super deçue et quelque part c'est des mois de travail mis à la poubelle car on a du transférer tous nos client, cours, prof, tarif abonnement et surtout un sentiment de trahison, j ai fait complètement confiance a bsport; cela faisait des années qu'ils m'appelaient pour me convaincre de venir avec eux; je leur ai fait confiance et voila le résultat 40% de plus a payer ; tellement dommage car j étais tres contente de leur service Je pense que je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas, vu l'email general qui nous a été envoyé super disappointed and somewhere It's months of work thrown away because we had to transfer all our clients, courses, teachers, subscription rates and above all a feeling of betrayal, I completely trusted bsport; They had been calling me for years to convince me to come with them; I trusted them and here is the result 40% more to pay; such a shame because I was very happy with their service I think I'm not the only one in this situation, given the general email that was sent to us

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'aspect intuitif de la plateforme et est donc j'ai decidé de passer de Mindbody 80 euro ht/mois à 135euros( avec promo) avec b sport; jusquà il y a un mois je pensais avoir fait le meilleur choix, car la plateforme est tres bien, bon service clients, plateforme facile à comprendre et que 55 euros de plus que Mindbody pouvaient se justifier. the plateforme is very intuitive and was at first very please with it even if it was more expensive than the other software I used before I liked the design, the functionality and simplicity, quality of customer service

Ce changement reflète notre engagement à maintenir et à améliorer la qualité et la valeur des services que nous vous fournissons." soit 77,77% d'augmentation j ai envoye un mail pour dire qu'il devait y avoir une erreur et voici la réponse "Après avoir réévalué notre récente communication sur les ajustements tarifaires chez bsport, nous avons pris la décision de revoir à la baisse les augmentations de prix prévues. Cette décision découle de notre désir de vous offrir une expérience exceptionnelle avec bsport, tout en maintenant des tarifs justes et compétitifs. Ainsi, nous sommes ravis de vous annoncer que le montant de votre abonnement bsport sera désormais réduit à 180 € HTVA au lieu de 249 € HTVA annoncé avant, ce changement aura lieu à partir de la date de renouvellement de contrat." soit 40% d'augmentation après 1 an d'utilisation. Inadmissible j'ai été ave Mindbody pour 7 ans et mon abonnement a augmenté de 10 euros dans cette période. Sans mentionner que par Visio la personne qui s'occupe des ventes avait promis que les abonnements augmenteraient tres peu/ Not really happy with a service which think it can justify first nearly 80%more in one year; and after complain lower to 40%; so far I have never seen this before, because the customer said that bsport was a good software, so to be able to keep the quality they HAVE TO raised their prices to 40%

Il est important de noter que Bsport n'accorde aucune période d'essai. Nous n'avons pas implanté la solution sur notre site. Avant la fin du premier mois nous avons demandé à stopper l'utilisation et par conséquent le paiement. Ils sont très fermes sur leur contrat. Alors prenez beaucoup de précautions lors de la présentation que vous fera Bsport. Demandez à voir toutes les moindres fonctionnalités. Demandez à ce qu'ils vous disent ce qu'il faudra paramétrer en tenant compte de votre organisation. Nous ne sommes dans le domaine du sport. Peut-être que Bsport est adapté pour des salles de sport mais pas à toutes les structures.

Pros

Le nombre de fonctionnalité mais finalement à l'usage il y a trop de choses pas clairement définies quant au pourquoi les utiliser.

Cons

La complexité pour paramétrer les fonctions. Surtout celles liées au calendrier, ateliers, cours, abonnement, carte. Tout cela rend vite confus la mise en place de ces fonctionnalités. Des contraintes sont apparues dès lors que l'on doit inclure des périodes d'interruption dans le calendrier. Nous n'avons pas été informés avant signature du contrat de ces subtilités entre les fonctions : Emploi du temps, calendrier, mes activités, ateliers, produits, séances, cartes de cours. A l'usage cela s'est avéré une usine à gaz et ça rendait la gestion trop complexe et sans gagner du temps par rapport à la solution préc"dente que nous utilisions.

Heel tevreden, als ik een nadeel zou moeten opgeven is het dat het systeem zo uitgebreid is dat ik af en toe wat verloren raak in alle opties.

Top! Echt hele goede begeleiding en customer service. Eén contactpersoon werkt heel snel en prettig. De mogelijkheden zijn enorm, stapje voor stapje gebruik ik meer opties.

