Pros

I needed a booking software that was modern and easy to use. The bsport team is young, fun, and super responsive.

Cons

Because they are European there are a couple of vocabulary/ train of thought spots that are different from what we're used to. Once we got used to those it's been a breeze.

Reason for choosing bsport

I got a cold call from bsport and they were lively and funny. I chose them for the price and integrated features, specifically integrated livestream and video on demand.

Brilliant would highly recommend to all.

Pros

The Software is robust and detailed. Its allows us to produce meaningful reports that help us collate data to help the business grow. It's studio growth focused, just simple things like promotional codes, being able to email directly payment links. Its helped our business greatly! The team at Bsport are amazing, they are well informed, all queries are answered quickly and to such a high standard. The tutorials are brilliant also.

There are still areas for improvement to make information available quickly.

### "Goodbye to Mindbody"

bSport is really a game changer. It's everything I've ever asked for/wished for in a management system in one package. We have a lot of niche offerings different than a traditional yoga studio with the same weekly classes. So we needed something that had the flexible to work with us. I can't say enough good things about how seamless the migration process was, how attentive our account executive is and how welcome and heard we have felt during this transition to bSport.

Pros

Unlike our experience with previous providers, I have spent much less time needing extensive tech support since switching to bSport. And if I have needed help, bSport is very responsive and quick to provide support and resolutions.

Cons

Nothing so far! We've been on for about 4 months and it's been smooth sailing.

Pros

bsport is very intuitive to use from the admin side with a vast array of tutorials and help articles if needed and the customer support team are very responsive. The software is relatively inexpensive compared to competitors and you can pay for add-ons as required. There are a huge amount of features and they actively produce new features and listen to feedback and ideas from users.

Cons

Some features feel incomplete and the focus is on creating new ones rather than fixing existing issues e.g. the branded app has some major formatting issues that remain unresolved.

Really Great, \[sensitive content hidden\]- my go to customer support member has been invaluble in helping me get the absolute most of out of the system.

Pros

I like most that I can manage my entire Yoga studio from my iPhone in some cases. I like the dedicated App.

Cons

Sometimes things have more steps than feels really nessasary. Sometimes the translations form french havent been done. Pausing memberships isnt that clear.

Quand la migration de mes contacts emails a été faite, les nouveaux contacts ont tous reçu des anciennes programmations de mails automatiques qui étaient passées de 3 semaines. J'ai communiqué auprès de mes élèves indiquant que c'était une erreur pour rectifier cela.

Pros

Le déploiement rapide, la flexibilité de l'outil, même si il peut être amélioré on trouve toujours comment parvenir à ses fins.

Cons

Globalement c'est très positif, cependant j'aimerais pouvoir être plus libre sur le style d'intégration sur le site web. J'aimerai ne pas ressembler à tout le monde et pouvoir aller un peu plus loin. Sur les fonctionnalités il y a quelques bug que j'ai rencontré comme sur la réservation du coaching privé en ligne sur les cartes de rendez vous.

Cons

Il manque quelques fonctionnalités en lien avec notre utilisation propre. Nous sommes un petit studio et nous aimerions personnaliser certaines fonctionnalités mais cela n'est pas toujours possible car elles ne correspondent pas forcément à la majorité des utilisateurs.

Bsport m’a réconciliée avec les applications de réservations, paiements et gestion en ligne. Excellent suivi et accompagnement Migration très facilité grâce à la réactivité des administrateurs

Cons

Je pense que ce logiciel est très performant si on est un peu curieux. Tout y est, rien à ajouter de mon point de vue. Sincèrement j’ai beaucoup de mal à trouver des points faibles étant donné l’accompagnement et le suivi incroyable qui m’est proposé surtout en pleine période de confinement

I am satisfied with this system, and I think I will get a lot out of it onceI get used to it and learn how to use it to it's fullest potential.

Pros

Marketing and automated email system is really good and helps connect to the customers much better than anything I used before!

Cons

Widgets are not really customisable, and as a company that gave an impression that it works in a big part on easy to use and itegrate widgets for the websites, things like more fonts or adjustable font sizes would be expected.

We have had a good experience with the process of setting up the system. Our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been very helpful. He guided us through the training with clear instructions and was always on hand via email for any further queries. It was easy to book online training slots with him and he gave us extra time when needed. He is knowledgeable about the system and has a friendly, helpful manner and always a smile!

Pros

User-friendly, good to be able to brand with own colors, good integration with our website, good to see images on the App and website for each section, good to have a function to send branded emails out to different user groups.

Cons

It would be good to be able to have the teacheres as staff as well so that they can do some administration.

The main strenght of Bsport compared to other similar software businesses is definitely their customer support. They answer any question and solve problems very fast. The account manager we have been working with since the beginning is always helpful and really nice, and he makes himself available in impressive delays to help me solve any problem or answer my questions. Our overall experience as clients with Bsport has been great.

Pros

Bsport if very efficient and easy to use, for my staff and teachers, as well as for my customers. The personalized mobile app is a a great feature which makes our experience even better, making it easier for us to communicate information to our clients, and for them to purchase and book our services. The marketing suite is great, and the software was easy to personalized for my business.

Cons

The software being in constant development, some features have not been implemented yet, but I love how open the team is to recommandations/requests. And they always suggest a temporary solution if the exact feature I need is missing or still in development.

Goede support! Mag wel iets gebruiksvriendelijker overall qua systeem. Ik moet nu nog regelmatig zoeken naar features als er onderdelen aangepast dienen te worden.

Gecombineerde rooster van meerdere locaties en eigen app

Cons

De app kan nog wel wat worden verbeterd. Ik krijg veel terug van leden dat het niet erg gebruiksvriendelijk is; waaronder het beginscherm waar de lessen random worden weergegeven is verwarrend, wanneer je een les wilt reserveren dan moet je daar meerdere handelingen voor doen. Ik mis de optie om een proefles als los product aan te bieden/losse feature met eigen mogelijkheden zoals een aparte pagina waarop duidelijk staat wat er moet gebeuren om een proefles te boeken (nu moet je een account aanmaken, maar is niet geheel duidelijk), een les boeken ver vooruit (niet 3 dagen zoals we nu hebben ingesteld) en ook automatische bevestigings- en bedanktmail.

J'utilise Bsport pour mes cours d'activité physique et de Pilates. J'ai mis en place différents cartes de cours, différents créneaux de cours. Le logiciel est très complet et accessible.

Pros

Ergonomie : facilité de prise en main pour moi mais aussi mes clients Praticité : logiciel complet et disposant de tous les éléments pour la gestion de cours de sport Multi-plateforme : application mobile très utile

Cons

Coût : un peu trop élevé à mon goût mais au vu des fonctionnalités, je trouve que c'est justifié
