cards, and many others. It's also possible to create multiple standardized templates for each project, allowing us to tailor reward types and locations for different countries. The process is nearly automated: I can upload a CSV file containing all the necessary data—such as recipients' email addresses, names, reward values and currencies, languages, and more—and the system populates everything automatically. One particularly useful aspect is that the template email can be drafted in English, and, depending on the language selected, Tremendous will automatically translate it for each respondent. When my team was first setting up this new process, Tremendous customer support was extremely responsive and helpful. They guided us through how certain features work and assisted us whenever we encountered issues or received requests from recipients, such as when a reward hadn't reached someone or couldn't be redeemed. Another valuable feature is the ability to cancel rewards that haven't been successfully delivered - usually due to an incorrect email address - and have the amount refunded. We have also recently discovered another useful feature that is valuable in our industry - "fraud review", which means that some respondents won't receive their rewards immediately until it's confirmed that they are not fraud.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the presence of minimum denomination limits for certain currencies. Additionally, some types of rewards are not always available in every country.

So far has streamlined the process of sending rewards and incentives to my clients and it's been a game changer. Before Tremendous I was either sending emailed gift cards through Amazon which made for an accounting nightmare and then if I needed to send a Visa gift card I had to go through the hassle if finding a trusted website to use and having to track to ensure the client received it. Now with Tremendous I add the recipient's info, it gets sent immediately to them, and they have the freedom to choose what gift card they want. Not only that but the Accounting side of things is way more simple and easier to track back to individual clients. If you offer rewards or incentives to your teams or clients I would highly recommend Tremendous.

Pros

The process of sending a gift or reward was insanely simple. I added the recipients name and email and was even able to tie in their account in Salesforce easily so we could track that data internally. The recipient received their reward quickly and was able to choose what they wanted vs. receiving just a generic Amazon or Vis gift card.

Cons

Initially the verbiage on some of our campaigns was too specific and I accidentally sent out a reward that had verbiage around a sales incentive instead of what the reward was for. After creating a new campaign with proper verbiage for multiple situations there has been no issues.

As mentioned in the positives, it has been a great experience and I hope they keep developing new features with as much thought as the base system.

Pros

The platform us really easy to use, for both the sender and the receiver with a use interface miles above many other platforms. The reporting can be fully customised which is ideal for internal reporting and account needs. There are many different retailers to choose from globally which helps when you work in a remote global business as many platforms only look at the US and Western Europe. Generally the flow of the platform has clearly had thought and effort put into the build. The customer support team are also incredibly helpful and patient as we went through a long process, comparing to 20 other providers, to bring on and Mark could not have been more understanding!

Cons

The ability to pay into the wallet with currencies other than USD is incoming but it is really the only downside right now. Also, it would be great to have more choices for retailers in Serbia if possible too please.

My experience has been great! We were able to run a paid campaign for our BFCM promotion this year, and all went smoothly. Offering a direct payment option on top of standard commission for entry-level affiliates and larger-scale partners has been a game-changer; we're very pleased with the platform.

Pros

They make it easy to pay affiliates + influencers directly, fund our Social Snowball account, and offer any type of reward you can think of for the end consumer. It's a simple platform to navigate and their support has always been stellar.

Cons

I think there was a small learning curve at first, and I didn't quite understand payout timing—but that's not on them as a company, rather, my refusal to just look up the help, first. ;) I've hopped on support with them a few times to navigate a few issues, and they've always been great. This isn't a nag at all, but there have been times I've funded late, and sometimes you need to wait a day or two for the funds to transfer over. That's my user error, not their platform's issue—but, something I've learned to be far more mindful of moving foward.

I signed up for the platform just to explore it. Right away, I found it very simple to use. The next day, I received an email from a team member who was extremely kind, his name is \[sensitive content hidden\]. He was very helpful, understood my needs, and went straight to showing me exactly what I needed within the platform. That confirmed what I had already noticed, that it’s very easy to use. He also cleared up a few questions I had, and by the same day I was already able to start the whole process, add funds, and begin sending gift cards. Everything worked perfectly. The recipients received their gift cards immediately, I had no issues at all. It truly works for all countries, you can cover everything.

