The overall management of Order history is very well organized and clear to follow where the money has been sent. Pros I believe it was easy to setup really didn't take much time to understand how to send money smoothly to participants, I found it easy to action and didn't find any issues with it. Cons The wait period was a bit longer than expected for sending out the Tremendous, it makes sense with larger amounts I was just surprised it took a little bit of time to send the money. Pros It simplifies the batch user research participant payment process, and it's especially nice how it handles international payments. I haven't run into any issues paying participants in other countries since using Tremendous. Cons No real downsides in my team's use! The only thing so far has been frequent emails to my team about payments being flagged for fraud, but this turned out to be a setting that could be adjusted, and there haven't been any issues in that area since. We started by wanting to solve a problem for giving clients an adhoc voucher and now we've got Tremendous giving vouchers automatically for referrals, rewards and much more. Pros Super simple to get started and doesn't require a PHD in computer science to get going. The integrations particularly with Zapier have been an unreal help and allowed us to get what feels like a bespoke Reward platform in place without any developers. Cons The need to 'request' API access was something that I found a little odd and did require me to submit an application before getting access to the feature.
