The core objective of moving to Msights was to be able to deliver work to Clients faster while maintaining the quality of our output. While we are still in the early period of using the platform, we are already seeing how Msights will allow us to achieve this objective.

Pros

The ability to easily connect to over 300 data sources was the key selling feature for our use case. Being able to create customized business rules for how data is processed is another strength of the platform. Our team has also been impressed with the support provided by the Msights onboarding team and our day-to-day contact. Questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly. This is extremely important for any business who must hit hard client deadlines and cannot delay due to outstanding questions or data issues.

Cons

To date, we haven't experienced any features that we don't like.