Pros

I love how easy it is to send gift cards anywhere in the world. This makes our initiatives much easier, since we are a global company. The platform is very streamlined and genuinely easy to use. I didn’t need to read any documentation or follow a step by step guide, because the platform is extremely intuitive. Everything felt straightforward and secure. Adding funds and transferring credits was also very fast, with multiple payment options available. Simply the perfect solution for anyone who needs to send gift cards. And the best part is that it’s free. You only pay if you choose to add funds with a credit card, which has a small fee. If you prefer a bank transfer, it’s not only very fast but completely free. You don’t earn anything, and you don’t spend anything using the platform. That’s incredible. It’s also extremely easy to create and send gift cards. They provide ready to use templates, so you can simply upload your logo and send them out. You can upload the list of email addresses you want to target, and that’s it. Overall experience has been great! makes it a lot easier to have select campaign amounts vs having to re-enter each amount every time I want to send a gift. Overall - it's easy to send, intuitive platform, and offers templated options.

Pros

I appreciate that I can create multiple campaigns to send different gift card offers / dollar amounts in advance. I also like the option to send via email, text, or physical card.

Cons

We have a card on file but we get charged a fee every time we send a gift. I don't like that we have to "load" the platform every time. We send one-off gifts and it's easier to send as needed vs having to load in money - our card is on file so I don't understand why its necessary and it's time consuming.

It’s hands down one of the most accessible platforms for both senders and recipients. Account manager reached out within 24 hrs, no additional cost to the company is a key selling point, onboarding and account setup was completed within 3 business days, test campaign templates were made and an incentive run was disbursed within the first week and it has everything we need from an accounting and payroll reporting perspective

Nothing I can really think of! Initially, we took a bit of time to onboard and make our very first campaign. The team educated me on why this took time (KYC and AML reasons), and we have been smooth sailing since then.

We use to send incentives to users and it’s been consistently reliable: rewards are delivered on time, the catalog options are relevant for our audience, and we’ve never had complaints from recipients about not being able to use their cards. Creating and sending campaigns is fast, and collaborating with others in the tool is straightforward once they’re onboarded. For our team, Tremendous has become the standard way to handle incentives.

Pros

is incredibly easy to use, with almost no learning curve. It’s very simple to explain to teammates, so collaborating on campaigns is smooth. I really like the templates and automations, which save a lot of time when sending rewards regularly. The UI is intuitive and clean, and the one time I needed Customer Support they replied quickly and solved the issue right away. Overall, it feels like a reliable, low-friction way to send incentives.

Cons

The main limitation for me is budget management across teams. I’d love to be able to set up different teams or campaigns that still share the same overall budget. Right now I have to ask each team to tag their campaign/area so I can reconcile spend afterwards, which adds a bit of manual work.

Overall, lives up their their name- they are tremendous! We have had great success with our students receiving their meal money for their programs. During any problems, they have always been quick to respond and help with our needs.

Pros

The convenience to send our student meal money for their short-term study aboard programs. It allows them to be in charge of their own budgeting and spending.

Cons

The 4% fee on direct bank transfers. This amount adds up quickly. When we are budgeting for programs, we need to be sure to account for the extra amount that will be charged.

It has been a great choice for our company. We have employees spread all over the U.S. Before , I would purchase a physical gift card and mail it in a greeting card to the employee. With the US postal mail system not as reliable as one would like, there were occasions were the physical gift card I mailed to the employee didn't make it to them. Tremendous eliminates that issue for us. Also with Tremendous, even when I am super busy, if a manager requests a gift amount be sent to an employee, it only takes 1 to 2 minutes (including the time it takes to switch gears, log in, send the card and switch gears back to what I was doing) total out of my busy schedule to accomplish this through Tremendous. If only everything were that quick and easy....

Pros

It is simple and easy to use. There are hundreds of store-brand gift cards for our employees to choose from as well as physical or virtual Visa cards. They can also choose to send it to a charity of their choice from the many that are listed. We can brand our email page and the landing page. We can customize both of those as well and keep templates. Makes it easy to go in and select a template, add the person's name and contact (email or phone), the $ amount and click to send a reward in seconds. They are constantly adding new card choices as well. I believe the employee can also choose to split up the amount gifted to them into multiple cards. In addition, we can choose what we want the employee to choose from (i.e., turn on or off charitable donations, choose which stores or charities they can choose from, etc.). We don't allow them to direct deposit into cash, but I think that is an option as well.

