June 30, 2025 5.0 We use the platform a lot to send gift cards to our partners and customers who review us on other review platforms. We also use it for internal campaigns, since we have employees in more than nine different countries. I really like how easy it is to create campaign templates and how you can save them in different languages ​​and use them very easily. Pros The platform is very intuitive and easy to use! I like the practicality and ease of choosing a card that is used in most parts of the world and also because I can make virtual payments. Cons There's nothing I don't like about the platform, but I can say that one of the things I think could be improved is having a single report showing all the shipments made during the month. It's easy to get help and support when required and offers great value for money when compared to competitors. Cons Haven't found anything to dislike yet, occasionally campaigns are put on hold for additional checks but they seem to happen promptly and it's good to know that security and fraud is taken seriously. The campaigns are very straight forward and I enjoy being able to set specific gift cards for different campaigns. Even the options for international clients and employees are great. Gift cards and thank you has always been such a tedious process and being able to set approvals, teams and campaigns has been a true game changer. Especially with the platform being free, it allows you to use the platform at your own pace with no extra fees or monthly requirements. The pricing model is also a very nice way to start using it without worry too much. Cons We once missed that the credit was finished, causing some rewards to not being sent. I've sent many gifts and have never had anyone have a problem getting their cards. Love that you can send your recipient the option to choose which gift card they want. It's just overall a really great platform that does what it is supposed to do. Pros Tremendous has EXCELLENT customer service. The platform is intuitive and easy to learn. I've had no issues with any gift cards I've sent in Tremendous. I cannot say that about the other platforms I've used. Tremendous is always my first choice. Cons I don't like that Tremendous doesn't yet integrate with our CRM HubSpot. I'm looking forward to when that happens so I can have more of my team use the site. I am so glad I found this platform. It is very flexible, and I have not scratched the surface of how our company can implement using this program company wide. My employees are always grateful and send me notes of thanks, and show off what they purchased with their rewards, which makes me feel I have shown appreciation in a way that vibes with them as a person. Thank you Tremendous, your plat form is a blessing! Pros I appreciate the ability to send a reward immediately and the thousands of options to select. I also love that it is a low cost program and easy to maintain records. Cons It takes up to 3 weeks to receive a physical card which makes the virtual card the main option. I have employees that are not as tech savvy and would prefer the physical card, however waiting 3 weeks seems like a bit of a disappointment to them. There was no learning curve; the moment I opened it, it was straightforward to use. Cons There is no major aspect I don't like about Tremendous. The only thing I can think of is that different countries have access to different incentives, so I needed to ensure I provided a wide range of options to our customers from outside the US. It is intuitive to use on both ends. Pros Tremendous is incredibly easy to use as a sender, with straightforward spots to input recipient information. My whole team uses the platform for compensation purposes as we do research, and it has been the most effective way to reward participants. We have never had any complaints from anyone on the receiving end. There is a really easy tracking system as the operator, allowing us to keep organized when accounting for costs in each project. Cons Changing the currency did not come intuitively, but it is an option which is still a bonus. I still haven't figured out how to toggle between currencies when we do international research. What really stands out is the flexibility—being able to offer rewards in a wide variety of formats and currencies ensures that every recipient feels like they’re getting something meaningful. The user interface is intuitive, which means campaigns can be set up and launched in minutes rather than hours. On top of that, the reporting tools give clear visibility into engagement and redemption, making it simple to measure success and optimize for future efforts. At one company, we used it to boost employee participation in training programs, and at another, to run customer acquisition and retention campaigns. In both cases, the impact was immediate and measurable. If you’re looking for a reliable, scalable way to motivate people—whether your employees, customers, or partners—I can’t recommend it enough. It takes me 30 seconds to send a gift card individually, no matter where they are located. Cons I wish that "campaign template" could be a column that I could bring into the reward history view. Huge Time-saver!" November 20, 2025 5.0 Overall, Tremendous has been a huge lifesaver. I can't believe how manual our process was before using Tremendous. It truly is Tremendous. Pros Tremendous makes it so easy to automate the incentive distribution process. The interface is intuitive, help is always available (on the rare occasions you might need it), and I love the ability to choose from a wide range of incentives. Cons It's hard to think of anything that's negative. One of the only drawbacks I can think of is that my recipients sometimes don't see the email from Tremendous because it goes into their junk email folders (through no fault on the part of Tremendous). Once our ACH was setup I simply create an invoice, send to accounting and they deposit funds in our Tremendous account for me you use for rewards. I also like the fact that the employee can choose from a variety of gift cards according to their own choice rather than mine. Cons There's really nothing that I don't like. Cons With the previous platform i used you could pick more than just one option and split the reward amount between different cards. With Tremendous, you can't. Also, if you put an email address in wrong, you would be able to change the email address. The system was able to tell if the reward had been redeemed. Intutive onboarding and was able to get the job done. Pros Super easy to setup and get started. I was able to setup the account send the gift cards under 60 mins. Game changer. Cons I couldn't find a way to know if the audiences who received the coupon code has received the email, have they opened it, have they claimed it, if not claimed will they receive a reminder. I was searching the help document but couldn't find it. May be it is hidden. " January 22, 2026 4.0 Good = ability to send globally and variety of options available for recipients to choose from. Bad = Setup is longer than initially communicated Ugly = Support dealing with an issue of a recipient receiving a lower amount than I have been charged. Pros The main reason for using Tremendous was the ease of sending rewards at scale to recipients in different countries globally. Cons The set-up was positioned as simple and quick and it was... until it wasn't and much more company data and information was required to validate my profile. This was not clear at the beginning and caused delays to me sending the rewards. I've also had an issue with a recipient not receivig the correct amount after currency exchange. This is ongoing via the Support function and proving difficult so far. It would be better to speak in person than go back and forth via email where they clearly don't understand the issue.
