Tout d'abord septique car depuis des années je suis sollicité par de nombreux développeurs de programmes. Mais avec Bsport, une belle surprise. Le support est réactif et excellent et de plus, le plus incroyable est que le management a pris en compte TOUTES les idées que j'ai sollicité en 1 an. Jamais vu cela auparavant, je me sens écouté et même si je comprends que Bsport ne peut pas ajuster le programme suivant les désirs de chaque client, je pense que là c'est vraiment extraordinaire. De plus, avant je devait utiliser MailChimp puis d'autres comme Monkeysurvey....télécharger la base de données etc, c'était compliqué. Là c'est tout en un. Donc après plus d'un an je suis très satisfait et j'espère que notre collaboration va durer.

Pros

Gestion des cours, réservations en ligne, paiement, automatisation des email, notifications des cartes et smartlistes, contrats, gestion des salaires. Le programme est riche et complet.

Cons

L'emploi du temps n'est pas simple à utiliser et créer un double travail (calendrier et emploi du temps). Pas possible de fermer les horaires (tous) en 1 seul clic. Certaines fonctions sont compliquées à comprendre au début (disponibilités des calendriers. Le revers de la médaille d'avoir un programme développé c'est d'avoir beaucoup de choses à gérer. Les premières jours d'adaptation à Bsport ne sont pas simples, peut être améliorer la présentation à la vente, les explications au démarrage.Aussi les prix à rallonge pour les options x,y,z, au final si on ne reste pas au minimum le programme revient à cher, pour un centre de Yoga. L'application c'est une bonne idée mais aussi là je trouve trop cher sachant que je n'ai qu'un studio.

I like that clients receive automatic emails we have created, description of packages I well visible and as I wrote before Bsport takes into account clients' feedback and wants to improve consistently.

Pros

Together with my colleague we find that it easy to use, it also have several features and it shows that there is very often an update. I personally really like that Bsport take into account clients' feedback

How to make some appointment passes only visible to existing clients, tags And how to have the app also available for administrators

Trabajar con BSport me supone tener control de las asistencias, gestionar las clases, implementar y publicar los talleres, mantener accesible la compra de pases de acceso online... La sección de informes me permite trabajar los números para presentación de impuestos, ver mi facturación, acceder a las facturas y crear documentos a partir de la información descargada. Un servicio de email integrado para comunicarme con mis usuarios, que puedo personalizar es genial. La integración fue rápida y ágil. También dispones de una sección formativa y de resolución de dudas y un equipo preparado para responder cualquier pregunta. Y Aún no uso la parte de gestión de profes

El software tiene muchos servicios y aplicaciones que aún en mi primer año de uso no he descubierto en su totalidad. Me gusta que el equipo está en continua mejora.

With Bsport our clients can reserve there yoga classes, there membership runs automatticly true iban or creditcard. Back office can change memberships and we can see how many people go to classes, wich class runs the best with wich teacher. Also the value data we can see weekly, monthly etc. So great business tool to run the business!

Pros

Personal app, all in one software, great data for tracking. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] our support from Bsport was a great help with implementing. Because this software has so many tools and is all in one there is a lot to learn and a lot of work to make it work for your business. For this you need great assistance and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is great! She takes time to help us out and reacts fast. If the software is installed you have a great business tool for client registration, class tracking, value data and a video on demand tool! With the personal app you make it fo your clients really easy to acces the mobile app.

Cons

Because the software is all in one there is a lot to install. Take your time to learn the system, start on time and ask help from support. Some times the support team is a little bit to quick to react and then you get standard answers (that you find true help videos) and before you know you emailed 5 times the same question. So make sure you know how to find the right person to help! For us it was \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]!

Very good so far. The customer service is good. Eda has been very helpful and quickly got back to me and sorted everything.

Pros

Easy to set up classes, organise passes. Simple interface. Migration has been mostly successful from MBO. The business notifications are great to see who owes payment. The ability to make templates is very good. I haven't got to use the smartlists yes but I'm sure I will.

Cons

Notifications for people who first attend an activity needs to be set up and after 2 - 5 times so that emails can be drip fed telling them about the business. Also the ability to allocate a payment to a past appointment/past invoice or past class. And the ability to 'void' a payment like you can in Mind Body Online, if you made a mistake

Reporting function could be clearer and a little simpler. If another app could you made for the back office mobile user that would be the final touch to make it perfect.

Overall it's a positive change from Mindbody, and I'd recommend that transition. If you have a big database or a lot of classes, prepare to do be very busy with this migration for a few weeks. I hope one day Bsport makes simple and convenient staff app too.

