Pros

AIDA is my main choice for extracting data from any text document. It will scan, detect and filter the data that i want, like email address, certain keyword, or phone number from the document easily.

Cons

Some of the data is missed from the scanned or filtering process, but nothing too major.

The product does exactly what I need it to. I had it set up in less than an hour, and it extracts all the data I need with minimal to no intervention. The cost of the product is very competitive and updates and features are added very frequently.

Pros

Ease of use. The interface is the most accessible I have encountered having had reasonably broad experience of Capture and Workflow products. The product works as intended, and the array of features within the product is exceptional.

Cons

I didn't encounter any major issues. My only negative point would be that one or two of the features weren't immediately obvious on how to configure. Once I worked out how, it makes sense, but initially it seemed a little counter-intuitive.

The system processed many invoice examples, easily extracting the pertinent data and displaying it for storage and retrieval.

Pros

Slick and Easy Web based access and control. Feature rich, with seemingly flawless invoice extraction,

Cons

We work with a lot of internal, on premise, systems, so not sure if the integrations with them will be possible.

Time we save, and simplicity. The possibility of evolution, and the exchanges with the team. The fact we are able to configure it ourself.

Cons

As all technical solution, it's sometime hard to configure, and it take some time to master. But still a wery good tool.

Fantastic, the ROI calculator and Productivity boost are great to see how the solution is performing in the business.

Pros

Ease of use is paramount, and AIDA makes workflows and data extraction straightforward. That, combined with the great support and value for money, makes it a no-brainer for anyone who needs automation for any of their processes. We primarily use it for AP and invoice extraction.

Cons

No cons so far. I would like a bit more information in the knowledge base, but there is plenty in there to do what I need.

User friendly Document Management solution, cloud based so easy to deploy with a very intuitive dashboard and UI, scalable via integrations into other business applications for account payble/recievable tasks. Reasonable price point backed up by helpful and friendly support.

Pros

Having used these types of solutions before it was refreshing to see just intuitive AIDA is to navigate your documents. Data Extraction of key field information is very reliable giving management between AIDA users a fluid experience. Also liking the dashboard showing user activity and ROI information.

Cons

Not much to dislike about this easy to use product, it does what it says on the tin! Perhaps more out the box integrations to e-signature platforms would be a good/nice to have. That being said, the friendly folk at AIDA are more than happy to discuss bespoke integration projects.

All in all, I’d say AIDA is excellent — if your organisation has a regular flow of documents (invoices, contracts, correspondence, etc.) and you want to reduce manual work, errors, and increase the speed of getting information out of documents, it delivers very well. You get a lot of bang for your buck: automation features, good usability, and helpful support.

Pros

What I liked most about AIDA was the clear time savings it delivered, cutting out hours of manual document handling by automatically classifying, extracting, and filing information. The platform is genuinely easy to use – training it only takes a few examples – and it offers impressive flexibility, from barcode and QR recognition to splitting multi-page scans with ease. Accuracy has been consistently strong across different document formats, which gave me real confidence in the results. On top of that, the support team has been excellent: responsive, knowledgeable, and open to feedback. Combined with its strong value for money.

Cons

Supportability. Support engineers can’t always “log in and see what’s happening” — they need secure ways to reproduce, anonymise, or request safe logs, which slows resolution.

Aida was immediately a nice place to be, the dashboard interface offering a logical place to manage my processes and the configuration being simple enough to dive in and have a go whilst offering deeper levels of tools to expand with as the knowledge grew.

Pros

In Aida it is quick and easy to get started creating powerful projects, and then there is a raft of capability to enhance and evolve your ideas into truly powerful data extraction tools. the ability to chose team members as destinations is a clever approach to workflow as is the easy relationship building between document types.

Cons

I would have enjoyed more show and tell videos or tutorials (since learned these are available) to align my vocabulary with Aida's. Only because every product has its own idea as to what a thing is called, or how it is achieved.

Pros

The Data Extraction capability is excellent; its intuitive design makes it very easy to use and navigate.

Cons

So far, so good! I haven't found anything to complain about, but I've only been using it for a little while, so I'm not sure about any long-term limitations.

