Overall, I think Xelion is poorly designed but very useful as a simple platform for customer service through phone. I really liked the dashboard but on the other hand the queue function didn't work well. Another positive thing: we are now working with a more expensive and complex VOIP platform. This platform has more features than Xelion but Xelion is much more reliable.

Pros

I liked the real-time dashboard that shows the length of the que including the availability of the agents. Besides that it showed us how many customers had hung up before speaking to an agent.

Cons

The UX design of the software is too simple and plain formalized. As a user and analyst I think the shown information on the homepage was simply unusefull and poorly designed. Besides that, the software sometimes dropped of customers waiting in the queue to be assisted. That's just one thing that should not happen within a good customer service field.