Pros

De vele mogelijkheden sluiten enorm aan bij mijn Boutique Studio. Ik wil hier nog veel meer van leren, maar er is zoveel mogelijk! Geweldige ondersteuning van \[gevoelige inhoud verborgen\], ik krijg altijd direct reactie en hij denkt enorm mee. Heel fijn in een startend, ambitieus bedrijf. hij snapt in een paar zinnen wat ik bedoel en komt met oplossingen. Heel erg fijn, ik werk alleen en mijn technische skills zijn niet enorm, maar het systeem heb ik vrij snel onder de knie dankzij zijn support. Dit is echt een heel belangrijk onderdeel van BSport en het mooie systeem wat soms best ingewikkeld lijkt. Ze maken waar wat beloofd is.

Cons

Ik wilde graag perosnaliseren (mails, nieuwsbrief etc) maar dat kost vrij veel werk. Dus dat moet ik nog beter doen. Met alleen de instructievideo's kwam ik er niet uit. Gelukkig goed bereikbare en persoonlijke support. Kosten - maar die zijn het wel waard, gezien de opties die ik allemaal nodig heb en geen enkel ander product zo kan bieden.

Contact met accountmanager - oprecht, niet 'bitchen' over andere aanbieders (dit deed Virtuagym heel erg, ketste ik compleet op af). Accountmanager dee echt heel erg zijn best. Ik sloeg aan op de specialisatie in Boutqiue Studio's, dit kon niemand bieden. Maar verder ook de manier waarop jullie mensen te woord staan en klantgericht zijn. Heel blij mee!

Wir hatten bisher sehr positive Erfahrung mit der bsport App. Wir empfehlen es allen Studios dies zu einsetzen, somit kann man sich von den anderen Studios differenzieren.

Sehr übersichtlich, leicht zum bedienen. Deckt alle Anforderungen von einem Pilates Studio. Unsere Kundinnen haben grosse Freude dran, weil sie das ganze selber können an und abmelden.

Es wäre schön wenn mehrere Mailvorlagen schon ein Bestandteil wäre.

### "Vorsicht! Keine Zulassung in Deutschland"

Nicht für den Deutschen Markt geeignet, da es keine TSE-Zulassung hat und man so also ein extra Buchung-Kassensystem on top bräuchte. Das macht den Aufwand extrem groß. Es ist absolut unausgereift! Schnell im Verträge verkaufen durch "cool wirkende" junge Leute, die den persönlichen Eindruck geben, den man haben will. Ein "Start-up", dass darauf ausgelegt ist, Daten zu sammeln und irgendwann verkauft werden soll. Keine echte "hands-on" Mentalität (einzelne Mitarbeiter ausgenommen!).

Pros

Die White-Label-App ist ein tolles Tool, was das Ego eines jeden Unternehmers triggert - aber Vorsicht! Die Klassenplanung für Kuspläne oder Open Classes geht einigermaßen im back-end, aber dadurch, daß das Programm keine TSE-Zulassung hat, ist es leider hinfällig und kann bei einer Steuerprüfung des Studiobetreibers zu hohen Strafen führen in Deutschland.

Cons

Im "Sales-Prozess" wird einem mündlich gesagt, "ja, das Programm kann das alles...", im "on-boarding" wird man dann sukzessive aufgeklärt, dass vieles nicht geht. (bei uns Beispiel: mehrer Teilnehmer gleichzeitig in einem Termin, Kassen- und Zahlungssysteme alle integriert, Daten-Migration nur zum Teil, nicht die entscheidenden Daten, ...)

Am very happy with the experience - love that I can always relay on the communication from the BSPORT team and that there are always improvements happening.

Pros

The look and feel of the product is very friendly and also easy to understand. Very good integration with our webpage and also use of the client side of the system. Very good client profiles and payment processes, easy reports. What I like most is the very good client relations - always get a quick answer, tutorials are constructed very well and I always get an answer to my feedback or question.

Cons

There are some tweaks that could be better, but as the program is constantly worked upon then cant even bring out any issues here. Was a bit complicated first to switch from MINDBODY but it is very easy and after few tried understood well what are the core differences and now the system works even better.

Because of the good onboarding, good price for better and more possibilities with the same amount, free trial period (at that time) helped to try it out easily. really was impressed by the level of personalisation from the company when onboarding - all the data was transferred from the old system very well.