The ease of use and simple digestible information from our usage has made using AIDA such a breeze. The support we received when taking on the product made us feel like an absolute priority.

Cons

The knowledge base, whilst broad, left a lot of effort on us to ask the right questions. It would be good to have a section called "good to know" or "getting started" with common hurdles.

Easy to use, so many options. Like the way you can piece together the flows and options making is easy for all.

Positive experience, with its easy to use interface. It improved productivity and removed/minimised human error.

Pros

How simple it was to use. The interface is intuitive and does not require lengthy training. The ability to build a workflow, step by step was great.

Cons

Finding out if it was pronounced I-da or A-da!! I discovered it's I-da! Only having used it a couple of times, I've not yet uncovered any negatives or drawbacks.

Automate all kinds of document workflows, quickly and easily, without needing expensive professional services and server infrastructure. Reduce manual data entry and repetitive tasks when working with hard copy or digital documents. Use OCR, machine learning and AI to recognise the contents of documents and use this data to automate workflows.

Pros

AIDA is incredibly intuitive and easy to configure, and within 10 minutes anyone can setup a document capture workflow that fully automates document classification, data extraction, file naming and routing to multiple destinations. It's very flexible in being able to take a mixture of digital and hard copy documents, and the output options cover most requirements. The integrated AI and machine learning capability is very clever as you only need two documents to teach it where to find and extract data needed to name, split and index documents. The support is unparalleled as the team at AIDA are always quick to respond and very helpful. I've never seen developers add requested features so quickly before.

Cons

The licensing is based on an annual or monthly volume subscription, which I understand why it is required, but it can make it slightly challenging to price in advance, as not everyone knows their volume upfront. Fortunately pricing is still very competitive.

Quando si entra all'interno di un'azienda oramai, la domanda che facciamo è: "Qual'è il lavoro da voi svolto che vi da più noia o che vi porta via tanto tempo". 9 volte su 10 ti forniscono spiegazioni dettagliate, mostrandoti i documenti "Antipatici", che grazie ad Aida riusciamo ad elaborare e archiviare senza che porti via all'utente tutto quel tempo che in passato svolgeva anche solo per dividerli per categorie. Aggiungerei anche che ogni documento archiviato diventa completamente in testo ricercabile, così da consentire la ricerca delle parole chiavi o contenute all'interno di ogni singolo documento.

Pros

La precisione nel trovare i campi richiesti. La velocità di elaborazione, ma soprattutto l'archiviazione che svolge in automatico riconoscendo ogni singolo documento. Se si inseriscono centinaia di documenti tutti insieme, il software senza alcun problema, li elabora e li smista in base alle proprietà create per il riconoscimento dei vari documenti. L'intelligenza artificiale in più ti consente di monitorare degli eventuali documenti diversi da quelli inseriti dandoti la possibilità di addestrare ancor di più Aida.

Cons

Per il momento nulla, con il team di sviluppo in caso di necessità, dubbi o creazione di nuovi flussi, ho sempre avuto un grande supporto.

La semplicità di uso e la possibilità di fare molte regole sicuramente è quello che mi ha colpito di Aida, avevo provato altri software ma con Aida mi basta creare solo un tipo documento e lui Riconoscerà il documento

Cons

Possibilità di creare gli export personalizzati con vari formati oltre a quelli già esistenti, tipo poter creare un export già in Aida per il mio documentale

L'APP / connettore si integra perfettamente con i multifunzione Xerox e ha un APP IOS di acquisizione unica che permette di acquisire in mobilità, documenti e foto a completamento delle pratiche archiviate in Docushare completando così tutte le modalità possibili di acquisizione documentale nell'ottica di ridurre i volumi di stampa e condividere in modo sicuro le informazioni aziendali da qualsiasi postazione di lavoro.

Il software è alla portata di tutti anche per operatori meno avanzati ,le configurazioni si possono personalizzare per ogni tipo di Cliente o tipologia di documento.

Cons

La reportistica è da migliorare ,dando la possibilità di effettuare ricerche sempre più puntuali e estese, sul lavoro svolto .
