Utilizziamo AssoFacile da oltre un anno per gestire tutte le attività della nostra associazione, e possiamo dire con certezza che ci ha semplificato la vita. Dalla gestione dei soci e delle tessere, alla contabilità, fino alla comunicazione con i membri tramite newsletter e alla raccolta delle iscrizioni online, tutto è centralizzato e ben organizzato. L’interfaccia è chiara e accessibile anche per chi non ha particolari competenze tecniche, e l’assistenza è sempre disponibile e gentile nel fornire supporto. Particolarmente utile la nuova funzione AssoFacilePay, che ci consente di ricevere pagamenti online in modo sicuro e tracciato. Lo consigliamo a tutte le associazioni – culturali, sportive, di volontariato – che cercano uno strumento professionale ma alla portata di tutti. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Pros

Per un’associazione, usare AssoFacile significa avere solo vantaggi: gestione soci, eventi e pagamenti semplificata, documenti sempre in ordine, comunicazioni immediate e tutto in un’unica piattaforma intuitiva. Un supporto concreto e completo per ogni attività.

Cons

Nessuno svantaggio riscontrato: tutto funziona come previsto, semplice, completo e affidabile. Nessun problema.

Tra le funzioni più importanti è importante citare la gestione delle attività e dei corsi. Tutto a portata di mano, aiuta davvero molto nella gestione delle procedure burocratiche, ti fa venire anche la voglia di fare i verbali o le ricevute. Davvero ottimo

A very good software. It helped me manage time perfectly. I managed to manage my association in two hours a week.

The best part of the software I think is assistance: constant, precise and free.

Ad oggi ottima esperienza e professionalità dello staff. Lo consiglierò sicuramente ad altre associazioni.

Pros

Mi piace la semplicità d'utilizzo, i costanti aggiornamenti e la prontezza dell'assistenza che in pochi minuti risolve sempre eventuali problemi o mi insegna cosa fare.

Cons

I primi giorni ho avuto difficoltà nella prima configurazione, perché arrivavo da un'altro software dunque ho dovuto importare massivamente tutti i dati, anagrafiche e contabilità.