The Bsport experience has been first class, form the initial conversations with the sales team, to the on boarding team who helped with the data migration and change from our old supplier. This was a mammoth task and quite daunting, but with the amazing support has been a real pleasure. Long phone calls on hold trying to get support is a thing of the past! With Bsport we have someone sitting in our chat box on a daily basis ready to help answer our questions. Our old provider would take days to respond or require a 2-3 hour phone call, which was often answered by someone more clueless than myself!My daily tasks are so much easier thanks to Bsport

Pros

Taking payments is so much quicker with bsport than with our previous software provider, and managing class changes and edits to the schedule is also so much faster. Bsport has far more options with regards to the setup of how the classes are managed, cancellations etc, which allows us to run our business how we want to, not how the system allows us to.

Cons

We would love it if the text message service for cancellations and waitlist notifications was implemented soon.

Functionality, the create tutorial videos, it's a simplified and very efficient, streamlined but extensive platform which supports my business absolutely perfectly, the team are so helpful with queries and to expand my business, I feel I've chosen the most supportive platform!

Cons

It would be great to have a login for me to see what customers experience so I am able to more easily help their queries. Sometimes steps can be a bit confusing with the tags and ways in which I need to link passes to products to ensure they are sold in the correct usage. However the team have always sorted problems for me very quickly. Also would be great if the calendar linked to my google calendar so i can see bookings that come in live. Would be great if I could have the "hide" option so I can upload month's worth of classes without them going live for booking. The app would be great if I could book people in through that rather than need to use a laptop always.

The fact you guys offered appointments, plus weekly classes and events, plus online library and live classes. You had everything that I needed... Momence links live to Google Calendar though, which I would have really liked to make use of! And they also have more filtering systems for their online products - would be great if you looked into what they offer and run something similar as it had a nice organisation and feels more like online courses, drip fed, which is what I felt was missing from Bsport.

### "Big Mistake"

Biggest mistakeSalesmanager has reallt convinced me about all the features and that it would be the same as I had with Grib and even more...But there are so many things that they dont have.just some examples:- pauze a membership by exact dates- automatic calculate when members like to switch their membershipand many more....Also I pay € 7,5 per reversal payment which is really high! and ofcourse never mentioned during sales...maybe thats my fault for not asking...Its becoming really expensive and they have limited features.The accountmanager is nice and very patient so thats good, but the migration team constantly makes mistake and many of my members are complaining about their membership set ups not being accurate.I would not advice other gyms to take Bsport.

\- expensive because of reversal payment fee- Very hard to navigate thru reports or client data- many features are missing- migration is not accurate

Épouvantable. Un stress permanent. Des questions non résolues. L’impression de s’est re faut littéralement arnaqués.

Rien. C’est cher. Ça ne répond pas aux besoins de base et donne des étoiles dans les yeux avec des fonctionnalités inutiles. Écoles de danse avec abonnement annuel surtout danses de couple fuyez absolument.

Le système de calendrier Pas de rôle possible en danse de couple Compta impossible Complexité du système pour le back office et les adhérents Impossible de savoir le nombre exact d’abonnés on en découvre encore aujourd’hui. Affreux.

We love BSport, the flexibility of the software, the ability to schedule different classes, run a membership & drop in sessions side by side. The customer service is brilliant. We feel heard, and listened to. We will grow together as a partner businesses. The app works brilliantly too.

Pros

We moved to BSport after our previous system failed and we had zero to none customer service on critical and essential requirements for our business.After doing a market search and discussing our needs with providers, BSport was the one that matched us and we knew from other Pilates studio that they were reliable, efficient and easy to use. They lived up to & exceeded that expectation. As a young business BSport is learning from it's competitors and also from it's clients. In the year that we have been working together the system has improved, and suggestions are taken on board and implemented quickly. And issues we have had have been dealt with efficiently and we know that the customer service and development teams care about what is happening, we are a partner, not a number. I have worked in tech and facilitated the creation of a booking software in a different industry, so I understand the mammoth task this software has to undertake. BSport are doing an excellent job at exceeding all that they promise. The customer service is fantastic, Marcello is fountain of knowledge, thoughtful and insightful.

Cons

Sometimes tasks feel repetitive, however the set-up is always the longest part of any software. We had some Zoom issues, but a work around was found whilst they were sorting out the issues, and it was more of a 3rd party integration that they didn't fully have control over. The customer service is exceptional, so even when there's an issue, you know that it's been sorted out in the back ground and not been forgotten about.

