This makes compensation so much easier to take care of. Pros It's the easiest tool I've used to compensate people for user research. I used to spend much more time in procurement chores. It’s reliable, secure, and user-friendly, and it provides great flexibility for teams of any size. The platform has streamlined our process for sending vouchers internationally and has definitely added value to our customer engagement efforts. Pros Tremendous makes it incredibly easy to send vouchers and rewards to customers all around the world. The platform is very intuitive, so the learning curve is minimal and our team was up and running in no time. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering how much time it saves. I also appreciate the strong security features, smooth user interface, and the clear user access and team management options that make collaboration simple and secure. Cons There’s very little to complain about. If anything, I’d like to see even more customisation options for branding and messaging when sending rewards, but that’s a minor wish rather than a drawback. The ease of use of the platform has been the best part. We can add individual gifts or group gifts via Excel--it's quick and personalized, amazing! Pros We've started using Tremendous for our incentive payouts and employee thank-you gifts--it has been a game-changer. The ease of use, the ability to upload an excel with gift amounts, the personalization, we really love it all. Cons I think the thing I like least is that it took us this long to find a solution like Tremendous! We waited too long to look--so glad we decided to look for a gift-card platform. From the start through my self-serve campaign set up through getting incentives out has been just great. The team is so friendly, really understands their client's needs and is so helpful! Pros The platform is extremely easy to use. I was able to create my campaign, fund the campaign, and send out incentives so quickly and easily. Customer support has been, shall I say, Tremendous! Pros I love that it is very easy to use and the options that are available to employees when choosing their reward and the rewards are sent immdiately Cons It would be a nice feature if it "stored" email addresses that you have used prior vs. entering them each time. We are strapped in and are very likely to be using Tremendous more and more in the business. We started by wanting to solve a problem for giving clients an adhoc voucher and now we've got Tremendous giving vouchers automatically for referrals, rewards and much more. Pros Super simple to get started and doesn't require a PHD in computer science to get going. The integrations particularly with Zapier have been an unreal help and allowed us to get what feels like a bespoke Reward platform in place without any developers. Cons The need to 'request' API access was something that I found a little odd and did require me to submit an application before getting access to the feature. Pros The gift cards have always been processed fast! This is probably the fastest e-gift card processor I have had the pleasure of using. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. I especially like the .CSV template Tremendous provides when dealing with larger-scale projects, making it very efficient to send incentives to many different people at once. Cons I wish there were a way to easily copy External IDs from previous incentive batches into the current batch. The whole process was very quick, easy and cost effective, from approval to sending out our email campaign - we will definitely be using Tremendous as a regular way to reward our participants moving forward. Pros Easy and quick to use - smooth process and fast approval times - finally a cost effective way to reward our participants. Their customer service is A+! Quick, responsive, and helpful. Cons Hard to say that I have many. Pros Is an easy to learn platform, i've use both the platform and API and are pretty cool. The user interface is good, easy to follow but i'd like to have a way to see the status of the rewards that have been sent, like have rewards been clicked, redeemed, it seems like i always get a 'Delivered' status, idk what that really means. The interface is intuitive, and it's very easy to stay on top of expenses and invoices. Cons While Tremendous is highly efficient and serves its purpose, I think they can improve their customization option for the messages that come attached with the rewards. Cons At this moment I don’t really have any complaints. The platform worked well for my needs and the process was clear, simple, and efficient from start to finish. Switched from [PayPal](https://www.capterra.com/p/207944/PayPal/) PayPal was complicated for us because it has many security restrictions, and since it’s a company account, different team members handle payments at different times. We needed something simple so that anyone on the team could log in and generate payments without issues. The internal platform from my end just needs work. Pros No fees! A lot of similar platforms have bad fees that make the gift card not worth it. This one is much better. Cons The setup of campaigns.
