I love the visibility I have over recipients, it means that I can process rewards quickly and with confidence. It has saved a lot of time for us as a team as we haven't had to troubleshoot any payment issues with our research participants. Pros works great for us as a small charity paying research participants - it is incredibly cost effective, user friendly and efficient. I think what I like most is being able to preview the way in which recipients receive rewards - this gives me a lot of confidence when I send out rewards that it is user friendly / personalised. We also got a lot of feedback from participants that Tremendous is very accessible for them and they appreciated the amount of options of vouchers. Cons I would like if we were able to deposit in GBP instead of just USD - but despite this there are a great amount of options for GBP recipients. I would also like to see if specific recipients redeemed their voucher just for an extra bit of confidence that the reward went through. Review Source TD Tejas D. Interface is very user friendly. Cons The prefund approval is taking so much time in between, all the required documents should be collected while setting up the account. We have launched project, while project is LIVE, our prefund has been on hold due to finance document, which I think could have been avoided if all the required documents were collected while setting up the account. We mostly send birthday gifts and bonuses, often as digital Visa cards, and the variety of options is solid. We are able to give our reps campaigns and track those sends across the org as well. Cons is what it is. It's honestly nothing fancy. Pros We have a lot of global customers at SEOTesting, so makes sending gift vouchers so much easier for us, without having to think of postage costs or what type of voucher they'd be able to use in their country. The selection is huge and seems to have something for all countries. Cons It would be good to know if people don't redeem the vouchers, or if they end up in a Spam/junk folder - as that has happened for a couple of ours when emailed. Extremely convenient and easy to use. I’ve never heard of any issues redeeming the gift cards. We sent gift cards differently in the past which required many more steps and took literal weeks so this has made the process exponentially easier. Pros It’s very easy to use and it is so convenient. You can create templates if you send gift cards for the same thing often so it’s really easy to just click on the template you want to use, add the name, email, and amount for the gift card, and that’s it! It takes less than one minute every time. I use it for the same thing all the time so I only have one template but I know you can have many different ones. It’s also very easy to redeem as I have received gift cards many times as well. Cons My only complaint is the log in process. I think since I use it for work it makes me go through extra steps so maybe most people wouldn’t need to do that but it takes much longer to log in than it does to complete the task.