The support team behind B Sport is nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly responsive and have consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping their users succeed. Any questions or concerns I've had were met with prompt and insightful responses, making me feel valued and supported.

Pros

One of the features I appreciate the most is the messaging and emailing capabilities. These functions have streamlined communication with members and staff, making it much more efficient than previous systems I've encountered.

Cons

In terms of drawbacks, I honestly can't find anything to complain about. B Sport has met or exceeded all my expectations.

It has been good so far. A lot of confusing work in the back office and I feel like processes take a lot longer and are quite convoluted where they don't need to be! The costumer support has been brilliant so far!

Pros

The customer communication has been brilliant. I have run in to numerous issues so far that have been solved quite quickly or explained to me. The response time has been great so far.

Cons

Integration for website is not great and very fiddly. The app is not great for users and is quite confusing.

### "Stand-out studio management"

When it comes to cons, BSPORT is very quick in their responsiveness. They update the system very often and always work to approve. Also, the support desk is easily accessible and they are very helpful in setup and implementation. The fact that it is a very manageable software, which is constantly renewing and improving, with multi-platform access and great support services, makes me a happy client.

Pros

This product makes an impact with all of its branded features, plus studio management is made simple despite many many features and functionalities. For me the most stand-our feature is the billing & invoicing. The system is very smart regarding unpaid or disputed membership fees, plus sends out automatic notifications regarding this feature when required. in a close second, it’s the fact that group sessions, private sessions and workshops are included in one software. The product also looks great and is very accessible on the client/user end.

Cons

Some features still need to be build-up more. There is no easy way to filter members, or to free up a spot with an absent client. We have had clients in the past before who created double accounts just to purchase a trial class twice. A notification for when it looks like this is happening is the biggest feature I’m currently missing.

I made the switch to Blossom over 2 years ago as Mindbody was hard to manage with a terrible payment operator (Paysafe). Blossom worked with Mollie, which was great, and relatively new. However, the Blossom software stopped updating soon, had many bugs and many security features regarding clients making double accounts (to purchase trials twice) or failed payments were missing. Also, pricing was very unclear of the client end of the software. This system also did not have the option to manage private sessions in the same system as group classes. Therefore we were missing out on a lot of money and bookings, and decide to make a switch.

Pros

Pratique, très pratique. Gros gain de temps sur la facturation et la gestion des paiements.

Cons

Visuel pas attirant. Ressemble à une vieille application.Les couleurs sont trop pales.Il y a eu plusieurs soucis de paiement de mes adhérents, ils ont parfois dû s'y reprendre à plusieurs reprises et ont eu peur d'être prélevés autant de fois.Abonnement trop fermés.Exemple : j'ai un abonnement où mes adhérents paies mensuellement (sur 3mois), et ils ont un nombre de séances à utiliser (18), sur le temps de l'abonnement. Le soucis c'est que l'on est obligé de diviser les séances mensuellement et décaler les séances non utilisés manuellement à la fin des mois. C'est très embêtant.

J'ai aimé le visuel du site internet et les tarifs paraissaient compétitifs au départ.Malheureusement j'ai bien vu que la version du site est bien plus cher mais je suis resté car je me suis dit "qui sait ? j'aurai certainement un jour les moyens" mais je me suis vite rendu compte que je n'allais pas rester par rapport aux tarifs donc j'attends la fin de mon engagement pour revenir chez les premiers que j'avais rencontré.

Incredibly smooth integration from our previous software - extremely helpful and attentive team members (thanks \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]!) who were a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions. Super supportive and responsive team who continue to be so as we have now fully launched. User friendly interface for students to book classes. Nice integration of widgets to our website, professional looking.Reliable system that sends out the livestream / zoom class links to users without problems.Smartlists and tagging to segment members for ad targeting/offers. Marketing looks professional and is easy to create with their drag and drop templates.

Pros

Passes: The ability to create a number of different passes / purchase options for students and members. The ability to create a pass and select what the pass can be used for, down to the specific activity. Incredibly easy to customise these options. User-friendly and streamlined class booking/purchasing: From a user perspective, when booking a class students are clearly shown passes they have available to book, and also clearly shown passes they can purchase if they do not own a pass. Unlike other software we have used, this process doesn't redirect users away from the class booking but adds it smoothly into the process. There are far less 'clicks' required than MBO and I believe this encourages a greater amount of booking and less abandoned baskets. It's also very clear to users which passes are available for that class. In the past we had issues with students booking for pre and postnatal classes on passes which did not cover those classes, causing a number of problems. Bsport has helped us resolve this issue.Payroll: Clear and easy to set teacher payment options and to review at the end of the month. Very easy, with one click, to change the payment option if required. In previous software this was a lengthy and time consuming process. Marketing: Setting up automatic triggers and emails/marketing to be sent out from the app, fully customisable.VOD - professional looking, integrated section on the app.