Pros

I have been using Bsport for over 1 month. It's a good product that does the job, I'm happy to have left Mindbody.Pros:- customer support is amazing, efficient and human. The response time is very fast.- onboarding and migration from Mindbody was very thorough and precise, I felt all the support of \[sensitive content hidden\] and his colleagues, although this was not an easy process- the platform is super fast and quite comfortable to use from PC, has many useful perks - zoom integration as very helpful and seamless- I love clients profile view, how easy it is to manage options inside of it and contact client through email or sms- variety of options to set up stats and analytics- overall it feels like an upgrade from what we had before- love interface for clients on our website (widgets)- very smooth transition from Mindbody for our clients, we've barely received any calls- and most important: generally no issues for the clients to book or pay for classes

Cons

Cons (mainly for the app)- there's no staff app (for admin or receptionist), we really need that- teachers app is very limited, it's ok if you don't need teacher to ONLY do check-ins of already signed up clients, but nothing else- clients app (not branded app but general) has quite some issues- at the moment of contract sign I was not informed with sufficient clarity about platform migration times (that in reality are way longer than advertised, which is technically totally understandable, but i'd like to know that before the sign up) or about the lack of admin app, although I asked that

Pros

Overall Bsport is easy and friendly to use. It's more technologically advanced than many other booking systems. Their representatives (especially \[sensitive content hidden\]) are also helpful and polite when I reach out for support.

Cons

There's no phone number to talk to customer service. And due to the time difference between NYC and France, sometimes I need to wait for a few hours or the next day for response. There're a few features that are lacking with the system, such as sending out an auto reminder email to teachers who're subbing; select exact dates needed to process the payroll instead of having to select a whole month. The feature I need the most is to have clients stay on our website to complete the check out process, without having to go to the Bsport page.

Good - the onboarding process was great and \[sensitive content hidden\] was thorough and attentive. The system works well overall both for me and customers. It has ended up costing more than I initially budgeted for so I'm not sure I could continue to justify in this market, however it's as good as anything else I have tried on the market including MindBody and Glofox.

Pros

The video database, online booking, database management and integrationMarketing capabilities are really good - takes a bit of time setting up but worth it

Cons

Some clients have had trouble adding payment details and had to try more than a couple of times. Occasionally the translations into English are a little unclear and can cause confusion.It's very expensive. Some customers have had trouble booking - although most seem to manage ok. No waiting list for workshops and events.

### "Sophisticated platform with clean user interface"

The customer service is very good which offsets the more complicated setup. We are happy we made the switch.

Pros

The software tracks the administrative movement of the studio very well: client scheduling and cancellations, money coming in and out, etc. It also offers the agenda and webshop in the same place which we find very handy as opposed to having the webshop and scheduling on separate platforms.

Cons

Since the software has so many options, there are a lot of tabs, and until you have memorized where everything is you have to spend some time searching through the tabs. We have used a few other scheduling software platforms before this one and the BSport one took the most time to set up.

En general me gusta utilizar esta plataforma, esta bien organizada ( menos de algunas cositas a mejorar, pero solo es mi opinion ;) ) Seguramente la recomendaría a otros studios :)

Pros

Me gusta que es bien organizado, que para crear las clases es muy facile, cambiarlas y todo que es necesario de hacer en situation cuando falta que cambio el horario o nombre del profesor o clases completa.El servisio cliente es super bueno, muy reactivo y rápido me encanta y creo que es muy importante para que uno no se siente solo con alguna problemas diarias :)

Cons

El contra mas grande creo que es la organización des cartes del cursos y pack y otros actividades. Lo entiendo ahora y puede manejar las manipulaciones básicas pero la manera de hacerlo no les la más lógica.También la idea que la reservación es conectadas con la factura y en momento que cancelo la factura ( porque cliente cambio opino o cualquiera ) la reservación se cancela también. Pero bueno esto pasa a veces, no es ultra grave tampoco:)

### "Great Support for a Small Yoga Studio"

I opened a small yoga studio and wanted an online platform to help manage student sign ups and membership. The system overall works very well for this and more. It makes running my small studio much easier. The support bsport offered during set up surpassed my expectations, and any time I have a question it gets answered very quickly and efficiently.

Pros

The website integration is really great and allows for a highly professional appearance. The class management is quite good, and the memberships allowing for automatic billing is a huge benefit. The reporting is great. For a small studio, this platform makes running the business much easier.

Cons

The back end takes a bit of figuring out how to use, and is not easy to use for those who are non-technical. Some of my yoga teachers who are not very tech savvy struggle to use the system.

Pros

Le back-office fonctionne bien. La plupart des fonctionnalités sont accessibles facilement et l'interface est intuitive. En cas de doute, nous pouvons faire appel au support qui est toujours réactif. Gros point positif : avoir la plupart du temps le même interlocuteur.

