Going forward I would welcome integrations with other tools. Pros I like how it combines different project management approaches. There is a Mind map - where you see a big picture of what needs to be accomplished in different areas and Timeline - which tells you how are things progressing and what tasks are dependent on each other. Cons I was missing a mobile app to check quickly the progress of my team on the go. But it has been recently added. It is very visual and you immediately see links and dependencies - and the progress. Cons Not even sure about what I don't like. I am using asana for a few years now. I understand the todo list and kanban panel. The mind map is a natural presentation of the idea and that is what I like. But I not ready to pay monthly for using the mind map. The lack of a free personal plan is a deal-breaker. But I will keep an eye on your product. This makes sure all info stays in one place. Especially for our remote team, this makes things easier and faster. We often work together with new freelancers from all over the world, and they need very little time to get to know the platform. I love the Team Schedule. It makes it very easy to instantly see what everyone is working on and when you can schedule new tasks. When I'm on the phone with a client, I can see in 2 clicks when we can plan something in. Cons I'm still missing some fun factor, such as a possibility to put a like or emoticon to a comment, or a quick "confetti party" when finishing a task.
