Pros

I used the district data to track the amount and quality of instructional coaching being completed. The software allowed for collection of data to inform decisions on what teachers were needing support in and how coaches were responding to the identified needs of teachers and students.

Cons

At times the TEKS which were to be aligned to units were not updated, but with a quick phone call, the matter was corrected.
