Intutive onboarding and was able to get the job done. Pros Super easy to setup and get started. I was able to setup the account send the gift cards under 60 mins. Game changer. Cons I couldn't find a way to know if the audiences who received the coupon code has received the email, have they opened it, have they claimed it, if not claimed will they receive a reminder. I was searching the help document but couldn't find it. May be it is hidden. " January 22, 2026 4.0 Good = ability to send globally and variety of options available for recipients to choose from. Bad = Setup is longer than initially communicated Ugly = Support dealing with an issue of a recipient receiving a lower amount than I have been charged. Pros The main reason for using was the ease of sending rewards at scale to recipients in different countries globally. Cons The set-up was positioned as simple and quick and it was... until it wasn't and much more company data and information was required to validate my profile. This was not clear at the beginning and caused delays to me sending the rewards. I've also had an issue with a recipient not receivig the correct amount after currency exchange. This is ongoing via the Support function and proving difficult so far. It would be better to speak in person than go back and forth via email where they clearly don't understand the issue. May 11, 2026 5.0 I Love to reward and recognize our employees - so far its been very easy to use and send gift cards. Pros I really enjoyed how simple and easy to use this entire platform is. I was trained very quickly on how to do it and immediately felt comfortable. Cons I think it would be nice to get a confirmation email once its been received/opened by the recipient. You can track the recipients with internal IDs. Approvals by management is easy. Uploading a CSV of recipients also saves time. From the recipient's perspective, there are a lot of choices for gift cards, including donations to charities. The ability to adjust currency is a nice touch when your recipients hail from different countries. Cons Nothing at the moment. It works and I haven't experienced any bugs or major issues. There isn't much of a learning curve. Recipient sometimes worry it's phishing, and it requires me to personally send an email before the card to let them know it's an actual gift card. This makes compensation so much easier to take care of. Pros It's the easiest tool I've used to compensate people for user research. I used to spend much more time in procurement chores. Pros The user interface was incredibly easy to use once I learned it and I like the variety of options you can select from in terms of rewards. The system requires some set up, but that is very minimal. It'd be great if we could also send from our domain name as well. They make rewarding our employees simple with great rewards that everybody wants. Pros makes rewarding our employees, simple, and easy with gift cards that everybody wants! The interface makes the employees receiving the gift cards so easy! It's super easy to use and it's a terrific value - no fees when I connect to my bank account. I've also had great experiences with their customer support team - when I was first setting up my account, the Tremendous team reached out because some of the folks I send rewards to are under 18 and their policies prohibit sending cash rewards to minors. We were able to easily and efficiently solve that by creating a separate campaign for minors that only sends gift cards. Once that was resolved my account was activated promptly. Pros makes the process of sending gift cards extremely painless. I have been using it to compensate people who complete research interviews with my nonprofit organization. After a simple setup process, sending new rewards literally takes me less than a minute. I also appreciate the strong security features, smooth user interface, and the clear user access and team management options that make collaboration simple and secure. Cons There’s very little to complain about. If anything, I’d like to see even more customisation options for branding and messaging when sending rewards, but that’s a minor wish rather than a drawback. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. I especially like the .CSV template provides when dealing with larger-scale projects, making it very efficient to send incentives to many different people at once. Cons I wish there were a way to easily copy External IDs from previous incentive batches into the current batch. We follow standardized formatting for External IDs and every time I send new incentives out I need to open a new tab to get my previous External ID format. Review Source KS Katey S. The whole process was very quick, easy and cost effective, from approval to sending out our email campaign - we will definitely be using as a regular way to reward our participants moving forward. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage reward campaigns efficiently. Cons I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks so far. Cons At this moment I don’t really have any complaints. The platform worked well for my needs and the process was clear, simple, and efficient from start to finish. Switched from [PayPal](https://www.capterra.com/p/207944/PayPal/) PayPal was complicated for us because it has many security restrictions, and since it’s a company account, different team members handle payments at different times. We needed something simple so that anyone on the team could log in and generate payments without issues.
