I like how dynamic fields can be added to personalize the messages to be most relevant. Cons It can be unintuitive how to edit new campaigns and where to go on the platform to do so. Our only option so far. Personally, I have used this as an individual once and I get the fuss from our clients. For people that are tech-savvy, it's an absolute asset to pay for groceries or online whims. Tracking the use of thousands of clients is a bit tricky as we can only send rewards and check little data. It would be awesome to be able to check if the client actually redeemed their reward to better support when needed. Pros The way we manage our event rebates is critical to get our clients their money back without affecting our credit score as an overall business. is great for this Cons Ease of redemption and alternatives for clients is basic and sometimes they can't even use the funds once redeemed in online businesses depending on their location. It is very straightforward to use, and even if you need help, support is easily accessible. Pros The ability to send bulk rewards, as well as the ease in uploading a CSV, made getting the job done much easier ! Cons The process of waiting to get funds added to the account balance was a bit longer than expected, but nonetheless, it was a smooth process. October 31, 2025 5.0 I would describe my overall experience with as fantastic! I enjoy how easy it is to edit templates and send out the gift cards, it makes the process of gifting very ideal! Pros What I like most about is the ease of use and the amount of various gift card options available for people to choose from! Cons I suppose if I had to suggest something that I like the least about it would be that I would prefer to have more than one template so that I can have multiple available to use for reoccurring purposes. But this could be something that is specific to my organization, I am not sure. As an end user, I had several payout options to choose from. The process to issue my gift card was fairly simple. Pros This platform was used to issue a payout in the form of a gift card. There were so many options for the payout to choose from. It is very well designed, super clear, nice and intuitive. I also love the Analytics part so that we are informed if the gift cards were redeemed and where. Pros I love everything, however, the fact that I now don't need to think about where the user is based to send them reward they can redeem is a huge benefit. And it is for free, so the management decision to create account and use it was really easy to get. Cons I thought the fact that operating only with USD was an issue, but right now I think I prefer it as the user's reward will be converted to their currency anyway. I have been using it only for a month, but my experience with sending rewards has already changed to better. Pros It was a easy fast payout to a prepaid visa ecard. Mine was a simple $5 ecard but it arrived to my email of choice promptly. Cons I had issues with logging in after the initial set up. The login page told me my email I used wasn't linked to a account and wanted me to start a entire new login I'd which would have forced me to start all over again. It does exactly what we wanted it to do. But it took some initial time at the beginning to figure it out! Cons The availabilities for Europe are still pretty limited. Pros This is the easiest tool I've found for the management of incentives to survey respondents and qualitative research participants. I've saved a ton of time and headache with and it's my preferred platform for incentives now. Pros It was a quick and easy set-up, very user friendly and intuitive. I am happy to be able to send our market research participant incentives through this platform. Cons Once the money had been sent out, I received an email containing both a receipt attachment and a list of recipients. I did not like receiving the list of participants as it contains PII and we are very guarded with this information, so would rather access in the platform if needed, instead of in email. Cons I don't have much to say about cons of because I did only just start using it and it is very intuitive to perform different tasks, but maybe there could be more visual symbols incorporated to help me find actions I need (with colors too). Not sure if there's anything like this yet, but ability to tag certain orders or group them as part of the same category (i.e. a certain research study) would be super helpful. Always telling me how much money I have left. As an administrator, it was also fairly easy to use - I was able to send money to the right person and see all transaction, how much money was left, etc. Cons The initial email that came in telling I got a reward looked like Phishing. I had to ask the person I sent it to whether it was real or not. Cons One of my incentives says it wasn't delivered, but the platform wouldn't let me switch to a new recipient (as I don't have an alt email for the original). Pros makes issuing rewards to consumers a breeze! Being able to fully control all aspects of payments; choosing the available rewards by program, customizing the fulfillment emails and sending payments to consumers makes my life so easy. The introduction of fraud flagging has also helped us to be able to confirm that consumers aren't receiving more rewards than they are entitled and saving clients from overspend. Cons The only con that I've encountered is finding a solution that our finance team approves of to receive funds back for fraud blocked transactions. It's easy and I think it's nicer to send people gift cards rather PayPal payments which I used to do. Pros I most like that there is no fee and that it integrates with Zapier. Cons I wish I could auto-reload without having to spend $5,000 in awards. I'm a small business and only send out $5 gift cards. It'ds going to take me awhile to get to $5,000. I liked that I could create invoices to send to my accounting department to make billing easier. It was also easy to batch send different amounts to different participants, depending on when they responded to my outreach. Cons It can be a little bit cumbersome to first figure out where to go to add money, and I had some difficulty with the email vs webpage view when trying to send out my rewards, so that took a few tries.
