Pros

I love that Oggvo assists with getting reviews from my clients - it's one less thing I have to think about. The QR codes I can generate at will also are extremely beneficial.

Cons

I felt like the control dashboard was a little convoluted and I always had to search for the option I needed. I also had to continually update contacts as it doesn't work as a stand alone CRM system. It would have been more helpful, for me at least, if there were several email drip campaigns already started that I just needed to personalize. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time I needed to create all of the email campaigns, thus making it not as useful for me. Could be great for the right person, but as a solo practitioner, the time investment was not there.

Honestly, it feels like legal extortion. You overpay every month for a sub par product. Once they know you're unhappy, they start ducking you & or passing you around. I have never once gotten anyone live on their customer service line, nor have I received a return call. You will get some sporadic communication via email with your "options" for a proposed buy out etc. Honestly, it sucks. There are some good people working there, but the product they have the concept is good, but the execution is just not there. I do NOT recommend unless you have lots of time on your hands. If you're like me and most of your business comes from repeat customers & referrals, this is probably a waste of time & $ for you too.

Pros

Cons

Poor value. The sales person will talk you into a contract if you let him. I consider it to be a very poor value. The reviews that post are blurry & not professional looking. There are some additional glitches with the software as well.

The on- boarding was ok. That's the only positive experience i had woth Oggvo.

Did not like any features, as none of it works for my business.

Cons

This company was very misleading when I signed up with them. They did not do what was promised. My business did not improve. I got stuck with a one year contract they couldn't fulfill. It was only after numerous complaints from various notaries they offered to cancel. Meanwhile I am out $1400. Do not sign up with them.

A young lady, \[sensitive content hidden\], spent more than an hour on two occasions to orient me to Oggvo's program and most importantly, by using Share Screen on Zoom, she walked me step by step through the process of getting connected to Oggvo, getting my social media connected, showing me how to add and customize elements, etc. She was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. \[sensitive content hidden\] made the onboarding process smooth, organized and clear. She's is a real asset for Oggvo.

Apple has been extremely diligent, patient and helpful in organizing my client database and setting up my organic review requests on numerous social media and search engine platform I am doing things that I have been putting off for years and it is streamlining my business and I'm confident it will help me get more clients. I'm very glad that I decided to use Oggvo and their services and am grateful that I was assigned to work with Apple. I highly recommend her and this company