Cons

There is no ability to access the backoffice via the app - must be used on desktop / browser. Slightly slow response time on the backoffice - when loading the calendar, making changes to classes, billing customers etc, the load time is less than optimal and slower than other software. Payment process doesn't allow partial refunds (not strictly the fault of bsport but is associated with them). Slightly lengthier/complicated process to make partial refunds. Automatic class emails: If not using the integration with zoom, the zoom link has to be emailed to class participants, which is considered a 'promotional email', so some users may miss this. It has to be sent at least 1hr before class so isn't helpful for students who book last minute. Would be better if this could be 10mins before class. Zoom integration / link email: Using the zoom integration (which itself is very good), but does mean we have to close online class registration 20 minutes before the class begins, so that the system can email the zoom link 15 minutes prior to class. At our studio we have a lot of students who like to book last minute and this prevents them from doing so. Would be better if this could be sent out 5 minutes before class.

### "Not fit for martial arts businesses"

Sold false promises and we found out we were the first BJJ gym they had ever signed and we understand why. Extremely overpriced.

Pros

We liked the video library, it was limited with categories, but I know they were working on developing it and adding more features.

Cons

Useless dashboards, reports that don't show the correct information, cannot add leads easy or manage them, errors with email templates, errors with double payments, bad translations, and really bad UX on the paid app. A mix of good and bad customer support. No ranking (sold it to us that we could use a workaround), really hard to see how many times someone trained, unable to show who has signed up to a class, cannot go back to a previous day in the teacher app.

Il est encore trop tôt pour évaluer le fonctionnement globale de la plateforme car nous venons à peine de finir la migration. Côté technique, je suis plutôt impressionnée par les fonctionnalités de la plateforme et aussi par l'efficacité et la disponibilité de l'équipe!

Pros

L'interface est très complète, on voit d'emblée que l'outil sera viable sur le long terme car il est déjà très développé par rapport à d'autres interfaces que j'ai pu utiliser auparavant.Tout est très intuitif, je n'ai pas eu de mal à paramétrer les différents volets, les tutos ont été d'une aide précieuse et service client toujours réactif et très efficace.J'apprécie particulièrement que tout peut être géré depuis une seule et même interface, un véritable gain de temps pour la gestion au quotidien.L'outil marketing pour les mailings est très abouti et propose beaucoup d'options.La possibilité de mettre des tags et d'utiliser des Smartlists sont de véritables outils marketingL'application mobile dédiée est un véritable PLUS! Facile d'utilisation et très agréable à naviguer.

Cons

Le tarif est plutôt cher, mais pour l'étendue des fonctionnalités je pense que cela reste plutôt correct. Le fait que les options utiles à la gestion quotidienne sont en supplément fait vite gonfler la facture...La migration qui n'englobe qu'une partie des infos (données personnelles, cartes de cours) mais pas les abonnements ce qui signifie que tout ceci doit être paramétrer manuellement avant lancement.

Le commercial de Bsport nous a démarchés plusieurs fois et je n'étais d'abord pas intéressée, puis au fur et à mesure, après la démo gratuite et l'école grandissant de plus en plus, le besoin d'une solution plus complète qui allait durer dans le temps et qui centralisait un maximum les fonctionnalités dont nous avons besoin s'est faite ressentir.

### "Think twice before using this software."

The team was unable to carry out a migration from our current software (schedule house) even though they assured us they would be able to during the sales call.They ended up manually transferring the data in the end which lacked so many of our data. We were not able to launch as per the scheduled date but they went ahead and charged us anyways. The management hasn't been supportive at all.Think twice about using this software. So many essential features are lacking on this platform.

There are so many essential features this software is lacking, not to mention that there is no app for the staff.if you have a retail section then this software cannot support it. The reporting is super complicated, so if you are a studio which has it's finances in check then this software is not recommended.You are also unable to assign permissions to staff which is a basic feature on any other softwareThe software VERY OFTEN lags, which makes is inoperable.
