### "Great Rewards Platform to make the team smile!"

My team finds the user access just as easy as I do on the back end when im managing the teams rewards for competitions and little moral boosting activities.

Pros

I love how automated it can be. I can schedule to send out bulk rewards and my user interface as the employer is easy to use.

Cons

I can't really tell if my employees have clicked the link to redeem the rewards which makes it tough when they say they didn't get it but customer service tells me they did. If I could see when someone clicks I could have that extra level of security so no one is pulling a fast one etc.

It was a good experience overall, It saw some new things that I was not used to see like create your own campaign, project so on so on.

Pros

The way it is easy to navigate through the app , it just perfect. It is simple, efficient with some excellent featuring. I love the fact that they value for money more than you do by verifying each and every transfer.

Cons

Honestly I did not have any disappointed with how everything is set up. It allowed me to learn and explore a lot of things.

Robust and user friendly. Good for multi country research projects. Wide selection of rewards to choose from

Pros

Ease of use and variety of reward options. The ability to send rewards to multiple countries in the same campaign.

Cons

The additional fees for PalPal rewards, and the not only being charged the fee for respondents that redeem that reward choice.

### "Love it - for sending gift cards to partners"

It's been a life-saver - I went through so many similar apps and they are either for enterprise businesses costing enormous amounts or for our size but other use cases like affiliates, influencers, etc. let's me do the job easily and for free - send gift cards to partners. That's it. I can log on and do it in 5 minutes and I'm off to other tasks.

Pros

Free and incredibly easy to use. Serves my purpose of sending partner referral rewards once a month perfectly. Many different options for reward redemption based on country of recipient. Helpful support.

Cons

The only thing that's missing for me is account balance topup option from a European bank account. I currently pay by card which involves a small fee.

Free and fits my use case perfectly. Exactly what I needed. Honestly it was a while ago so I don't remember the other apps I looked at but it was like 20 of them.

Cons

I would like to open a camping and add the recipients but send it one by one when I want it and not all at the same time.. My case is: I send gift cards to customers who meet with me as part of a campaign. The campaign runs over a long period (about 3 months), and meetings happen at different times. I want to send the gift card up to two weeks after each meeting. Since meetings are often rescheduled or moved, I can’t upload all recipients in advance and send everything at once. What I need is the ability to: Create a campaign once Upload or manage a list of recipients Manually send the reward to one or several users at a time Without closing the campaign or recreating it each time

It has been great, no issue with . Easiness, speed, quick turnaround for support. Nothing but great things.

Pros

What I liked the most about is the easiness on gifting the team members giftcards. Takes me less than 5 minutes to send the gift.

Cons

What I don't like about is that it does not allow you to see if the giftcard was redeemed by the user.

I have limited experience with , but what I have had has been easy and quick. It is very helpful to track spending for administrative purposes.

Pros

The ease of management and the number of options for participants are great. We can send things to them easily and quickly, and our older participants can navigate the site.

Cons

We have had some issues with participants not realizing that their gift cards or links have an expiration date, so a way to clearly display this to them would be great.

Pros

As a user experience researcher, I've been using for several months and my experience has been exceptional so far. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about how easy and secuire it would be to send and manage participant rewards. However, Tremendous made the entire process so straightforward that I felt completely comfortable after just several minutes of using the platform. The user interface allows even absolute beginners to quickly navigate and get the hang of things. Additionally, one of the most impressive aspects of Tremendous is the wide range of rewards it offers, everything from various gift cards to charitable donations. It felt great knowing that I could give thanks to my participants in such a versatile way.

Cons

I haven't had any real issues; the only thing to be aware is that not all types of rewards are available in all countries, so be mindful when communicating the rewards if you have interanational participants.

Pros

Ease of use and prompt support in the unlikely event that it is needed.

Cons

Direct access to reward redemption reporting would be helpful for situations where a recipient claims not to have redeemed a reward.

Pros

The user interface is intuitive. Once you know your way around the system, you can easily make changes to your templates.

Cons

Customization is somewhat lower than what I would have liked. I can add my logo & company information, but I wish there were more.

Very easy to set up and maintain, we've been able to use it for a variety of use cases. Good selection of options as well.

No negative feedback so far, but looking forward to more brand partnerships being updated over time.

Pros

Very easy to get started. The entry barrier is very low. I was able to create an account and start sending rewards the very next day.

Cons

Limit of 10 checks per day to see if gifts have been redeemed. Its how they make money, but we want to make sure our team is redeeming their rewards

Brilliant - has saved us loads of time!!

Pros

Our lab has recently adopted to pay our research participants. It makes the process seamless and transparent, and speeds up both our in-lab sessions and post-session reporting dramatically. The fact that it does not require account set-up for recipients and that the only data we hold on them is their email addresses also made this an easy sell from a data protection standpoint.

Cons

It would be nice if the account structure were more flexible. Ideally, for our organization, Finance would hold a "parent" account, and all of the spending across campaigns, teams, etc. would be centralized there. This is by no means a deal-breaker and may be specific to our use case.

Overall a good experience and I will use again for sending large batches of gift cards out.

Pros

's platform is very easy to use and does a great job managing the send, including letting you know about email bounce backs and providing an easy way to correct the email address. Responsive staff at Tremendous answered my questions promptly.

Cons

I was interested in paying by credit card but, as a new user, I was required to transfer funds from my bank account to to "pre-fund" my account. I understand this may be to decrease fraudulent activity, but finding out about this last minute created a delay in my ability to send the gift cards. However, I will say that someone from Tremendous communicated with me promptly about this and answered all of my questions.

Pros

The setup and the distribution of vouchers was very intuitive. The functionalities and the wide variety of vouchers to choose from are also great. The UI is nice.

Cons

International transfers of funds are a bit complicated. That is the only downside I can think of now.

It is great. When I added a payment method, from there and then, I can send rewards to anyone. The service fee is minimal as well compared to other platforms. Overall experience, I highly recommend it.

Pros

I love how user-friendly it is. With just few clicks, I can send rewards to anyone with just using their email.

None really. It is the most easiest and convenient way in sending rewards to our user interview participants within our company.

Value for money: Discovering this platform has been a great experience. It makes sending gifts in bulk easy and efficient. I especially appreciate that recipients have a wide range of redemption options for their eGift cards, as well as the ability to donate to charities, which is a great added benefit. Order and delivery: The process is fast and reliable—the recipient received their eGift card on the same day.

So far, I have not encountered any issues or challenges while using the platform. The entire process has been smooth and straightforward, from placing the order to delivery and redemption

Great! It is the simplest thing to use by far, definitely compared to other services that I’ve used.

Pros

I was expecting it to be difficult or annoying without lots of checks to pass in order to use but it was so quick and easy, probably done in under 2 minutes!

Cons

Maybe that the add button isn’t intuitive? I instinctively press add when I want to advance but it’s just one person I want to send a gift to.

Overall, this is a great product and it makes it super easy for me to reward my direct reports for their hard work. That creates great value for the money for me as it saves me lots of time, while still allowing to me to show meaningful appreciation to my team.

Pros

is very simple and easy to use. The UI and templates are quick and easy. It's literally as simple as logging in and putting my team members' names in and selecting the amount of money to give them.

Cons

To be honest, while I do love the simplicity of the UI, sometimes it's a little underwhelming. At least initially, I had it took longer than I would prefer to use the website.

makes it incredibly easy to reward our customers for actions we want to encourage. The platform is intuitive and quick to set up.

Cons

There’s a 3% fee when using a credit card for payments, which adds up over time. While linking a bank account avoids the fee, our company is limited to using credit cards, so we can’t take advantage of that benefit.