Cons

As far as I know you cannot schedule something in advance to go out at a specific time. That would be a great addition to it. Also, I don't have visibility on whether my employee clicked the link and chose something. That would be great also. Having said those two things, it is still a fantastic resource for us.

Very positive experience. Does what it says: workhorse platform without all the bells and whistles that you might not actually need or want.

Pros

I'm an end user of this platform, and I have found it incredibly easy to use with a simple to follow user interface. Even when I was out on leave and had to train other team members on how to use this platform, it was a simple process and they were able to pick it up quite quickly. The record keeping here is clean, simple to use, easy to share with internal stakeholders like finance, and great for in-house record keeping. I love the fact that there are multiple options. Sending to an international audience is simple because you can provide end users with various prize options that work best for their location. Also, the bulk upload functionality is for things like contests. I appreciate being able to easily create different templates for ongoing campaigns, which streamlines workflows.

Cons

Some of the areas of the platform could be more clearly labeled (if you're a first time user, it gets a bit confusing where you need to click in to see past winners, etc.) Also, this isn't a shortcoming, but I would love for to branch into other workflows, like for example managing a complete affiliate program so that I don't need to use two separate platforms.

### "The worst way to get paid."

I received a reward for a survey. I opted for the visa that I could supposedly "use anywhere visa is accepted." Well, Paypal accepts visa, but they repeatedly rejected the transaction. I was going to try using it with Amazon today, but I can't even see the card information to try to use it. Customer support is entirely useless bots, and just goes around in circles.

Pros

Supposedly I could use it anywhere Visa is accepted. Nice in theory, but not at all true. Feels like a scam.

Cons

I can't use it with Paypal. The customer support is just a stupid bot that goes in circles. Today I found a deal on Amazon and I can't see the card info to attempt to use it.

Overall, I'm super happy with ! We're using it to send out rewards to UX Research participants, and haven't encountered any issues until now.

Pros

It is super easy to send incentives with . You can quickly set up a template, and in just a few clicks, send out the reward. Another big pro is that there is no bank fee processing for wire transfers!

Cons

Report analytics are lacking. For instance, you can not check if the recipient of the reward has claimed it (and thus, cash back the reward).

Cons

The only suggestion I have, or item I would change, is adding additional customizable fields, but not the biggest deal.

### "The best platform for paying survey respondents"

Pros

My team has been using for over 5 years for a variety of use cases. They were onboarded many years ago with the intention of paying our referral customers (D2C online brand). The use case and reach of the program has expanded greatly throughout the years. What once started as a platform with a single use case (referrals) and a single brand has expanded to over 9 in-house brands and 3-4 use cases. Now, we use the platform to pay referrals as well as research participants (i.e focus groups and survey respondents) and the ease of use is top notch. Administratively, it is extremely simple to set up your team internally (i.e add users, their roles, etc). Aside from that, the ability to manage campaigns and campaign templates is remarkably simple, and when onboarding new team members, rarely calls for additional walkthroughs because it is self-explanatory. Paying participants in bulk is really the most facile and useful component, at least for my team, who are often paying 100-200 people at a time. With an uploaded CSV template, users can super easily upload the details and thereafter distribute the rewards. Adjusting the type of rewards (i.e Visa gift card, Amazon, etc) is super simple and there is a very diverse catalog of options. In the case that there is an error in distribution (typically on the receivers' end), you can cancel transactions and re-distribute with ease.

Cons

Works really well honestly. Occasionally there can be confusion amongst the team when setting up campaigns but otherwise very simple

### "Enjoy Tremendous for giving gifts to clients and team members"

I like . I've tried a number of different services and Tremendous has great integrations and a clean interface and design. I like it and it's become one of our company's go-to services.

Pros

Love how easy it is to create and send gift cards to clients and team members in every country and in a pretty quick and seamless manner.

Cons

The only thing I wish that did was allow me to create one-off orders without having campaign templates. I get a lot of clients that I just want to send a quick card to and I want to customize the message, but I kinda have to set up and edit templates before I can do that
