Cons figuring out the status of the customer reward is a bit difficult/non-existent. I would like to know when the reward is redeemed and would like to know what reward was chosen, so if the customer says "we never got it" I can say "no you redeemed on this date and time with amazon" etc.. Payments are extremely easy to process and adding funds takes less than an hour on average. Integration with social snowball makes paying our affiliates hassle-free. Processing one-off payments using virtual gift cards is great too. Their conversion fees are also extremely reasonable, which makes it easy to send everyone euros and they can just convert it to their local currency. We had some issues getting set up, but the customer support was very responsive. We love Tremenous Cons So far, no complaints about Tremendous. From a time-costing process we went to a very simple - few clicks process to distribute incentive in different countries for several participants in one shot. This has been extremely time saving. Pros Tremendous has been a game changer for us in terms of incentivizing our research participants. From a workflow full of amazon giftcards bought one by one, with all impediments linked to international buys depending participant's country, we switched to Tremendous with ease, and it greatly improved the outcome both for us and the participants. they have the choice to reedeem their incentive as they want, and on our side we can quickly send batch of incentive to several people. Cons user interface could be clarified to ease the access to web landing pages & email testings, but this is already pretty good. Pros One of the things I love most is the variety of gift card options and charities available. Not everyone wants an Amazon or Starbucks gift card, so having the flexibility to let employees choose what works best for them at the moment is a huge plus. Cons I have no dislikes just area for improvement. There should be an option for test emails and also loading the Tremendous balance should be a cheaper option then paying directly with your credit card.
