I love that there are no additional fees like there are with other platforms. I will DEFINITELY be using the service again. Pros I appreciate the customer service who has always been quick and helpful and the variety of choices of what gift cards to pick. Feedback was that it was well received and easy to use! Cons In the setup and verification process there was a 24 hour delay on the first gift. From a time-costing process we went to a very simple - few clicks process to distribute incentive in different countries for several participants in one shot. This has been extremely time saving. Pros Tremendous has been a game changer for us in terms of incentivizing our research participants. From a workflow full of amazon giftcards bought one by one, with all impediments linked to international buys depending participant's country, we switched to Tremendous with ease, and it greatly improved the outcome both for us and the participants. they have the choice to reedeem their incentive as they want, and on our side we can quickly send batch of incentive to several people. Cons The lack of ability to add the same reference number over multiple transactions, this means if we have an ongoing project over x amount of time it makes our accounting slightly harder. Their conversion fees are also extremely reasonable, which makes it easy to send everyone euros and they can just convert it to their local currency. We had some issues getting set up, but the customer support was very responsive. We love Tremenous Cons So far, no complaints about Tremendous. That's it. I can log on and do it in 5 minutes and I'm off to other tasks. Pros Free and incredibly easy to use. Serves my purpose of sending partner referral rewards once a month perfectly. Many different options for reward redemption based on country of recipient. Helpful support. Cons The only thing that's missing for me is account balance topup option from a European bank account. I currently pay by card which involves a small fee. And I can say they have to be one of the best around. Pros The ease of requesting and accepting gift cards is is amazing. Weather you are sending them to a customer or getting one for yourself the process is a piece of cake! Cons I have honestly never ran into a problem with them.