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités ne correspondent pas tout à fait à notre usage, il est alors nécessaire de trouver des contournements pour faire exactement ce que l'on veut (par exemple, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les contrats nous avons du rester sur le système de cartes et utiliser des formulaires supplémentaires. Ou encore pour nos stages à la carte il nous faut jouer avec les catégories pour pouvoir associer les bons tarifs). Mais dans l'ensemble, la solution répond bien mieux à notre besoin et est plus facile d'utilisation que notre outil précédent (Mindbody).

C'est la troisième fois que j'essaie de migrer mon logiciel et j'ai enfin trouvé la bonne solution pour mon entreprise. J'aime que BSport fasse exactement le travail qu'il est censé faire : j'ai moins de demandes de mes clients qui ont des problèmes car ils peuvent gérer leurs comptes par eux-mêmes et en toute simplicité. Je peux mieux comprendre mon métier et Bsport est très simple d'utilisation.

Pros

J'aime la fonctionnalité. Bsport est très facile à utiliser pour l'administrateur et le client. J'aime les fonctions de reporting et le fait que je puisse voir la rentabilité de chaque cours / instructeur. Je peux voir ce qui se passe dans mon entreprise avec plus de visibilité.

Cons

Je n'aime pas que les paiements quotidiens soient un supplément supplémentaire payé.

Having a booking app is proving easier so that our customers can manage their own bookings. It is making us clear on how we want to market our business and how to develop a more consistent approach to our customer journeys.

Pros

Excellant customer support - always on hand to help in a very reasonable time. Marketing potential with bsport is greatly improved compared to other providers.

Cons

There are a few issues with block booking classes / and issuing of invoices. But its a new system so we are adapting our processes to use it.

Pros

\- It is quite easy to learn and intuitive, the UI looks tidy- the package system is rich and suits places that sells packages- the integration between app and backoffice is quite smooth (edits made in the backoffice is reflected quite immediately in the app)- the ability to personalize email templates is great- the customer support is responsive- it's great that we can accept credit/debit card payment without any terminal needed

Cons

\- the minimal feature in the app for the teachers. It would be great if we can have teachers book in their private clients using the app- if possible, we'd love it if the schedule can be filtered to show certain teacher's timetable. The master's account is lacking in this ability and the week's schedule looks a bit messy with all the teachers' schedule of the week overlapping together- in the app, we are taken to the payment page every time we add an item, making it difficult if we want to buy multiple items- it'd be great if we can easily see a summary of the day's private appointments (not just group classes)- Would be great if private appointments can have 2 attendees (semi-private)- if possible, we'd like the option to adjust and personalize our invoice layout- it'd be great if teachers can adjust their location availability without a second account

### "Un logiciel complet"

Un logiciel complet (nécessite parfois d'adapter un peu son propre fonctionnement pour coller avec la logique du logiciel), une fois pris en main il fonctionne bien : mise en ligne des plannings, inscription et réservation, facturation, gestion de l'emploi du temps (disponibilité des salles)...

Pros

Logiciel complet dimensionné pour les studios avec plusieurs salles, plusieurs professeurs et nécessitant un grand nombre de fonctionnalités. Une équipe SAV réactive pour nous aider en cas de souci.

Cons

Des petits bugs occasionnels et un fonctionnement un peu complexe à prendre en main au début (mais c'est la contrepartie de quelque chose de complet !) Les notifications push de l'application marque blanche ne sont toujours pas fonctionnels, dommage car c'est l'avantage premier de celle-ci à mon sens !

Super suivi client par mon conseillé \[caché sensible contenu\] !

Pros

Gestion des l'agenda cours co. facile a mettre en place, facile a adapter, facile pour les prof de sport à utiliser. Le système de pack, aussi facile à l'emploie.

Cons

La partie data, pas claire pour moi et je ne trouve pas les bons points de data.

### "Bsport have the Friendliest customer service I have experienced!!!"

It has all been very positive. My account manager François is actually amazing. very very patient with me and I love the personable relations that are apparent with Bsport right from the beginning. Your customer service is off the scale... and that is what I really love.... any booking system will have it's pro's and con's but the people are what make the difference.

Pros

I was drawn to Bsport because of the friendly approach. I am not tech savvy so to have friendly people available who are patient with my very basic questions is helpful. Everyone though who I deal with is extremely helpful and I always get my issue resolved simply and smoothly and I do feel very very supported.

Cons

The terminology has thrown me. And it's like a rabbit hole. There is so much you can do that it almost puts me off, regarding tags and Smart lists.... Mindbody had simple contracts that made life easier and quicker to set things up on the clients account. This feels very complex to me.... but a reminder that I am not tech savvy.

Reason for choosing bsport

Because the demo for the product was in person. That is why i went with Bsport.
