Desktop faxing necessary with some customers

Pros

User friendly, even for a non-techy person like me!

Cons

When you submit a fax it indicates it's pending. Until we spoke with a representative we didn't realize we didn't need to monitor while that is processing. Fine now.

Great addition to products we have to get work done.

Pros

The days of a traditional fax machine aren't as popular these days plus receiving a document isn't always legible. By using the cloud to deliver, it's a much faster way to do so from anywhere and the documents looks the same just as when it was sent.

Cons

I don't see any Cons about this software as I have been using it for only a little bit and there are only plusses about it.

This software maxes faxing easy and smooth. For a process that is not technology friendly, mFax makes it easier to get the documents I need in the medical industry.

I’d like a bigger notification (easier user path) when I receive a new fax
